भजनसंग्रह 131

1 हे परमप्रभु, मेरो हृदय घमण्डी छैन न त मेरा आँखा हठी छन् । आफ्‍नै निम्ति मसँग ठुला आसाहरू छैनन् न त मैले गर्न नसक्‍ने कुराहरूको वास्‍ता म गर्छु ।

Yahweh, I am not proud and I have not thought highly about (myself/the things that I have done). And I do not concern myself about things [that you have done] that are very big or very wonderful.

2 वास्तवमा मैले आफ्‍नो प्राणलाई स्थिर र शान्त बनाएको छु । दूध छोडाएको बालक आमासँग भएझैं, मभित्र मेरो प्राण दूध छोडेको बलकझैं छ ।

Instead, I am calm and peaceful, like a [small] child who lies quietly in its mother’s arms [SIM]. In the same way, I am peaceful.

3 ए इस्राएल, अहिले र सदासर्वदा परमप्रभुमा नै आसा गर् ।

You [my fellow] Israelis, confidently expect that Yahweh [will do good things for you], now and forever!
