भजनसंग्रह 115
1 हाम्रो होइन, हे परमप्रभु, हाम्रो होइन, तर तपाईंको करारको विश्वस्तता र तपाईंको सत्यताको खातिर तपाईंको नाउँको महिमा होस् ।
Not to us, O Jehovah, not to us, But to Thy name give honour, For Thy kindness, for Thy truth.
2 जातिहरूले किन यसो भन्ने, “तिनीहरूका परमेश्वर कहाँ छ?”
Why do the nations say, 'Where, pray, [is] their God.
3 हाम्रा परमेश्वर स्वर्गमा हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँले जे इच्छा गर्नुहुन्छ त्यही उहाँले गर्नुहुन्छ ।
And our God [is] in the heavens, All that He hath pleased He hath done.
4 जातिहरूको मूर्तीहरू सुन र चाँदी अर्थात् मानिसहरूका हातका काम हुन् ।
Their idols [are] silver and gold, work of man's hands,
5 ती मूर्तीहरूका मुखहरू छन्, तर ती बोल्दैनन् । तिनीहरूका आँखाहरू छन्, तर तिनले देख्दैनन् ।
A mouth they have, and they speak not, Eyes they have, and they see not,
6 तिनीहरूका कानहरू छन्, तर तिनले सुन्दैनन् । तिनीहरूका नाकहरू छन्, तर तिनले सुँघ्दैनन् ।
Ears they have, and they hear not, A nose they have, and they smell not,
7 ती मूर्तीहरूका हातहरू छन् तर छोएको तिनले थाहा पाउँदैनन् । तिनीहरूका खुट्टाहरू छन्, तर तिनीहरू हिंड्न सक्दैनन् । न त तिनीहरूले आफ्ना मुखबाट बोल्न सक्छन् ।
Their hands, but they handle not, Their feet, and they walk not;
8 तिनीहरूलाई बनाउनेहरू तिनीहरूजस्तै छन्, तिनीहरूमा भरोसा गर्ने हरेक व्यक्ति त्यस्तै हुन्छ ।
Nor do they mutter through their throat, Like them are their makers, Every one who is trusting in them.
9 ए इस्राएल परमप्रभुमा भरोसा गर् । उहाँ तेरो सहायता र ढाल हुनुहुन्छ ।
O Israel, trust in Jehovah, 'Their help and their shield [is] He.'
10 ए हारूनका घराना, परमप्रभुमा भरोसा गर् । उहाँ तेरो सहायता र ढाल हुनुहुन्छ ।
O house of Aaron, trust in Jehovah, 'Their help and their shield [is] He.'
11 तिमीहरू जसले परमप्रभुलाई आदर गर्छौ उहाँमा भरोसा गर । उहाँ तिमीहरूका सहायता र ढाल हुनुहुन्छ ।
Ye fearing Jehovah, trust in Jehovah, 'Their help and their shield [is] He.'
12 परमप्रभुले हामीलाई ध्यान दिनुहुन्छ र हामीलाई आशिष् दिनुहुन्छ । उहाँले इस्राएलका घरानालाई आशिष् दिनुहुनेछ । उहाँले हारूनका घरानालाई आशिष् दिनुहुनेछ ।
Jehovah hath remembered us, He blesseth, He blesseth the house of Israel, He blesseth the house of Aaron,
13 उहाँलाई आदर गर्नेहरू, जवान र वृद्ध दुवैलाई उहाँले आशिष् दिनुहुनेछ ।
He blesseth those fearing Jehovah, The small with the great.
14 परमप्रभुले, तिमीहरूलाई, अर्थात् तिमीहरू र तिमीहरूका सन्तानहरूका सङ्ख्या धेरै वृद्धि गरून् ।
Jehovah addeth to you, to you, and to your sons.
15 परमप्रभुले तिमीहरूलाई आशिष् देऊन्, जसले स्वर्ग र पृथ्वी बनाउनुभयो ।
Blessed [are] ye of Jehovah, maker of heaven and earth,
16 स्वर्ग परमप्रभुकै हो । तर पृथ्वीचाहिं उहाँले मानवजातिलाई दिनुभएको छ ।
The heavens — the heavens [are] Jehovah's, And the earth He hath given to sons of men,
17 मृतहरूले परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर्दैनन्, न त तल शान्तमा जाने कसैले गर्नेछ ।
The dead praise not Jah, Nor any going down to silence.
18 तर हामी परमप्रभुलाई अहिले र सदासर्वदा धन्यवाद दिनेछौं । परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर ।
And we, we bless Jah, From henceforth, and unto the age. Praise ye Jah!
