1 परमप्रभुलाई धन्यवाद देओ । उहाँको नाउँमा पुकारा गर । उहाँका कामहरू जातिहरूका माझमा प्रकट गर ।
to give thanks to/for LORD to call: call to in/on/with name his to know in/on/with people wantonness his
2 उहाँको निम्ति गाओ । उहाँको स्‍तुति गाओ । उहाँका सबै अचम्मका कामहरूका बारेमा भन ।
to sing to/for him to sing to/for him to muse in/on/with all to wonder his
3 उहाँको पवित्र नाउँमा गर्व गर । परमप्रभुको खोजी गर्नेहरूका हृदय आनन्‍दित होस् ।
to boast: boast in/on/with name holiness his to rejoice heart to seek LORD
4 परमप्रभु र उहाँको शक्तिको खोजि गर । उहाँको उपस्थितिको निरन्‍तर खोजी गर ।
to seek LORD and strength his to seek face his continually
5 उहाँले गर्नुभएका अचम्मका कामहरू, उहाँका आश्‍चर्य कामहरू र उहाँको मुखका आदेशहरूलाई याद गर,
to remember to wonder his which to make: do wonder his and justice: judgement lip: word his
6 ए उहाँका सेवक अब्राहामका सन्तानहरू, याकूबका मानिसहरू, उहाँका चुनिएका जनहरू हो ।

7 उहाँ परमप्रभु हाम्रा परमेश्‍वर हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँका आदेशहरू सारा पृथ्वीभरि छन् ।

8 उहाँले आफ्नो करारलाई सदासर्वदा, आफूले आज्ञा गर्नुभएका वचनलाई हजार पुस्तासम्‍म सम्‍झनुहुन्छ ।

9 आफूले अब्राहामसँग गरेको करार र इसहाकसँग खाएको शपथलाई उहाँले सम्झनुहुन्छ ।

10 यो उहाँले याकूबसँग आदेश रूपमा र इस्राएलसँग अनन्त करारको रूपमा पुष्‍टि गर्नुभयो ।

11 उहाँले भन्‍नुभयो, “तेरो उत्तराधिकारको तेरो अंशको रूपमा तँलाई म कनान देश दिनेछु ।”

15 उहाँले भन्‍नुभयो, “मेरो अभिषिक्‍त जनलाई नछोओ र मेरा अगमवक्‍ताहरूका हानि नगर ।”

16 उहाँ देशमा अनिकाल ल्याउनुभयो । उहाँ खानेकुराको सारा आपूर्ती बन्‍द गर्नुभयो ।

21 उनले तिनलाई आफ्‍नो सारा सम्पत्तिको शासकको रूपमा आफ्‍नो दरवारको निरीक्षक बनाए,

22 तिनले चाहेअनुरूप उनका शासकहरूलाई सल्‍लाह दिन र उनका धर्मगुरुहरूलाई बुद्धि सिकाउन ।

23 त्‍यसपछि इस्राएल मिश्रदेशमा गए र याकूब केही समय हामको देशमा बसे ।

24 परमप्रभुले आफ्ना मानिसहरूलाई फल्दोफुल्दो बनाउनुभयो र तिनीहरूलाई आफ्‍ना शत्रुहरूभन्दा बलियो बनाउनुभयो ।

25 उहाँका मानिसहरूलाई तिनीहरूका शत्रुहरूले घृणा गर्ने, आफ्ना सेवकहरूलाई दुर्व्यवहार गर्ने उहाँले बनाउनुभयो ।

26 आफूले चुन्‍नुभएका आफ्ना सेवक मोशा र हारूनलाई उहाँले पठाउनुभयो ।

27 तिनीहरूले मिश्रीहरूका माझमा उहाँका चिन्हहरू, हामको देशमा उहाँ अचम्मका कामहरू गरे ।

34 उहाँ बोल्नुभयो र सलहहरू, साह्रै नै धेरै सलहहरू आए ।

35 सलहहरूले तिनीहरूका देशमा भएका सबै वनस्पतिहरू खाए । तिनीहरूले जमिनका सबै फसलहरू खाए ।

38 तिनीहरू निस्केर जाँदा मिश्रदेश खुसी थियो, किनकि मिश्रीहरू तिनीहरूसँग डराएका थिए ।

40 इस्राएलीहरूले खानेकुरा मागे र उहाँले बट्टाई चरा दिनुभयो र स्वर्गको रोटीले तिनीहरूलाई सन्‍तुष्‍ट पार्नुभयो ।

41 उहाँले चट्टानलाई चिरा पार्नुभयो र त्‍यसबाट पानी बगेर निस्क्यो । उजाडस्थानमा ती नदीझैं बगे ।

42 किनकि उहाँले आफ्नो सेवक अब्राहामसँग गर्नुभएको आफ्‍नो पवित्र प्रतिज्ञालाइ सम्झिनुभयो ।

43 आफ्ना मानिसहरूलाई आनन्दसाथ, उहाँका चुनिएकाहरूलाई जयजयकारको ध्वनिसँगै उहाँले डोर्‍याउनुभयो ।

44 उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई जातिहरूका देश दिनुभयो । तिनीहरूले मानिसहरूका सम्पत्तिमाथि आफ्नो अधिकार जमाए,

45 ताकि तिनीहरूले उहाँका आदेशहरू पालन गरून् र उहाँका व्यवस्थाहरू मानून् । परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर ।
