गन्ती 34
1 परमप्रभु मोशासँग बोल्नुभयो,
The Lord told Moses,
2 “इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई आज्ञा दे र तिनीहरूलाई भन्, 'जब तिमीहरू कनान देशमा प्रवेश गर्छौ, त्यो देश अर्थात् कनानको भूमि र यसका सिमानाहरू तिमीहरूको स्वामित्वमा हुने छ,
“Give this command to the Israelites: ‘When you enter the country of Canaan, it will be allocated to you to own with the following boundaries:
3 तिमीहरूका दक्षिणी सिमाना सीनको मरुभूमिदेखि एदोमको सिमानासम्म हुने छ । पूर्वतिर दक्षिणी सिमानाको अन्त मृत सागरको दक्षिणी किनारासम्म हुने छ ।
The southern extent of your country will be from the Desert of Zin along the border of Edom. Your southern border will run east from the end of the Dead Sea,
4 तिमीहरूको सिमाना दक्षिणबाट अक्रबीमको डाँडा र सीनक मरुभूमि हुँदै जाने छ । त्यहाँबाट यो कादेश-बर्नेतिर रहसर-अद्दर र अज्मोनतिर अघि बढ्नेछ ।
cross south of Scorpion Pass, on to Zin, and reach its southern limit south of Kadesh-barnea. Then it will go to Hazar-addar and on to Azmon.
5 त्यहाँबाट सिमाना अज्मोनबाट मिश्रको खोलातर्फ लाग्ने छ र समुद्रमा अन्त हुने छ ।
There the boundary will turn from Azmon to the Wadi of Egypt, ending at the Mediterranean Sea.
6 पश्चिमी सिमाना भूमध्य सागरको तट हुने छ । यो तिमीहरूको पश्चिमी सिमाना हुने छ ।
Your western border will be the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. This is to be your boundary to the west.
7 तिमीहरूका उत्तरी सिमाना भूमध्य सागरदेखि होर पर्वततिर जाने छ,
Your northern border will run from the Mediterranean Sea straight to Mount Hor.
8 त्यसपछि होर पर्वतबाट लेबो-हमातसम्म अनि सदादसम्म हुने छ ।
From Mount Hor the boundary will go to Lebo-hamath, then on to Zedad,
9 अनि सिमाना सिप्रोनतिर अघि बढ्ने छ र हसर-एनानमा टुङ्गिनेछ । यो तिमीहरूको उत्तरी सिमाना हुने छ ।
to Ziphron, ending at Hazar-enan. This will be your boundary to the north.
10 तिमीहरूले तिमीहरूको पूर्वी सिमाना हसर-एनानदेखि दक्षिणमा सपामसम्म चिनो लगाउनुपर्छ ।
Your eastern border will run straight from Hazar-enan to Shepham
11 पूर्वतिरको सिमाना सपामदेखि तल झरेर ऐनको पूर्वतिर पर्ने रिब्लासम्म जाने छ ।
Then the boundary will go down from Shepham to Riblah on the east side of Ain. It will pass down along the slopes east of the Sea of Galilee.
12 यो सिमाना किन्नरेत समुद्रको पूर्व किनारसम्म अघि बढ्ने छ । त्यो सिमाना यर्दन नदी हुँदै मृत सागरसम्म र मृत सागरको पूर्वी किनाराबट तल झर्ने छ । चारैतिरका सिमानासहितको यो तिमीहरूको देश हुने छ ।
Then the boundary will go down along the Jordan, ending at the Dead Sea. This is to be your land with its surrounding borders.’”
13 मोशाले इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई आज्ञा गरे र भने, “तिमीहरूले चिट्ठाद्वारा पाउने मुलुक यही हो, जसलाई साँढे नौ कुललाई दिन परमप्रभुले आज्ञा दिनुभएको छ ।
Moses gave the order to the Israelites, “Allocate ownership of this land by lot. The Lord has commanded it to be given to the nine and a half tribes.
14 रूबेनका सन्तानहरूका कुलले तिनीहरूको कुलअनुसारको सम्पत्तिको अंश, गादका सन्तानहरूका कुलले तिनीहरूका कुलअनुसारको सम्पत्तिको अंश र मनश्शेका आधा कुलले तिनीहरूको भूमि पाएका छन् ।
The tribes of Reuben and Gad, together with the half-tribe of Manasseh, have already received their allocation.
15 अढाइ कुलले तिनीहरूको हिस्सा यरीहोमा यर्दनपारि पूर्वतिर अर्थात् सूर्योदय हुने दिशामा पाएका छन् ।
These two and a half tribes have received their allocation on the east side of the Jordan opposite Jericho.”
16 परमप्रभु मोशासँग बोल्नुभयो,
The Lord told Moses,
17 “तिनीहरूको अंशको निम्ति भूमिको भाग लगाउनेहरूका नाउँ यिनै हुन्ः पुजारी एलाजार र नूनका छोरा यहोशू ।
“These are the names of the men who will be in charge of allocating ownership of the land for you: Eleazar the priest and Joshua, son of Nun.
18 तिनीहरूको वंशको निम्ति भूमि भाग लगाउन तिमीहरूले हरेक कुलबाट एक-एक जना अगुवा छान्नुपर्छ
Have one leader from each tribe help in the distribution of the land.
19 ती मानिसहरूका नाउँ यिनै हुन्ः
These are their names: From the tribe of Judah: Caleb, son of Jephunneh.
20 यहूदाको कुलबाट यपून्नेका छोरो कालेब ।
From the tribe of Simeon: Shemuel, son of Ammihud.
21 शिमियोनको सन्तानहरूको कुलबाट अम्मीहुदका छोरो शेमुएल,
From the tribe of Benjamin: Elidad, son of Chislon.
22 बेन्यामीनको कुलबाट किसलोनका छोरो एलीदाद, दानको सन्तानहरूको कुलबाट एक जना अगुवा योगलीका छोरो बुक्की,
A leader from the tribe of Dan: Bukki, son of Jogli.
23 योसेफका सन्तानहरू मनश्शेका सन्तानरूका कुलको एक जना अगुवा एपोदका छोरो हन्नीएल,
A leader from the tribe of Manasseh, son of Joseph: Hanniel son of Ephod.
24 एफ्राइमका सन्तानहरूका कुलबाट एक जना अगुवा शिप्तानको छोरो कमूएल,
A leader from the tribe of Ephraim: Kemuel, son of Shiphtan.
25 जबूलूनका सन्तानकहरूका कुलबाट एक जना अगुवा पर्नाकको छोरो एलीजापान,
A leader from the tribe of Zebulun: Eli-zaphan, son of Parnach.
26 इस्साकारका सन्तानहरूका कुलबाट एक जना अगुवा अजानको छोरो पल्तिएल,
A leader from the tribe of Issachar: Paltiel, son of Azzan.
27 आशेरको सन्ताहरूका कुलबाट एक जना अगुवा शलोमीको छोरो अहीहूद,
A leader from the tribe of Asher: Ahihud, son of Shelomi.
28 नप्तालीको सन्तानहरूको कुलबाट एक जना अगुवा अम्मीहूदका छोरो पदहेल ।”
A leader from the tribe of Naphtali: Pedahel, son of Ammihud.”
29 परमप्रभुले यी मानिसहरूलाई कनानको भूमि भाग लगाउन र इस्राएलका कुल-कुललाई तिनीहरूको अंश दिन आज्ञा दिनुभयो ।
These are the names of those the Lord put in charge of allocating land ownership in the country of Canaan.
