गन्ती 2
1 परमप्रभु फेरि पनि मोशा र हारूनलाई भन्नुभयो,
And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying:
2 “हरेक इस्राएलीले आ-आफ्ना पुर्खाहरूको घरानाअनुसार आ-आफ्नो झन्डाको वरिपरि छाउनी लगाउनू ।
“Each one shall make camp, by their troops, as well as by their insignia and standards, and by the houses of their kinships, all around the tabernacle of the covenant.”
3 तिनीहरूले भेट हुने पालको वरिपरि छाउनी लगाऊन् । भेट हुने पालको पूर्वतिर अर्थात् घाम झुल्कनेतिर छाउनी लगाउनेहरू यहूदाको दल होस् र तिनीहरूले आफ्नो झन्डामुनि छाउनी लगाऊन् । अम्मीनादाबको छोरो नहशोन यहूदाका मानिसको अगुवा होस् ।
To the east, Judah shall fix his tents, by the companies of his army. And the leader of his sons shall be Nahshon the son of Amminadab.
4 यहूदाका मानिसहरूको सङ्ख्या ७४,६०० छ ।
And the entire total of the fighting men from his stock was seventy-four thousand six hundred.
5 इस्साखारको कुलले यहूदापछि छाउनी लगाउनू । सूआरका छोरो नतनेलले इस्साखारको फौजको नेतृत्व गर्नुपर्छ ।
Beside him, those of the tribe of Issachar were encamped, whose leader was Nathanael the son of Zuar.
6 तिनको दलमा भएकाहरूको सङ्ख्या ५४,४०० पुरुष छन् ।
And the entire number of his fighting men was fifty-four thousand four hundred.
7 जबूलूनको कुलले इस्साखारपछि छाउनी लगाउनू । हेलोनका छोरा एलीआबले जबूलूनको फौजको नेतृत्व गर्नुपर्छ ।
In the tribe of Zebulon, the leader was Eliab the son of Helon.
8 तिनको दलमा भएकाहरूको सङ्ख्या ५७,४०० छ ।
All the army of fighting men from his stock were fifty-seven thousand four hundred.
9 यहूदाको छाउनीको कुल सङ्ख्या १,८६,४०० छ ।
All who were numbered in the camp of Judah were one hundred eighty-six thousand four hundred. And these, by their companies, shall go forth first.
10 तिनीहरू अग्रस्थानमा हिँड्नेछन् । दक्षिणपट्टि रूबेनको छाउनी तिनीहरूको झन्डामुनि हुनेछ । रूबेनको छाउनीको अगुवा शदेऊरका छोरा एलीसूर होस् ।
In the camp of the sons of Ruben, toward the south side, the leader shall be Elizur the son of Shedeur.
11 तिनको दलमा हुनेको सङ्ख्या ४६,५०० छ ।
And the entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were forty-six thousand five hundred.
12 शिमियोनले रूबेनपछि छाउनी लगाओस् । शिमियोनका मानिसहरूको अगुवा सूरीशद्दैका छोरा शलूमीएल होस् ।
Beside him, those of the tribe of Simeon were encamped, whose leader was Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.
13 तिनको दलमा हुनेहरूको सङ्ख्या ५९,३०० छ ।
And the entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were fifty-nine thousand three hundred.
14 त्यसपछि गादको कुल हुन्छ । गादका मानिसहरूको अगुवा दूएलका छोरा एल्यासाप होस् ।
In the tribe of Gad, the leader was Eliasaph the son of Reuel.
15 तिनको दलमा हुनेहरूको सङ्ख्या ४५,६५० छ ।
And the entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were forty-five thousand six hundred fifty.
16 आ-आफ्नो दलअनुसार खटाइएका रूबेनको छाउनीका सबै मानिसहरू १,५१,४५० छन् । तिनीहरू दोस्रो लश्करमा हिँड्नेछन् ।
All who were counted in the camp of Ruben were one hundred fifty thousand and one thousand four hundred fifty, by their companies. These shall advance in the second place.
17 त्यसपछि सबै छाउनीका बिचमा लेवीहरूसँगै छाउनीबाट भेट हुने पाल जानुपर्छ । तिनीहरू छाउनीबाट गएबमोजिम नै छाउनीमा आउनुपर्छ । हरेक मानिस आफ्नो झन्डामुनि आफ्नै स्थानमा हुनुपर्छ ।
But the tabernacle of the testimony shall be lifted up by the officers of the Levites and their companies. In the manner in which it is set up, so also shall it be taken down. Each one shall advance according to their places and ranks.
18 एफ्राइमको छाउनीका दलहरू आफ्नै झन्डामुनि हुन्छन् । एफ्राइमको मानिसहरूको अगुवा अम्मीहूदका छोरा एलीशामा होस् ।
On the west side, there shall be the camp of the sons of Ephraim, whose leader was Elishama the son of Ammihud.
19 तिनको दलमा हुनेहरूको सङ्ख्या ४०,५०० छ ।
The entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were forty thousand five hundred.
20 तिनीहरूपछि मनश्शेको कुल हुन्छ । मनश्शेको अगुवा पदासूरका छोरा गमलिएल होस् ।
And with them was the tribe of the sons of Manasseh, whose leader was Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.
21 तिनको दलमा हुनेहरूको सङ्ख्या ३२,२०० छ ।
And the entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were thirty-two thousand two hundred.
22 त्यपछि बेन्यामीनको कुल हुनेछ । बेन्यामीनको अगुवा गिदेओनीका छोरा अबीदान होस् ।
In the tribe of the sons of Benjamin, the leader was Abidan the son of Gideoni.
23 तिनको दलमा भएकाहरूको सङ्ख्या ३५,४०० छ ।
And the entire army of his fighting men, who were counted, were thirty-five thousand four hundred.
24 एफ्राइमको छाउनीका गन्ती गरिएका सबैको सङ्ख्या १,०८,१०० छ । तिनीहरू तेस्रो लश्करमा हिँड्नेछन् ।
All who were numbered in the camp of Ephraim were one hundred eight thousand one hundred, by their companies. These shall advance third.
25 उत्तरमा दानको छाउनीको दल हुनेछ । दानका मानिसहरूका अगुवा अम्मीशद्दैका छोरा अहीएजेर होस् ।
Toward the north side, the sons of Dan were encamped, whose leader was Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.
26 तिनको दलमा भएकाहरूको सङ्ख्या ६२,७०० छ ।
The entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were sixty-two thousand seven hundred.
27 दानको छाउनीपछि आशेरको कुलका मानिसहरू हुनेछन् । आशेरको अगुवा ओक्रानको छोरा पगीएल होस् ।
Beside him, those of the tribe of Asher fixed their tents, whose leader was Pagiel the son of Ochran.
28 तिनको दलमा भएकाहरूको सङ्ख्या ४१,५०० छ । त्यपछि नप्तालीको कुल हुनेछ । नप्तालीको अगुवा एनानका छोरा अहीरा होस् ।
The entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were forty thousand and one thousand five hundred.
29 तिनको दलमा भएकाहरूको सङ्ख्या ५३,४०० छन् ।
From the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, the leader was Ahira the son of Enan.
30 दानको छाउनीमा हुनेहरूका सबै सङ्ख्या १,५७,६०० छ ।
The entire army of his fighting men were fifty-three thousand four hundred.
31 तिनीहरू छाउनीबाट तिनीहरूको झन्डामुनि अन्तिममा जानेछन् ।”
All who were numbered in the camp of Dan were one hundred fifty-seven thousand six hundred; and these shall advance at the very end.
32 आ-आफ्नो परिवार-परिवारअनुसार गन्ती गरिएका इस्राएलीहरू यिनै हुन् । आ-आफ्नो दलअनुसार तिनीहरूको छाउनीमा गणना गरिएकाहरू ६,०३,५५० छन् ।,
This is the number of the sons of Israel, of their army divided by the houses of their kinships and their companies: six hundred three thousand five hundred fifty.
33 तर मोशा र हारूनले लेवीहरूलाई इस्राएलका मानिसहरूमा गन्ती गरेनन् ।
But the Levites were not numbered among the sons of Israel. For so the Lord had instructed Moses.
34 यो परमप्रभुले आज्ञा गर्नुभएबमोजिम गरिएको थियो । इस्राएलीका मानिसहरूले परमप्रभुले आज्ञा गर्नुभएका सबै कुरा गरे । तिनीहरूले आ-आफ्नो झन्डाअनुसार छाउनी लगाए । तिनीहरू आ-आफ्ना पुर्खाहरूको परिवार-परिवारअनुसार आ-आफ्नो छाउनीबाट निस्कन्थे ।
And the sons of Israel acted according to all the things that the Lord had commanded. They were encamped by their companies, and they advanced by the families and houses of their fathers.
