लुका 1
1 धेरैले हाम्रा बिचमा घटेका र पुरा भएका यी घटनाहरूको विवरण लेख्ने प्रयास गरेका छन् ।
My noble [friend] Theophilus, many people saw the things that [Jesus] did while he was with us, from the time when he started [MTY] [his ministry]. They served God [by teaching people] the message [about the Lord Jesus]. Many of those who heard what they taught wrote down for us accounts of the things that [Jesus did from the time when] he began [his ministry].
2 तिनीहरूले यी कुरा हामीलाई भर्खरै सुम्पिदिए, जो सुरुदेखि नै प्रत्यक्षदर्शी र वचनका सेवकहरू भएका छन् ।
3 सम्मानित थियोफिलस, त्यसैले मलाई पनि यी सबै कुराहरूलाई अनुसन्धान गरी ठिकसित क्रमबद्ध रूपमा सुरुदेखि घटेका घटनाहरूलाई लेख्न असल लाग्यो ।
I myself have studied these accounts carefully. So I decided that it would be good for me also to write for you [(sg)] an accurate account of these matters.
4 त्यसैले, तपाईंलाई सिकाइएको सत्यताबारे यी कुराहरू तपाईंलाई थाहा होस् ।
I want you to know the truth about what you have been taught {what others have taught you}.
5 यहूदाका राजा हेरोदको समयमा, त्यहाँ जकरिया नाउँ गरेका एक जना पुजारी थिए जो अबियाको कुलका थिए । उनकी पत्नी हारुन कुलकी छोरी थिइन् जसको नाउँ एलीशिबा थियो ।
When King Herod [the Great ruled] Judea [district], there was a [Jewish] priest named Zechariah. He belonged to the [group of priests called] the Abijah group. He and his wife Elizabeth were both descended from the [first priest of Israel], Aaron.
6 परमेश्वरको दृष्टिमा तिनीहरू दुवै धर्मी थिए । तिनीहरूले परमेश्वरका सबै आज्ञाहरू पालना गर्दथे र निर्दोष जीवन जिउँथे ।
[God considered that] both of them were righteous, because they constantly completely obeyed everything that God had commanded.
7 तर तिनीहरूको कुनै सन्तान थिएन, किनकि एलीशिबा बाँझी थिइन् र तिनीहरू दुवै जना वृद्ध भइसकेका थिए ।
But they had no children, because Elizabeth had been unable to bear children. Furthermore, she and her husband were very old.
8 एक दिन आफ्नो कुलको पालोअनुसार जकरिया पुजारी सेवा गर्न परमेश्वरको उपस्थितिमा थिए ।
One day [Zechariah’s] group was doing their work [in the Temple in Jerusalem], and he was serving as a priest in God’s presence.
9 त्यहाँको परम्पराअनुसार चिट्ठाद्वारा पुजारीहरू आफ्नो सेवा गर्ने पालोअनुसार परमप्रभुको मन्दिरभित्र धूप बाल्नलाई छानिन्थे । त्यसैले, उनको नाउँ पर्यो ।
Following their custom, [the other priests] chose him by lot to enter the Lord’s temple and burn incense.
10 जब तिनी धूप बाल्दै थिए, बाहिर त्यही समयमा मानिसको पुरै भिडले प्रार्थना गरिरहेको थियो ।
While he was burning the incense, many people were outside [in the courtyard], praying.
11 ठिक त्यसै बेला परमप्रभुका एउटा दूत उनीकहाँ देखा परे र धूप बाल्ने वेदीको दाहिनेपट्टि उभिए ।
Then an angel whom God had [sent] appeared to him. The angel was standing at the right side of the place [where the priests burned] incense.
12 जब जकरियाले स्वर्गदूतलाई देखे, तब उनी साह्रै डराए र आत्तिए ।
When Zechariah saw the angel, he was startled and became very afraid.
13 तर स्वर्गदूतले उनलाई भने, “जकरिया नडराऊ, किनकि तिम्रो प्रार्थनाको सुनाइ भएको छ । तिम्री पत्नी एलीशिबाले तिम्रो लागि एउटा छोरा जन्माउनेछिन् र तिमीले उनको नाउँ यूहन्ना राख्नेछौ ।
But the angel said to him, “Zechariah, do not be afraid! When you [(sg)] prayed [asking God for a son] (OR, [that God would send the Messiah]), God heard what you prayed. [So] your wife Elizabeth shall bear a son. You must name him John.
14 तिमीमा खुसी र आनन्द हुनेछ र उनको जन्ममा धेरै मानिसहरू आनिन्दित हुनेछन् ।
He will cause you to be very happy, and many other people will also be happy because he is born.
15 परमप्रभुको दृष्टिमा उनी महान् हुनेछन् र उनले दाखमद्य पिउनेछैनन् । उनी आमाको गर्भमा नै पवित्र आत्माले भरिनेछन् ।
God will consider him to be very important. He must never drink wine or any other alcoholic drink, [in order that he will be completely dedicated to God]. He will be controlled by the Holy Spirit {The Holy Spirit will control him} from before he is born.
16 अनि उनले इस्राएलका धेरै मानिसहरूलाई परमप्रभु तिनीहरूका परमेश्वरतर्फ फर्काउनेछन् ।
He will [persuade] many people in Israel to turn away [from their sins and please] the Lord their God.
17 उनी एलियाको आत्माको शक्तिमा परमप्रभुको अगि-अगि जानेछन् । उनले बुबाहरूको हृदय आफ्ना छोराछोरीतिर फर्काउनेछन् र अनाज्ञाकारीहरूलाई बुद्धि र धार्मिकतामा हिँडाउनेछन् । उनले मानिसहरूलाई परमप्रभुको निम्ति तयार गर्नका लागि त्यसो गर्नेछन् ।”
As [God’s] Spirit enables him [to preach] powerfully as [the prophet] Elijah did, he will precede [the Messiah]. He will cause parents [SYN] to act [peacefully] toward their children [again]. He will cause [many] people who do not obey [God to hear and obey] the wise things that righteous people [tell them]. He will do this in order to help [many] people to be ready when the Lord [comes].”
18 जकरियाले स्वर्गदूतलाई भने, “यो कुरा पुरा हुनेछ भनी मैले कसरी थाहा पाउने?” किनकि म बुढो भइसकेँ र मेरी पत्नी पनि बुढी भइसकिन् ।”
Then Zechariah said to the angel, “I am very old, and my wife is also so old [that she cannot bear a child. So] (I cannot [believe] that what you [(sg)] said [will happen]!/how can I [believe] that what you [(sg)] said [will happen]?) [RHQ]”
19 तब स्वर्गदूतले जवाफ दिए र उनलाई भने, म गब्रिएल हुँ, जो परमेश्वरको उपस्थितिमा उभिन्छु । तिम्रो निम्ति बोल्न र शुभ खबर दिन मलाई पठाइएको हो ।”
Then the angel said to him, “I am [God’s chief angel], Gabriel! [I do what God tells me, because] I constantly am in God’s presence! I was sent {[He] sent me} to tell you [(sg)] something good [that is going to happen to you].
20 हेर, ती कुरा हुने समयसम्म तिमी शान्त रहनेछौ र बोल्न सक्ने छैनौ, किनकि तिमीले मेरो वचनमा विश्वास गरेनौ, जुन ठिक समयमा पुरा हुनेछ ।”
What I have told you will certainly happen at the time [God decides], but you did not believe what I told you. So now [God will make] you will be unable to talk until the day [your son is born]”!
21 अनि जकरियाले लामो समयसम्म मन्दिरमा समय बिताइरहेकाले मानिसहरू अचम्म मान्दै पर्खिरहेका थिए ।
While [Zechariah and the angel] were talking, the people [in the courtyard] were waiting for Zechariah [to come out]. They wondered, “Why is he staying in the Temple for such a long time?”
22 तर, जब तिनी बाहिर आए, तब उनी तिनीहरूसँग बोल्न सकेनन् र उनले मन्दिरभित्र एउटा दर्शन देखे भनी तिनीहरूले महसुस गरे । उनले तिनीहरूलाई इसारा मात्र गरे, तर बोल्न सकेनन् ।
When Zechariah came out, he was not able to speak to the people. Because he could not talk, he made motions with his hands [to try to convey what had happened]. Then they realized that he had seen (a vision [from God]/something that [God] showed him) while he was in the Temple.
23 जब तिनको सेवाको समय समाप्त भयो, तब तिनी आफ्नो घरमा फर्किए ।
When Zechariah’s time to work [as a priest in the Temple] was finished, he [left Jerusalem and] returned to his home.
24 ती दिनहरूपछि, तिनकी पत्नी एलीशिबा गर्भवती भइन् । पाँच महिनासम्म उनले यसो भन्दै आफूलाई लुकाइन् ।
Some time later his wife Elizabeth became pregnant [EUP]. She did not leave their house for five months, [because she knew that people would laugh at her if she told them that she was pregnant].
25 “परमप्रभु परमेश्वरले मेरो लागि यो गर्नुभएको छ, उहाँले ममाथि निगाह गर्नुभयो र मानिसहरूका बिचबाट मेरो निन्दा हटाउनुभयो ।
But she thought, “God has enabled me to become pregnant. He has pitied me and I will no longer be ashamed [because I have no children]!”
26 एलीशिबा गर्भवती भएको छैठौँ महिनामा, परमेश्वरले गालीलको सहर नासरतमा गब्रिएल स्वर्गदूतलाई पठाउनुभयो ।
When Elizabeth had been [pregnant] [EUP] [for almost] six months, the angel Gabriel was sent by God {God sent the angel Gabriel} [again].
27 परमेश्वरले तिनलाई एउटा कन्याकहाँ पठाउनुभयो जसको योसेफ भन्ने मानिससँग मगनी भएको थियो । तिनी दाऊदका वंशका थिए र कन्याको नाउँ मरियम थियो ।
[This time] he went to Nazareth [town] in Galilee [district], to a virgin whose name was Mary. It had been {[Her parents] had} promised that she would marry a man named Joseph, who was descended from [King] David.
28 उनी तिनीकहाँ आए र भने, “तिमीलाई अभिवादन! तिमीले परमेश्वरबाट धेरै निगाह पाएकी छ्यौ ।”
The angel greeted her and said, “(The Lord/God) is with you [(sg)] and you will be greatly blessed {[has decided to] greatly bless you}!”
29 तर उनको वचन सुनेर तिनले यो कस्तो प्रकारको अभिवादन हो भनी तिनी विचलित भइन् र चकित परिन् ।
But Mary was very confused [when she heard] that. She wondered what [the angel meant] by these words.
30 तब स्वर्गदूतले उनलाई भने, “मरियम, तिमी नडराऊ । किनकि तिमीले परमेश्वरबाट निगाह प्राप्त गरेकी छ्यौ ।
Then the angel said to her, “Mary, God is very pleased with you [(sg)], so do not be afraid.
31 हेर, तिमी गर्भवती हुनेछ्यौ र एउटा छोरा जन्माउनेछ्यौ । तिमीले उहाँको नाउँ येशू राख्नेछ्यौ ।
You will become pregnant and bear a son, and you must name him Jesus.
32 उहाँ महान हुनुहुनेछ र उहाँ सर्बोच्च परमेश्वरको पुत्र भनेर चिनिनु हुनेछ । परमप्रभु परमेश्वरले उहाँलाई उहाँको पिता दाऊदको सिंहासन दिनुहुनेछ ।
He will become great. He will be called {[People will] call him} (the Son of God/the man who is also God). God, the Lord, will make him a king [MTY] as his ancestor [King] David was.
33 उहाँ महान् हुनुहुनेछ र उहाँ सर्वोच्च परमेश्वरका पुत्र कहलाइनुहुनेछ । परमप्रभु परमेश्वरले उहाँलाई उहाँका पुर्खा दाऊदको सिंहासन दिनुहुनेछ । (aiōn g165)
He will be the King of [the] Jews, the descendants [MTY] of [your ancestor] Jacob, forever. He will rule as king forever!” (aiōn g165)
34 तब मरियमले स्वर्गदूतलाई भनिन्, “यो कसरी हुन सक्छ जब कि अहिलेसम्म म कुनै मानिससँग सुतेकै छैन?”
Then Mary said to the angel, “I am a virgin, so how can I [have a baby]?”
35 अनि स्वर्गदूतले जवाफ दिए, र उनलाई भने, “पवित्र आत्मा तिमीमाथि आउनुहुनेछ र सर्वोच्चका परमेश्वरको शक्तिले तिमीलाई ढाक्नेछ । त्यसैले, जो पवित्र जन्मनुहुनेछ उहाँलाई परमेश्वरका पुत्र भनेर बोलाइनेछ ।
The angel replied, “The Holy Spirit will come to you; the power of God [MTY/EUP] will overshadow you [and enable you to become pregnant]. So the child [you will] bear will be completely set apart {give himself completely} to obey God, and he will be called {[people] will say that he is} (the Son of God/the man who is also God).
36 अनि हेर, तिम्री नातेदार एलीशिबाले पनि उनको वृद्धावस्थामा एउटा छोरा जन्माउन गर्भवती भएकी छन् । उनलाई बाँझी भनिए तापनि उनी अहिले ६ महिनाको गर्भवती अवस्थामा छिन् ।
[I also need to tell you something else]. Your cousin Elizabeth is very old, and it was thought {[people] said} that she could not bear any children. But she has been [pregnant] [EUP] [for almost] six months, and will bear a son!
37 परमेश्वरको लागि कुनै पनि कुरा असम्भव हुनेछैन ।”
[You should not be surprised at that], because God can do everything!”
38 मरियमले भनिन्, “हेर, म परमप्रभुकी दासी एक स्त्री हुँ । तपाईंको सन्देशअनुसार नै मेरो निम्ति होस् ।” त्यसपछि स्वर्गदूत उनीबाट बिदा भए ।
Then Mary said, “All right, I want to serve (the Lord/God), so may what you [(sg)] have said about me come true!” Then the angel left her.
39 त्यसपछि मरियम ती दिनहरूमा हतारिँदै यहूदाको पहाडी देशको एउटा सहरमा गइन् ।
Very soon after that, Mary got ready and went quickly to a town in the highlands of Judea [district] where Zechariah lived.
40 जहाँ उनी जकरियाको घरमा गइन् र एलीशिबालाई अभिवादन गरिन् ।
She entered his house and greeted [his wife] Elizabeth.
41 जब एलीशिबाले मरियमको अभिवादन सुनिन्, उनको गर्भमा भएको बालक उफ्रियो र एलीशिबा पवित्र आत्माले भरिइन् ।
As soon as Elizabeth heard Mary greet her, the baby moved inside [Elizabeth’s] womb. The Holy Spirit took complete control of Elizabeth,
42 तिनले ठुलो आवाजले उनलाई यसो भनिन्, “स्त्रीहरूमा तिमी धन्यकी हौ र तिम्रो गर्भको फल धन्यको होस् ।”
and she said loudly [to Mary], “[God] has blessed you [more than] he has blessed [any other] woman, and [he has] blessed the child you will bear!
43 तब यो कसरी हुन कि सक्छ मेरा प्रभुकी आमा मकहाँ आउनुभयो?
(I am not worthy that [God would allow you] to visit me!/Why is [God allowing you] to visit me?) [RHQ] You will be the mother of my Lord!
44 तब हेर, जब तिम्रो अभिवादनको आवाज मेरो कानमा आयो, मेरो गर्भमा भएको बालक आनन्दले उफ्रियो ।
[I realize this because] as soon as I heard you greet me, the baby inside my womb moved because he was so happy [that you had come].
45 अनी जसले विश्वास गरेकी छिन्, धन्यकी हुन् किनकि जुन कुराहरू उनलाई परमप्रभुबाट भनिएको थियो ती पुरा हुनेछन् ।”
[God] is pleased with you [because] you believed that what (the Lord/God) told you would come true.”
46 मरियमले भनिन्, “मेरो प्राण परमभुमा आनन्दित छ ।
Then Mary [praised God by] saying/singing: “, how I [SYN] praise (the Lord/God)!
47 र मेरो आत्मा परमप्रभु मेरो उद्धारकमा आनन्दित हुँदछ ।
I am happy because God is the one who saves me.
48 किनकि उहाँले आफ्नी दासी स्त्रीको नीच अवस्थामा ध्यान दिनुभएको छ । अब हेर, अहिलेबाट सबै पुस्ताहरूले मलाई धन्यकी भन्नेछन् ।
I was only his lowly servant girl, but he did not forget me. So from now on, everyone will say that God was pleased with me,
49 किनकि सर्वशक्तिमान्ले मेरो लागि महान् कार्य गर्नुभएको छ, र उहाँको नाउँ पवित्र छ ।
because they will hear about the things that God [MTY], the mighty one, has done for me. He [MTY] is awesome!
50 जसले उहाँलाई आदर गर्छ, एउटा पुस्तादेखि एर्को पुस्तसम्म उहाँको दया रहिरहन्छ ।
He acts mercifully toward all those who respect him.
51 उहाँका बाहुलीले शक्तिशाली कामहरू गरेका छन् । आफ्नो हृदयमा घमण्ड विचार भएकाहरूलाई उहाँले तितर-बितर पार्नुभएको छ ।
He shows people that he [MTY] is very powerful. He scatters those who think proudly.
52 उहाँले राजकुमारहरूलाई तिनीहरूका सिंहासनबाट खसाल्नुभएको छ । अनि तल्लो अवस्थाकाहरूलाई उठाउनुभएको छ ।
He does not let mighty kings rule [MTY] any more, but he honors people who are oppressed (OR, humble).
53 उहाँले भोकाहरूलाई असल थोकहरूले भरिदिनुहुन्छ, तर धनीहरूलाई रित्तै हात पठाउनुहुन्छ ।
He gives good things to eat to those who are hungry, but he sends away the rich people without giving them anything.
54 त्यसकारण, आफ्नो दयालाई सम्झना गरेर, उहाँले आफ्नो दास इस्राएललाई सहायता दिनुभएको छ ।
And now he has remembered what he promised. So he has helped me and all the other people of [MTY] Israel who serve him.
55 जसरी उहाँले हाम्रा पुर्खाहरूलाई भनेजस्तै, अब्राहाम र उनका वंशसँग सदासर्वदा गर्नुहुनेछ ।” (aiōn g165)
He promised to Abraham and all our other ancestors who descended from him that he would act mercifully toward them forever.” (aiōn g165)
56 मरियम झन्डै तिन महिना एलीशिबासँग बसिन् र अनि आफ्नो घरमा फर्किन् ।
Mary stayed with Elizabeth for about three months. Then she returned to her home.
57 अब एलीशिबाको बालक जन्माउने बेला आयो, र तिनले एउटा छोरा जन्माइन् ।
When it was time for Elizabeth to give birth to her child, she bore a son.
58 जब तिनका छिमेकी र नातेदारहरूले परमप्रभुले तिनीमाथि महान् दया गर्नुभएको कुरा सुने, तब उनीहरू तिनीसँग आनन्दित भए ।
Her neighbors and relatives heard how (the Lord/God) had greatly blessed her [by enabling her to bear a child], so they were happy along with [Elizabeth].
59 अब बालक जन्मेको आठौँ दिनमा तिनीहरू बालकको खतना गर्न गए र तिनीहरूले उनलाई आफ्ना पिताको नाउँबाट नै जकरिया भनेर बोलाउन सक्थे ।
Seven days later they gathered together for the [ceremony for] circumcising the baby [to show that he belonged to God]. They wanted to give the baby the same name as his father, Zechariah.
60 तर उनकी आमाले जवाफ दिएर भनिन्, “होइन, उनलाई यूहन्ना भनेर बोलाइनेछ ।”
But his mother said, “No, [his name will not be Zechariah]. His name will be John!”
61 तिनीहरूले तिनलाई भने, “तिम्रा नातेदारहरूका बिचमा यो नाउँ भएको त्यहाँ कोही पनि छैन ।”
[So] they said to her, “[John] is not the name of any of your [(dl)] relatives, [so you(dl) should not give him that name]!”
62 तिनीहरूले उनको बुबासँग इसारा गरेर बालकको नाउँ के राख्न चाहेका छन् भनेर तिनलाई सोधे ।
Then they made motions with their hands to Zechariah, [for him] to indicate what name [he] wanted to be given {to give} to his son.
63 उनले लेख्नका लागि पाटी मागे, र त्यसमा “तिनको नाउँ यूहन्ना हो” भनेर लेखे । त्यो देखेर तिनीहरू सबै अचम्मित भए ।
[So] he signaled that they [should give him] a tablet [to write on. When they gave him one], he wrote [on it], “His name is John.” All those [who were there] were surprised!
64 तुरुन्तै उनको मुख खुल्यो र जिब्रोको बन्धन टुट्यो, अनि तिनले बोल्न सुरु गरे र परमेश्वरको प्रशंसा गरे ।
Immediately Zechariah was able to speak again [MTY], and he praised God.
65 तिनीहरूका वरिपरि बस्नेहरूको बिचमा भय उत्पन्न भयो र त्यहाँ भएका कुराहरू यहूदाको पहाडी मुलुकभरि नै फैलियो ।
All their neighbors were amazed/awestruck! They told other people who lived all over the highlands of Judea about what had happened.
66 त्यसपछि यी कुरा सुन्ने सबैले आफ्नो हृदयमा राख्दै भने, “त्यसो भए, अब यो बालक कस्तो हुनेछ?” किनकि परमप्रभुको हात त्यस बालकसँग थियो ।
Everyone who heard about it kept thinking about it. They were saying, “We wonder what will this child do [for God when] he [grows up] [RHQ]!” They wondered that because [from what had happened they were sure that] God would be helping that child [SYN] [in a powerful way].
67 उनका पिता जकरिया पवित्र आत्माले भरिए र यसो भन्दै अगमवाणी गरे,
[After] Zechariah’s [son was born], Zechariah was completely directed by the Holy Spirit {the Holy Spirit completely directed Zechariah} as he spoke these words that came from God:
68 “इस्राएलका परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको प्रशंसा होस्, किनभने उहाँले आफ्ना मानिसहरूका लागि सहायता र उद्धारको काम गर्नुभएको छ ।
“Praise the Lord, the God whom we(inc) people of Israel worship, because he has come to set us, his people, free from our enemies.
69 उहाँले हाम्रा निम्ति मुक्तिको सिङ्लाई उहाँका दास दाऊदको घरानाबाट शक्तिशाली रूपमा खडा गर्नुभएको छ ।
He is sending us someone who will powerfully [MTY] save us, someone who is descended from [MTY] King David, who served God well.
Long ago God caused his prophets to say that he would do that. (aiōn g165)
71 उहाँले हाम्रा शत्रुहरू र हामीलाई घृणा गर्नेहरूबाट छुटकारा दिनुहुनेछ ।
He will rescue us from our enemies, and he will save us from the power of all those who hate us.
72 यो उहाँले हाम्रा पुर्खाहरूप्रति दया प्रकट गर्न र उहाँको पवित्र करारलाई स्मरण गर्नलाई गर्नुभएको छ ।
He will do this because he has not forgotten what he promised our ancestors; he made an agreement that he would act mercifully to us, their descendants.
73 त्यो करारचाहिँ उहाँले हाम्रा पुर्खा अब्राहामसँग गर्नुभएको शपथ हो ।
That is what he strongly promised our ancestor Abraham that he would do.
74 उहाँले हामीलाई हाम्रा शत्रुहरूका हातबाट मुक्त गर्न र उहाँको सम्मुख हाम्रो सारा जीवनभर
God told him that we would be rescued {he would rescue us} from the power of our enemies, that he would enable us to serve him without being afraid,
75 पवित्रता र धार्मिकतामा उहाँको सेवा गर्नलाई योग्यको बनाउने शपथ खानुभयो ।
that he would cause us to be completely dedicated to him, and enable us to live righteously all of our lives.”
76 हो, बालक तिमी, सर्वोच्चका अगमवक्ता कहलाइनेछौ, किनभने तिमी मानिसहरूका निम्ति मार्ग तयार पार्न प्रभुको अगि-अगि जानेछन् ।
[Then Zechariah said this to] his little son: “My child, you will be called {people will say that you are} a prophet whom God [MTY/EUP] has sent; you will begin your work before (the Lord/Messiah) comes; you will prepare people so that they will be ready for him. (OR, you will begin your work before the Messiah comes).
77 तिनीहरूका पाप-क्षमाद्वारा उहाँले आफ्ना मानिसहरूलाई मुक्तिको ज्ञान दिनुभएको छ ।
You will tell God’s people how he will forgive them and save them from being punished for their sins.
78 हाम्रा परमेश्वरले उहाँको कोमल कृपाको कारणले हामीलाई क्षमा गर्नुहुनेछ । यही कृपाद्वारा उहाँ हामीकहाँ बिहानको सूर्यझैँ आउनुहुनेछ ।
Our God will do that because he is very kind to us. Just like a new day begins when the sun rises [MET], God will do that new thing for us when the Messiah comes to us from heaven.
79 मृत्युको अन्धकारको छायाँमा बस्ने मानिसहरूमाथि उहाँ चम्कनुहुनेछ । उहाँले हाम्रा गोडाहरूलाई शान्तिको मार्गतिर डोर्याउनुहुन्छ ।”
People who do not know God [MET] are like those who sit in the darkness. They are afraid [MTY] that they will soon die. But when the Messiah tells us God’s message, it will be like causing such people to see a bright light. He will guide us [SYN] so that we will be living peacefully.”
80 त्यसपछि बालक हुर्के र आत्मामा बलियो भए, र उनी इस्राएलमा देखा नपरेसम्म उजाड-स्थानमा नै बसे ।
