अय्यूब 26
1 तब अय्यूबले जवाफ दिए र भने,
Then Job answered and said,
2 “शक्ति नभएको मानिसलाई तपाईंले कसरी मदत गर्नुभएको छ! ताकत नभएको पाखुरालाई तपाईंले कसरी बचाउनुभएको छ!
How hast thou helped him that is without power! how hast thou saved the arm that hath no strength!
3 बुद्धि नभएको मानिसलाई तपाईंले कसरी सल्लाह दिनुभएको छ, र उसलाई उचित ज्ञान सिकाउनुभएको छ!
How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom, and plentifully declared sound knowledge!
4 कसको सहायताद्वारा तपाईंले यी वचनहरू बोल्नुभएको छ? तपाईंबाट बाहिर निस्केको आत्मा कसको थियो?
To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came forth from thee?
5 मरेकाहरू, पानीमुनि भएकाहरू र त्यहाँ बास गर्नेहरू, सबैलाई त्रसित पारिएको छ ।
They that are deceased tremble beneath the waters and the inhabitants thereof.
Sheol is naked before him, and Abaddon hath no covering. (Sheol h7585)
7 उत्तरी आकाशलाई उहाँले खुल्ला अन्तरिक्षमा तन्काउनुहुन्छ, अनि पृथ्वीलाई उहाँले शून्यतामा झुण्ड्याउनुहुन्छ ।
He stretcheth out the north over empty space, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.
8 उहाँले पानीलाई आफ्नो बाक्लो बादलहरूमाथि जम्मा गर्नुहुन्छ, तर पनि तीमुनिका बादलहरू फाट्दैनन् ।
He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.
9 उहाँले चन्द्रमाको सतहलाई ढाक्नुहुन्छ, र आफ्ना बादलहरू त्यसमाथि फैलाउनुहुन्छ ।
He closeth in the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it.
10 उज्यालो र अँध्यारोको बिचको सिमाङ्कन गर्न, उहाँले पानीको सतहमा एउटा गोलो सिमारेखा बनाउनुभएको छ ।
He hath described a boundary upon the face of the waters, unto the confines of light and darkness.
11 उहाँको हप्कीमा स्वर्गका खम्बाहरू हल्लिन्छन् र छक्क पर्छन् ।
The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his rebuke.
12 आफ्नो शक्तिले उहाँले समुद्रलाई शान्त पार्नुभयो । आफ्नो सुझबुझले उहाँले राहाबलाई टुक्रा-टुक्रा पार्नुभयो ।
He stirreth up the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through Rahab.
13 आफ्नो सासले उहाँले आकाशलाई सफा पार्नुभयो । वेगले भाग्दै गरेको सर्पलाई उहाँका हातले छेड्नुभयो ।
By his spirit the heavens are garnished; his hand hath pierced the swift serpent.
14 हेर्नुहोस्, यी त उहाँको शक्तिको किनाराहरू मात्र हुन् । हामीले उहाँको बारेमा एउटा मधुर सोर मात्रै सुन्छौँ । उहाँको शक्तिको गर्जनलाई कसले बुझ्न सक्छ र?”
Lo, these are but the outskirts of his ways: and how small a whisper do we hear of him! but the thunder of his power who can understand?
