होशे 6
1 “आओ, हामी परमप्रभुतर्फ फर्कौं । किनकि उहाँले हामीलाई टुक्रा-टुक्रा पार्नुभएको छ, तर उहाँले हामीलाई निको पार्नुहुनेछ । उहाँले हामीलाई घाइते बनाउनुभएको छ, तर उहाँले हाम्रो घाउमा पट्टी लगाउनुहुनेछ ।
Come, and let us return unto Yahweh! for, he, hath torn, that he might heal us, —smitten, that he might bind us up.
2 दुई दिनपछि उहाँले हामीलाई पुनर्जीवित पार्नुहुनेछ । तेस्रो दिनमा उहाँले हामीलाई उठाउनुहुनेछ, र हामीहरू उहाँको सामु जिउनेछौं ।
He will bring us to life, after two days, —on the third day, will he raise us up, that we may live before him.
3 हामी परमप्रभुलाई चिनौं । परमप्रभुलाई चिन्नुपर्ने दवावमा हामी परौं । झिसमिसे बिहानीझैं उहाँको आगमन निश्चित छ । उहाँ हामीकहाँ झरीझैं, जमिनलाई भिजाउने बसन्त ऋतुको झरीझैं आउनुहुनेछ ।”
Then let us know—let us press on to know—Yahweh, Like the dawn, is his coming forth assured, —that he may come like a down-pour upon us, like the harvest-rain, [and] the seed-rain of the land.
4 ए एफ्राइम, म तँलाई के गरूँ? ए यहूदा, म तँलाई के गरूँ? तेरो विश्वस्तता बिहानीको बादलझैं, चाँडै हराएर जाने शीतझैं छ ।
What can I do unto thee, O Ephraim? What can I do unto thee, O Judah? for, your lovingkindness, is like a morning cloud, yea, like the dew, early departing!
5 यसैले तिनीहरूलाई मैले अगमवक्ताहरूद्वारा टुक्रा-टुक्रा पारेको छु, तिनीहरूलाई मैले आफ्नो मुखको वचनले मारेको छु । तिमीहरूका आदेशहरू चम्किने बिजुलीझैं छन् ।
For this cause, have I hewn them in pieces by the prophets, I have slain them by the sayings of my mouth, —and, my justice, as a light goeth forth.
6 किनकि म बलिदान होइन, विश्वस्तता चाहन्छु, र होमबलिहरूभन्दा धैरे परमेश्वरको ज्ञान भएको चाहन्छु ।
For, lovingkindness, I desired, and not sacrifice, —and the knowledge of God, more than ascending-offerings.
7 आदमले झैं तिनीहरूले करार तोडेका छन्, तिनीहरू मप्रति विश्वासहीन भएका छन् ।
But, they, like Adam, have transgressed a covenant, —There, have they dealt treacherously with me.
8 गिलादचाहिं दुष्ट काम गर्नेहरूको सहर हो, जसका पाइलाहरूमा रगत छ ।
Gilead, is a city of workers of iniquity, —tracked with blood.
9 डाँकुहरूका समुहले कसैलाई पर्खिरहेझैं, शकेम जाने बाटोमा पुजारीहरू मार्नलाई समुहमा बस्छन् । तिनीहरूले लज्जास्पद अपराधहरू गरेका छन् ।
And, like liers in wait for a man, in troops, is a band of priests, on the road, will they murder towards Shechem, —because, a shameful deed, they have done.
10 इस्राएलको घरानामा मैले घिनलाग्दो कुरा देखेको छु । त्यहाँ एफ्राइमको वेश्यागमन छ, र इस्राएल अशुद्ध भएको छ ।
In the house of Israel, have I seen a horrible thing, —there, the unchastity of Ephraim, defiled is Israel.
11 ए यहूदा तेरो निम्ति पनि कटनी तोकिएको छ, जति बेला म आफ्ना मानिसहरूको सुदिन पुनर्स्थापना गर्नेछु ।
Judah too! a harvest is appointed for thee, —in that I will bring back the captivity of my people.
