होशे 3

1 परमप्रभुले मलाई भन्‍नुभयो, “फेरि जा, आफ्नो पतिले प्रेम गरेकी एक जना स्‍त्रीलाई प्रेम गर्, तर त्‍यो एक जना व्यभिचारिणी हो । इस्राएलका मानिसहरू अन्‍य देवतातर्फ लागे र तिनीहरूले पवित्र दाखका केकहरू मन पराए तापनि, जसरी म परमप्रभुले तिनीहरूलाई प्रेम गरें, त्‍यसरी नै त्यसलाई प्रेम गर् ।”

Then said the Lord to me, Goe yet, and loue a woman (beloued of her husband, and was an harlot) according to the loue of the Lord toward the children of Israel: yet they looked to other gods, and loued the wine bottels.

2 यसैले मैले त्यसलाई मेरो निम्ति पन्ध्र शेकेल चाँदी र अढाइ मुरी जौ तिरेर किनें ।

So I bought her to me for fifteene pieces of siluer, and for an homer of barlie and an halfe homer of barlie.

3 मैले त्यसलाई भनें, “तिमी मसँग धेरै दिन बस्‍नुपर्छ । तिमी अब वेश्‍या हुनेछैनौ र कुनै अर्को पुरुषको हुनेछैनौ । त्‍यसरी नै म पनि तिमीसँगै रहनेछु ।”

And I said vnto her, Thou shalt abide with me many dayes: thou shalt not play the harlot, and thou shalt be to none other man, and I will be so vnto thee.

4 किनकि इस्राएलका मानिसहरू राजा, राजकुमार, बलिदान, ढुङ्गाको स्तम्भ, एपोद र घरघरका मूर्तिहरूविना धेरै दिनसम्म रहनेछन् ।

For the children of Israel shall remaine many dayes without a King and without a prince, and without an offering, and without an image, and without an Ephod and without Teraphim.

5 त्यसपछि इस्राएलका मानिसहरू फर्कनेछन् र परमप्रभु आफ्‍ना परमेश्‍वर र आफ्‍ना राजा दाऊदलाई खोज्‍नेछन्, र अन्तका दिनहरूमा, तिनीहरु परमप्रभु र उहाँको भलाइको सामु भयसाथ आउँछन् ।

Afterward shall the children of Israel conuert, and seeke the Lord their God, and Dauid their King, and shall feare the Lord, and his goodnes in the latter dayes.
