उत्पत्ति 9
1 त्यसपछि परमेश्वरले नोआ र तिनका छोराहरूलाई आशिष् दिनुभयो र भन्नुभयो, “फल्दै-फुल्दै, वृद्धि हुँदै र पृथ्वीमा भरिँदै जाओ ।
And he blessed God Noah and sons his and he said to them be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth.
2 जमिनमा चलहल गर्ने हरेक जीवित प्राणी, आकाशका हरेक पक्षी, जमिनमा घस्रने हरेक जन्तु र समुद्रका सबै माछामाथि तिमीहरूको डर र त्रास रहनेछ । ती तिमीहरूका हातमा सुम्पिएका छन् ।
And fear your and dread your will be on every animal of the earth and on every bird of the heavens on all that creeps the ground and on all [the] fish of the sea in hand your they are given.
3 हरेक चलहल गर्ने प्राणी तिमीहरूका निम्ति भोजन हुनेछन् । मैले तिमीहरूलाई हरिया वनस्पतिहरू दिएजस्तै अब म तिमीहरूलाई सबै थोक दिन्छु ।
Every creeping thing which it [is] alive for you it will become food like [the] greenery of plant[s] I give to you everything.
4 तर तिमीहरूले मासु त्यसको प्राण दिने रगतसमेत नखाओ ।
Nevertheless flesh with life its blood its not you must eat.
5 तर तिमीहरूको प्राण दिने रगतको साटो म लेखा लिनेछु । हरेक पशुबाट म प्राणको साटो लिनेछु । आफ्नो भाइको हत्या गर्ने हरेक मानिसको हातबाट म त्यस मानिसको प्राणको साटो लिनेछु ।
And nevertheless blood of your of lives you I will seek from [the] hand of every animal I will seek it and from [the] hand of humankind from [the] hand of each brother his I will seek [the] life of humankind.
6 जसले मानिसको रगत बगाउँछ मानिसद्वारा नै त्यसको रगत बगाइनेछ, किनकि परमेश्वरले मानिसलाई आफ्नै स्वरूपमा बनाउनुभयो ।
[the] [one who] sheds [the] blood of Humankind by humankind blood his will be shed for in [the] image of God he made humankind.
7 तिमीहरूचाहिँ पृथ्वीमा फल्दै-फुल्दै, वृद्धि हुँदै, फैलँदै जाओ ।”
And you be fruitful and multiply swarm on the earth and multiply on it.
8 त्यसपछि परमेश्वरले नोआ र तिनका छोराहरूलाई यसो भन्नुभयो,
And he said God to Noah and to sons his with him saying.
9 “मेरो कुरा सुन! तिमीहरू र तिमीहरूपछि आउने तिमीहरूका सन्तानहरू, तिमीहरूसँगै भएका हरेक जीवित प्राणी अर्थात्
And I here [am] I about to establish covenant my with you and with offspring your after you.
10 पक्षीहरू, पालिने पशुहरू र जहाजबाट बाहिर आउनेदेखि पृथ्वीमा भएका हरेक जीवित प्राणीसित म मेरो करार स्थापित गर्दै छु ।
And with every creature living which [is] with you among the bird[s] among the livestock and among every animal of the earth with you from all [those which] came out of the ark to every animal of the earth.
11 जलप्रलयको पानीद्वारा फेरि सबै प्राणी नष्ट गरिनेछैनन् भनी म मेरो करार तिमीहरूसित स्थापित गर्दछु । पृथ्वीलाई सर्वनाश गर्ने जलप्रलय फेरि कहिल्यै आउनेछैन ।
And I will establish covenant my with you and not will be cut off all flesh again from [the] waters of the flood and not will be again a flood to destroy the earth.
12 परमेश्वरले भन्नुभयो, “पुस्तौँको निम्ति मेरो र तिमीहरूसाथै हरेक जीवित प्राणीसित मैले जुन करार बाँध्दै छु, त्यसको चिन्ह यही हुन्छ
And he said God this [is] [the] sign of the covenant which I [am] making between me and between you and between every creature living which [is] with you for generations of perpetuity.
13 कि मैले बादलमा इन्द्रेणी राखेको छु, र यो मेरो र पृथ्वीको बिचमा करारको चिन्ह हुनेछ ।
Bow my I set in the cloud[s] and it will become a sign of a covenant between me and between the earth.
14 मैले पृथ्वीमाथि बादल फिँजाउँदा जब इन्द्रेणी देखा पर्छ
And it will be when bring cloud I cloud over the earth and it will be seen the bow in the cloud[s].
15 तब म मेरो करारलाई सम्झनेछु जुन करार मेरो र तिमीहरूसाथै हरेक जीवित प्राणीको बिचमा बाँधिएको छ । जलप्रलयले फेरि कहिल्यै सबै प्राणीलाई सर्वनाश गर्नेछैन ।
And I will remember covenant my which [is] between me and between you and between every creature living among all flesh and not will become again the water a flood to destroy all flesh.
16 परमेश्वर र पृथ्वीमा रहेका सबै जीवित प्राणीबिच बाँधिएको नित्य रहिरहने कराको सम्झना गर्नलाई म बादलमा देखा पर्ने इन्द्रेणीलाई हेर्नेछु ।”
And it will be the bow in the cloud[s] and I will see it to remember [the] covenant of perpetuity between God and between every creature living among all flesh which [is] on the earth.
17 तब परमेश्वरले नोआलाई भन्नुभयो, “मेरो र पृथ्वीमा भएका सबै जीवित प्राणीको बिचमा मैले स्थापित गरेको करारको चिन्ह यही हो ।”
And he said God to Noah this [is] [the] sign of the covenant which I have established between me and between all flesh which [is] on the earth.
18 जहाजबाट बाहिर निस्केर आएका नोआका छोराहरू शेम, हाम र येपेत थिए । हाम कनानका पिता थिए ।
And they were [the] sons of Noah who came out from the ark Shem and Ham and Japheth and Ham he [was] [the] father of Canaan.
19 यी तिन जना नोआका छोराहरू थिए, र यिनीहरूबाट नै समस्त पृथ्वी भरियो ।
Three these [were] [the] sons of Noah and from these dispersed all the earth.
20 नोआ किसान हुन लागे, र तिनले दाखबारी लगाए ।
And he began Noah [the] man of the ground and he planted a vineyard.
21 दाखमद्य पिएर तिनी मात्तिए । तिनी आफ्नो पालमा नाङ्गै पल्टिरहेका थिए ।
And he drank some of the wine and he became drunk and he uncovered himself in [the] middle of (tent his. *Q(K)*)
22 तब कनानका पिता हामले आफ्ना पिताको नाङ्गोपन देखे र बाहिर आएर दुवै दाजुलाई बताइदिए ।
And he saw Ham [the] father of Canaan [the] nakedness of father his and he told to [the] two brothers his on the outside.
23 त्यसैले, शेम र येपेतले एउटा लबेदा लिएर त्यसलाई काँधमा हाले अनि पछिल्तिर सर्दै गएर तिनीहरूका पिताको नाङ्गोपन ढाकिदिए । तिनीहरूको अनुहार अर्कोपट्टि फर्केकाले तिनीहरूले आफ्ना पिताको नाङ्गोपन देखेनन् ।
And he took Shem and Japheth the garment and they put [it] on [the] shoulder of both of them and they walked backwards and they covered [the] nakedness of father their and faces their [were] backwards and [the] nakedness of father their not they saw.
24 नोआ आफ्नो मद्यको लतबाट उठेपछि तिनका कान्छा छोराले तिनलाई के गरेका थिए भनी तिनलाई थाहा भयो ।
And he awoke Noah from wine his and he knew [that] which he had done to him son his young.
25 त्यसैले तिनले भने, “श्रापित होस् कनान । त्यो आफ्ना दाजुहरूका कमाराहरूका पनि कमारा होस् ।”
And he said [be] cursed Canaan a slave of slaves he will be of brothers his.
26 तिनले यसो पनि भने, “शेमका परमेश्वर यहोवे धन्यका होऊन्, र कनान त्यसको कमारो होस् ।
And he said [be] blessed Yahweh [the] God of Shem and let him be Canaan a slave to them.
27 परमेश्वरले येपेतको क्षेत्र वृद्धि गर्नुभएको होस् र त्यसले शेमका पालहरूमा बास गरून् । कनान त्यसका कमारा होस् ।”
May he make spacious God Japheth and let him dwell in [the] tents of Shem and let him be Canaan a slave to them.
28 जलप्रलयपछि नोआ तिन सय पचास वर्ष बाँचे ।
And he lived Noah after the flood three hundred year[s] and fifty year[s].
29 नोआको जम्मा उमेर नौ सय पचास वर्ष भयो, अनि तिनी मरे
And they were all [the] days of Noah nine hundred year[s] and fifty year[s] and he died.
