उत्पत्ति 49
1 तब याकूबले आफ्ना छोराहरूलाई बोलाएर भनेः “तिमीहरू यहाँ जम्मा होओ, ताकि भविष्यमा तिमीहरूमाथि के आइपर्नेछ सो म तिमीहरूलाई भनूँ ।
And he summoned Jacob sons his and he said gather yourselves so let me tell to you [that] which it will happen to you at [the] end of the days.
2 हे याकूबका छोरा हो, जम्मा भएर सुन, तिमीहरूका बुबा इस्राएलका कुरा सुन ।
Assemble and listen O sons of Jacob and listen to Israel father your.
3 रूबेन, तँ मेरो जेठो छोरो होस्, मेरो शक्ति र मेरो बलको सुरु, गौरव र शक्तिमा उत्कृष्ट ।
O Reuben [are] firstborn my you strength my and [the] beginning of manly vigor my excellence of dignity and excellence of power.
4 बग्ने पानीजस्तो चञ्चल, तेरो प्रतिष्ठा रहनेछैन, किनभने तँ तेरा बुबाको ओछ्यानमा चढिस् । अनि त्यसलाई अशुद्ध पारिस्; तँ मेरो पलङ्गमा चढ़िस् ।
Destructiveness like water may not you excel for you went up [the] bed of father your then you profaned [it] couch my he went up.
5 शिमियोन र लेवी दाजुभाइ हुन् । हिंसाका हतियार नै तिनीहरूका तरवार हुन् ।
Simeon and Levi [are] brothers [are] weapons of violence swords their.
6 ए मेरो प्राण, तिनीहरूको सभामा नआइज, तिनीहरूको बैठकमा नबस् किनकि मेरो हृदयमा त्यसको निम्ति अत्यन्तै श्रद्धा छ । किनकि तिनीहरूलेआफ्नो रिसमा मानिसहरूलाई मारे । तिनीहरूले आफ्नो आनन्दको निम्ति गोरुहरूका ढोडनसा काटेका छन् ।
In council their may not it enter self my in assembly their may not it be united honor my for in anger their they slew a man and for pleasure their they hamstrung ox[en].
7 तिनीहरूको रिस श्रापित् होस्, किनभने त्यो भयानक छ, र तिनीहरूको क्रोध पनि श्रापित् होस् किनकि त्यो निष्ठुर छ । तिनीहरूलाई म याकूबमा विभाजन गर्नेछु, इस्राएलमा तितरबितर पार्नेछु ।
[be] cursed Anger their for fierce and wrath their for it is hard I will divide them in Jacob and I will scatter them in Israel.
8 ए यहूदा, तेरा दाजुभाइहरूले तेरो प्रशंसा गर्नेछन् । तेरा हात तेरा शत्रुहरूका गर्दनमा हुनेछन् । तेरा बुबाका छोराहरू तेरो सामुन्ने निहुरिनेछन् ।
O Judah you they will praise you brothers your hand your [will be] on [the] neck of enemies your they will bow down to you [the] sons of father your.
9 यहूदा सिंहको डमरु हो । ए मेरो छोरो, तँ तेरो शिकारभन्दा उच्च भएको छस् । त्यो निहुरियो, सिंह र सिंहनीझैँ झुक्यो । कसले त्यसलाई उठाउने आँट गर्छ?
[is] a cub of A lion Judah from prey O son my you have gone up he bows down he lies down like a lion and like a lion who? will he rouse him.
10 यहूदाको हातबाट राजदण्ड हट्नेछैन, न त राज्य चलाउनेको लाठी त्यसका खुट्टाका बिचबाट हट्नेछ, जबसम्म त्यसका मालिक आउँदैनन् । जातिहरूले उहाँको आज्ञा मान्नेछन् ।
Not it will depart a scepter from Judah and a ruler's staff from between feet his until that he will come (Shiloh *Q(k)*) and [will belong] to him [the] obedience of peoples.
11 त्यसको गधालाई दाखको बोटमा, र गधाको बछेड़ोलाई चाहिँ उत्तम जातको हाँगामा बाँधेर त्यसले आफ्ना लुगाहरू दाखमद्यमा, आफ्ना पोशाक अङ्गुरको रसमा धुनेछ ।
Binding to the vine (donkey his *Q(K)*) and to the choice vine [the] young one of donkey his he will wash in wine clothing his and in [the] blood of grapes (robe his. *Q(K)*)
12 त्यसका आँखा दाखमद्यजस्तै गाढा, र त्यसका दाँत दुधजस्ता सेता हुनेछन् ।
Dark of eyes more than wine and white of teeth more than milk.
13 जबूलून समुद्रको किनारमा बस्नेछ । जहाजहरूका निम्ति त्यो बन्दरगाह हुनेछ, र त्यसको सिमाना सीदोनसम्म हुनेछ ।
Zebulun to [the] coast of [the] seas he will dwell and he to a harbor of ships and side his [will be] at Sidon.
14 इस्साखार दुई भारीहरूका बिचमा लेटिरहने बलियो गधा हो ।
Issachar [is] a donkey of bone lying down between the two campfires.
15 जसले असल विश्रामको ठाउँ असल र रमाइलो देश देख्छ । त्यसले भारी बोक्नलाई आफ्नो काँध झुकाउनेछ, र काम गर्ने नोकर बन्नेछ ।
And he saw a resting place that it was good and the land that it was pleasant and he bent down shoulder his to carry a load and he became forced labor of laboring.
16 इस्राएलका कुलमध्ये एउटा कुल भएर दानले आफ्ना मानिसहरूको न्याय गर्नेछ ।
Dan he will judge people his like one of [the] tribes of Israel.
17 दान बाटोको छेउमा भएको एउटा सर्प, अर्थात् घोडाको कुर्कुच्चा डस्ने विषालु सर्प हुनेछ र त्यसको घोडचढी पछिल्तिर लोट्छ ।
May he be Dan a snake on a road a viper on a path the [one which] bites [the] heels of a horse and he fell rider its backwards.
18 हे परमप्रभु, म तपाईंको उद्धारको प्रतीक्षा गर्छु ।
For deliverance your I wait eagerly O Yahweh.
19 गादमाथि आक्रमण गर्नेले त्यसलाई आक्रमण गर्नेछ, तर त्यसले तिनीहरूको कुर्कुच्चामा आक्रमण गर्नेछ ।
Gad a marauding band it will attack him and he he will attack a heel.
20 आशेरको अनाज प्रशस्त हुनेछ, र त्यसले राजकीय खाना उपलब्ध गराउनेछ ।
From Asher [will be] rich food his and he he will provide delicacies of a king.
21 नप्ताली सुन्दर पाठापाठी पाउने फुकाइएकी मुडुली-मृग हो ।

22 योसेफ एउटा फलवन्त लहरा हो, पानीको मूलनेर भएको फल दिने लहरा, जसका हाँगाहरू पर्खालमाथि फैलिन्छन् ।
[is] a son of A fruit-bearer Joseph a son of a fruit-bearer at a spring daughters she will climb over a wall.
23 धनुर्धारीहरूले त्यसलाई आक्रमण गर्नेछन् र त्यसमाथि काँड चलाउनेछन्, र त्यसलाई सताउनेछन् ।
And they showed bitterness to him and they shot and they bear a grudge him masters of arrows.
24 तापनि त्यसको धनु स्थिर रहनेछ, र याकूबका शक्तिशाली परमेश्वरका हातको कारण र ती गोठाला अर्थात् इस्राएलको चट्टानद्वारा त्यसका हातहरू सिपालु हुनेछन्, ती गोठाला, इस्राएलको चट्टानद्वारा ।
And it remained in permanence bow his and they were agile [the] arms of hands his from [the] hands of [the] mighty one of Jacob [is] from there [the] shepherd [the] stone of Israel.
25 तेरा बुबाका परमेश्वरले तँलाई सहायता गर्नुहुन्छ, र सर्वशक्तिमान् परमेश्वरले माथि स्वर्गका आशिष्हरू, तल अगाधका आशिष्हरू, अनि स्तन र गर्भका आशिष्हरूले आशिषित्् तुल्याउनुहुनेछ ।
From [the] God of father your and he will help you and Almighty and he will bless you blessings of heaven above blessings of [the] deep [which] lies beneath blessings of breasts and womb.
26 तेरा बुबाका आशीर्वादहरू प्राचीन पहाडहरूका आशीर्वादभन्दा महान् छन् वा प्राचीन डाँडाहरूका वाञ्छनीय कुरा हुन्छन् । ती सबै योसेफको शिरमा होऊन्, त्यसका दाजुभाइहरूमध्येका प्रधानको शिरमा पनि ।
[the] blessings of Father your they have prevailed over [the] blessings of [the men who] conceived me to desire of hills of antiquity may they be[long] to [the] head of Joseph and to the scalp [the] prince of brothers his.
27 बेन्यामीन एउटा भोको ब्वाँसो हो । बिहान त्यसले शिकार खान्छ, र बेलुकीचाहिँ त्यसले लुट बाँड्छ ।
Benjamin [is] a wolf [which] it tears to pieces in the morning he consumes booty and to the evening he divides plunder.
28 यी इस्राएलका बाह्र कुल हुन् । आफ्ना बुबाले तिनीहरूलाई आशीर्वाद दिँदा भनेका कुरा यही हो । प्रत्येकलाई तिनले सुहाउँदो आशीर्वाद दिए ।
All these [are] [the] tribes of Israel two [plus] ten and this [is that] which he spoke to them father their and he blessed them everyone whom according to blessing his he blessed them.
29 तब तिनले तिनीहरूलाई यो आज्ञा दिएर यसो भने “म त मेरा मानिसहरूकहाँ मिल्न जान लागेको छु । हित्ती एप्रोनको खेतमा भएको ओडारमा मेरा पिता-पुर्खाहरूका साथमा मलाई गाड,
And he commanded them and he said to them I [am] about to be gathered to people my bury me with fathers my into the cave which [is] in [the] field of Ephron the Hittite.
30 अर्थात् कनान देशमा मम्रेनेरको मक्पेलाको खेतमा भएको ओडार, जुन अब्राहामले हित्ती एप्रोनको हातबाट खेतसमेत चिहान बनाउनलाई किनेका थिए ।
In the cave which [is] in [the] field of Machpelah which [is] on [the] face of Mamre in [the] land of Canaan which he bought Abraham the field from with Ephron the Hittite to a possession of a burial site.
31 उनीहरूले अब्राहाम र तिनकी पत्नी सारालाई त्यहीँ गाडे । त्यहीँ नै उनीहरूले इसहाक र तिनकी पत्नी रिबेकालाई पनि गाडे । त्यहीँ नै मैले लेआलाई गाडेँ ।
There people buried Abraham and Sarah wife his there people buried Isaac and Rebekah wife his and there I buried Leah.
32 त्यो खेत र त्यहाँ भएको ओडार हित्तीहरूको हातबाट किनिएको थियो ।”
[the] livestock of The field and the cave which [is] in it from with [the] sons of Heth.
33 छोराहरूलाई यो आज्ञा दिइसकेपछि याकूबले आफ्ना खुट्टा ओछ्यानमा पसारेर आफ्नो प्राण त्यागे, र आफ्ना पिता-पुर्खाहरूसँग मिल्न गए ।
And he finished Jacob to command sons his and he gathered feet his into the bed and he expired and he was gathered to peoples his.
