गलाती 1
1 म पावल एक प्रेरित हुँ । म कुनै मानिस वा व्यक्तिद्वारा प्रेरित भएको होइन, तर येशू ख्रीष्ट र परमेश्वर पिताद्वारा भएको हुँ जसले उहाँलाई मृतकहरूबाट जीवित पार्नुभयो ।
Paul an apostle (not from men, nor by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised Him from the dead),
2 मसँग भएका सबै भाइहरूका साथ म यो पत्र गलातियाका सबै मण्डलीहरूलाई लेखिरहेको छु ।
and all the brethren that are with me, to the churches of Galatia:
3 परमेश्वर हाम्रा पिता र प्रभु येशू ख्रीष्टबाट तिमीहरूलाई अनुग्रह र शान्ति होस्,
grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ,
4 जसले हाम्रा परमेश्वर र पिताको इच्छाअनुसार यस वर्तमान दुष्ट संसारबाट हामीलाई मुक्त गराउन हाम्रा पापका निम्ति आफैँलाई अर्पण गर्नुभयो । (aiōn g165)
who gave himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from the present evil world, according to the will of our God and Father: (aiōn g165)
to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
6 तिमीहरू यति छिटै फरक सन्देशतिर फर्किएको देख्दा म चकित परेको छु । ख्रीष्टको अनुग्रहद्वारा तिमीहरूलाई बोलाउनुहुनेबाट तिमीहरू टाढिएको देख्दा म चकित परेको छु ।
I wonder that ye are so soon removed from him who called you by the grace of Christ to another gospel: which is not another;
7 अरू कुनै सुसमाचार छैन, तर केही यस्ता मानिसहरू छन् जसले तिमीहरूलाई समस्यामा पार्न र ख्रीष्ट येशूको सुसमाचारलाई विकृत गर्न चाहन्छन् ।
but there be some that disturb you, and would subvert the gospel of Christ.
8 तर हामीले तिमीहरूका माझमा जुन सुसमाचार घोषणा गर्यौँ, त्योभन्दा बाहेक अरू कुनै सन्देशलाई यदि हामी वा स्वर्गबाट आएका स्वर्गदूतले नै प्रचार गरे तापनि त्यो श्रापित होस् ।
But tho' we or an angel from heaven should preach to you any other gospel than what we have preached to you; let him be accursed.
9 हामीले पहिले नै भनिसकेका छौँ र म अहिले फेरि पनि भन्दछु, “कसैले तिमीहरूले स्वीकार गरेको भन्दा बाहेक तिमीहरूका सामु अर्को सन्देशको घोषणा गर्दछ भने, त्यो श्रापित होस् ।”
I say it again, if any one preach to you any other gospel than what ye have received, let him be accursed.
10 के मैले अहिले मानिसहरू वा परमेश्वरको समर्थन खोजिरहेको छु र? के मैले मानिसहरूलाई खुसी पार्न खोजिरहेको छु र? यदि मैले अझै पनि मानिसहरूलाई खुसी पार्ने प्रयास गरिरहेको छु भने, म ख्रीष्टको दास होइनँ ।
For do I now persuade you to obey men or God? Or do I seek to please men? if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
11 भाइहरू हो, तिमीहरूले यो कुरा जान भन्ने म चाहन्छु, कि मैले घोषणा गरेको सुसमाचार मानिसहरूबाट मात्र आएको होइन ।
But I assure you, brethren, that the gospel preached by me is not of human invention.
12 मैले यो कुनै मानिसबाट प्राप्त गरेको होइन, न त मलाई यो सिकाइएको थियो । बरु, मलाई यो येशू ख्रीष्टको प्रकाशद्वारा दिइएको थियो ।
For I neither received it, nor was taught it by man, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
13 म यहूदी हुदाँ मेरो पहिलेको जीवनको बारेमा तिमीहरूले सुनेका छौ, कि कसरी मैले परमेश्वरको मण्डलीलाई हिंसात्मक रूपले अत्यधिक सताइरहेको थिएँ र त्यसलाई नष्ट गरिरहेको थिएँ ।
For ye have heard of my conversation formerly in Judaism, that I outragiously persecuted the church of God, and laid it waste:
14 म यहूदी धर्मकर्ममा मेरा आफ्नै मानिसहरूका कैयौँ सहकर्मीहरूभन्दा धेरै अगि बढिरहेको थिएँ । मेरा पुर्खाहरूका परम्पराहरूका निम्ति म अत्यन्तै उत्साहित थिएँ ।
and I made a proficiency in Judaism above many of the same age with me in my own nation, being excessively zealous for the traditions of my fathers.
15 तर मेरी आमाको गर्वदेखि नै मलाई चुन्नको निम्ति परमेश्वर खुसी हुनुभयो ।
But when it pleased God, (who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace, )
16 मैले गैरयहूदीहरूका माझमा उहाँलाई घोषणा गर्न सकूँ भनेर उहाँका पुत्रलाई ममा प्रकट गर्नको निम्ति उहाँको अनुग्रहद्वारा उहाँले मलाई बोलाउनुभयो । मैले तुरुन्तै शरीर र रगतको सल्लाह लिइनँ,
to reveal his Son in me, that I might preach Him among the gentiles; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood,
17 र मभन्दा अगि प्रेरित भएकाहरूकहाँ म यरूशलेममा गइनँ । बरु, म अरबतिर गएँ र त्यसपछि दमस्कसमा फर्किएँ ।
nor went I up to Jerusalem to those that were apostles before me, but I departed into Arabia, and afterwards returned again to Damascus.
18 अनि तिन वर्षपछि केफासलाई भेट्न म यरूशलेम गएँ र त्यहाँ उनीसँग पन्ध्र दिनसम्म बसेँ ।
Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to visit Peter, and I staid with him fifteen days.
19 तर मैले प्रभुका भाइ याकूबलाई बाहेक अरू कसैलाई भेटिनँ ।
But I saw no other of the apostles, except James the brother of our Lord.
20 हेर, मैले जे लेखेको छु, परमेश्वरको अगि मैले तिमीहरूलाई ढाँटेको छैन ।
(Now in what I write to you, behold, before God, I do not lie.)
21 त्यसपछि म सिरिया तथा किलिकियाका क्षेत्रहरूतिर गएँ ।
Afterwards I came into the regions of Syria and Cilicia,
22 ख्रीष्टमा भएका यहूदियाका मण्डलीहरूमा म अझैसम्म चिनिएको थिइनँ,
and was not known in person to the churches of Judea, which were in Christ.
23 तर उनीहरूले सुनेका थिएँ, “एक पटक हामीलाई सताउने व्यक्तिले अहिले त्यही विश्वासको घोषणा गरिरहेका छन् जुन विश्वासलाई कुनै समय उनले नष्ट गरिरहेका थिए ।”
But only they had heard that he who persecuted us before, now preacheth the faith which he formerly would have destroyed.
24 मेरो कारण तिनीहरूले परमेश्वरको महिमा गरिरहेका थिए ।
And they glorified God on my account.
