इजकिएल 39

1 “अब, ए मानिसको छोरो, गोगको विरुद्ध अगमवाणी गर् र यसो भन्, ‘परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यस्तो भन्‍नुहुन्छ: हेर्, मेशेक र तूबलको मुखिया गोग, म तेरो विरुद्धमा छु ।

But thou, O son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, I will be against thee O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech and Thubal;

2 तँलाई म फर्काउनेछु र तँलाई लानेछु । टाढा उत्तरबाट म तँलाई माथि ल्याउनेछु र तँलाई इस्राएलका पर्वतहरूमा पुर्‍याउनेछु ।

And I will derange thee, and lead thee astray, and will cause thee to come up from the farthest ends of the north; and I will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel;

3 तब तेरो देब्रे हातमा भएको धनुलाई म हिर्काउनेछु र तेरो दाहिने हातबाट काँडहरूलाई खसाल्‍नेछु ।

And I will strike thy bow out of thy left hand, and thy arrows will I cause to fall out of thy right hand.

4 तँ र तेरा सबै फौज, अनि तँसँग भएका सिपाहीहरू इस्राएलका पर्वतहरूमा मर्नेछन् । तँलाई म शिकारी चराहरू र जमिनका जङ्गली पशुहरूलाई आहाराको निम्ति दिनेछु ।

Upon the mountains of Israel shalt thou fall, thou, and all thy armies, and the people that are with thee: unto the ravenous birds, to every thing that hath wings, and to the beasts of the field, do I give thee for food.

5 यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो, तँ खुला मैदानमा मर्नेछस्, किनकि म आफैंले यो घोषणा गर्छु ।

Upon the open field shalt thou fall; for I have spoken it, saith the Lord Eternal.

6 तब म मगोग र किनारहरूमा सुरक्षित बसेकाहरूमाथि आगो पठाउनेछु, र म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी तिनीहरूले जान्‍नेछन् ।

And I will send a fire against Magog, and against those that dwell in the isles in safety: and they shall know that I am the Lord.

7 किनकि मेरा मानिस, अर्थात् इस्राएलका बिचमा आफ्‍नो पवित्र नाउँलाई चिनाउनेछु, र मेरो पवित्र नाउँलाई फेरि म अशुद्ध हुन दिनेछैन । जातिहरूले म नै परमप्रभु, इस्राएलमा परम पवित्र हो भनी जान्‍नेछन् ।

And my holy name will I make known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not permit my holy name to be profaned any more: and the nations shall know that I am the Lord, Holy in Israel.

8 हेर्, त्यो दिन आउँदैछ, र त्‍यो हुनेछ, यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो ।

Behold, it cometh, and it taketh place, saith the Lord Eternal; this is the day whereof I have spoken.

9 इस्राएलका सहरहरूमा बस्‍नेहरू बाहिर जानेछन् र तिनीहरूले आगो सल्काउन र ती बाल्नको निम्ति हतियारहरू अर्थात् साना ढालहरू र ठुला ढालहरू, धनुहरू, काँडहरू, लाठीहरू र भालाहरू प्रयोग गर्नेछन् । तिनीहरूले सात वर्षसम्म यिनैले आगो बाल्नेछन् ।

And the inhabitants of the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall burn and make fire for heating of the weapons, and shields and bucklers, of bows and of arrows, and of hand-staves, and of spears; and they shall feed with them the fire for seven years;

10 तिनीहरूले मैदानबाट काठ बटुल्नेछैनन् वा जङ्गलबाट रूखहरू काट्नेछैनन्, किनभने तिनीहरूले हतियारहरू बाल्नेछन् । तिनीहरूबाट लान इच्‍छा गर्नेहरूबाट नै तिनीहरूले लिनेछन् । तिनीहरूलाई लुट्‍न इच्‍छा गर्नेहरूलाई नै तिनीहरूले लुट्नेछन्, यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो ।”

And they shall take no wood out of the field, nor cut down any out of the forests; for with weapons shall they feed the fire: and they shall spoil those that spoiled them, and plunder those that plundered them, saith the Lord Eternal.

11 त्‍यसपछि त्यो दिन यस्तो हुनेछ । गोगको निम्ति इस्राएलमा म एउटा चिहान तयार गर्नेछु जुनचाहिं समुद्रको पुर्वपट्टि यात्रा गर्नेहरूको निम्ति एउटा बेसी हो । त्यसले त्यहाँबाट भएर जान इच्छा गर्नेहरूको बाटो छेक्‍नेछ । त्यहाँ तिनीहरूले गोगलाई त्यसका सारा भीडसहित गाड्नेछन् । तिनीहरूले त्यसलाई हामोन-गोगको बेसी नामाकरण गर्नेछन् ।

And it shall come to pass on that day, that I will give unto Gog a place there for a grave in Israel, the valley where people pass over to the east of the sea; and it shall stop the passengers [from passing]: and they shall bury there Gog and all his multitude, and they shall call it The valley of the multitude of Gog.

12 किनकि देशलाई शुद्ध गर्नलाई इस्राएलको घरानाले तिनीहरूलाई सात महिनासम्म गाड्नेछन् ।

And the house of Israel shall be burying them, in order to cleanse the land, during seven months.

13 देशका सबै मानिसहरूले तिनीहरूलाई गाड्नेछन् । म महिमित भएको त्यो दिन तिनीहरूका निम्ति एउटा स्मरणीय दिन हुनेछ, यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो ।

Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them as a renown on the day that I glorify myself, saith the Lord Eternal.

14 अनि तिनीहरूले मानिसहरूलाई निरन्तर त्यो देशबाट जानको निम्ति नियुक्त गर्नेछन् । तिनीहरूले त्यहाँबाट भएर जानेहरूको खोजी गर्नेछन् । भूमिलाई शुद्ध गर्नलाई तिनीहरूले त्यहाँ मरेका र त्यो देशमा रहेका लासहरूलाई खोजी गरेर गाड्नेछन् । सातौं महिनाको अन्त्यमा तिनीहरूले आफ्नो खोजी सुरु गर्नेछन् ।

And men constantly devoted to this shall they set apart to pass through the land, to bury with those that pass through those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it; at the end of seven months shall they make a search.

15 यी मानिसहरू ती देशबाट हिंड्दा, जब तिनीहरूले मानिसको हाड देख्‍छन्, तब चिहान खन्‍नेहरू आएर त्यसलाई हामोन-गोगको बेसीमा लगेर नगाडेसम्‍मलाई त्यहाँ तिनीहरूले एउटा चिन्ह राख्‍नेछन् ।

And those that thus travel will pass through the land; and when any one seeth a human bone, then will he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of the multitude of Gog.

16 त्यहाँ हामोनाहको नाउँमा एउटा सहर हुनेछ । यसरी तिनीहरूले देशलाई शुद्ध पार्नेछन् ।

And also the name of the city shall be Hamonah. Thus shall they cleanse the land.

17 ए मानिसको छोरो, परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ: पखेटा भएका सबै चराहरू र जमिनका सबै जङ्गली पशुहरूलाई यसो भन्, ‘एकसाथ भेला होओ र आओ । मैले तिमीहरूका निम्ति इस्राएलका पर्वतहरूमा गर्न गइरहेको ठुलो बलिदानको निम्ति सबै तिरबाट भेला होओ, ताकि तिमीहरूले मासु खानेछौ र रगत पिउनेछौ ।

And thou, O son of man, thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Say unto the birds, to every thing that hath wings, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves from every side to my sacrifice that I do slaughter for you, as a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood.

18 तिमीहरूले योद्धाहरूको मासु खानेछौ र पृथ्वीका शासकहरूका रगत पिउनेछौ । ती बाशानमा मोटाएका भेडाहरू, थुमाहरू, बाकाहरू, र साँढेहरू हुनेछन् ।

The flesh of the mighty shall ye eat, and the blood of the princes of the earth shall ye drink, —wethers, lambs, and he-goats, bullocks, fatlings of Bashan are they all of them.

19 तब तिमीहरू अघाउन्‍जेलसम्म बोसो खानेछौ । नमातेसम्म तिमीहरूले रगत पिउनेछौ । तिमीहरूको निम्ति मैले मार्ने बलिदान यो हुनेछ ।

And ye shall eat fat till ye be sated, and ye shall drink blood till ye be drunken, from my sacrifice which I have slaughtered for you.

20 तिमीहरू मेरो टेबलमा घोडा, रथ, योद्धा र युद्ध गर्ने मानिसहरूद्वारा तृप्‍त हुनेछौ, यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो ।’

And ye shall be sated at my table on horses and chariot-teams, on mighty men, and on all men of war, saith the Lord Eternal.

21 जातिहरूका बिचमा म आफ्‍नो महिमा स्‍थापित गर्नेछु र सबै जातिहरूले मैले गर्ने न्याय र तिनीहरूको विरुद्धमा मैले उठाएको मेरो हात देख्‍नेछन् ।

And I will display my glory among the nations: and all the nations shall see my punishment that I execute, and my hand that I lay on them.

22 त्यो दिनदेखि इस्राएलको घरानाले म नै परमप्रभु तिनीहरूका परमेश्‍वर हुँ भनी जान्‍नेछन् ।

And the house of Israel shall acknowledge that I am the Lord their God from that day and forward.

23 जातिहरूले यो जान्‍नेछन्, कि इस्राएलको घरानाले आफ्ना अपराधले मलाई धोका दिएका हुनाले तिनीहरू कैदमा गए । यसैले मैले तिनीहरूबाट आफ्नो मुहारलाई लुकाएँ र तिनीहरूका शत्रुहरूका हातमा तिनीहरूलाई दिएँ, ताकि तिनीहरू सबै तरवारले मारिए ।

And the nations shall know that for their iniquity did the house of Israel go into exile; because they had trespassed against me, and I had hidden my face from them; and I gave them up therefore into the hand of their oppressors, and they all fell by the sword.

24 जब मैले आफ्‍नो मुहार तिनीहरूबाट लुकाएँ, तब मैले तिनीहरूकै अशुद्धता र पापअनुसार तिनीहरूसँग व्यवहार गरें ।

According to their uncleanness, and according to their transgressions did I deal with them, and hid my face from them.

25 यसकारण परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छ: अब म आफ्‍नो पवित्र नाउँको निम्ति जोशसाथ काम गर्दा म याकूबको सुदिन फर्काउनेछु, र इस्राएलका सारा घरानामाथि दया देखाउनेछु ।

Therefore thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Now will I bring back again the captivity of Jacob, and I will have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be zealous for my holy name;

26 तब तिनीहरूका लाज र तिनीहरूले मलाई धोका दिएका सबै विद्रोह तिनीहरूले नै भोग्‍नेछन् । तिनीहरू आफ्नो देशमा सुरक्षित बसेको समयामा यी सबै तिनीहरूले बिर्सिनेछन् । त्यहाँ तिनीहरूलाई त्रसित गर्ने कोही हुनेछैन ।

And they shall feel their disgrace, and all their trespass whereby they had trespassed against me, when they dwelt in their land in safety, with none to make them afraid:

27 जब मानिसहरूबाट म तिनीहरूलाई पुनःस्‍थापित गर्नेछु र तिनीहरूका शत्रुहरूका देशहरूबाट म तिनीहरूलाई भेला गराउनेछु, तब धेरै जातिहरूका नजरमा म आफैंलाई पवित्र देखाउनेछु ।

When I bring them back again from the people, and gather them out of the land of their enemies, and sanctify myself on them before the eyes of the many nations.

28 तब म परमप्रभु तिनीहरूका परमेश्‍वर हुँ भनी तिनीहरूले जान्‍नेछन्, किनकि मैले नै तिनीहरूलाई जातिहरूका बिचमा कैदमा पठाएँ, तर तिनीहरूलाई म तिनीहरूकै देशमा भेला गराउनेछु । तिमध्ये कसैलाई पनि म जातिहरूका बिचमा छोड्नेछैन ।

And they shall know that I am the Lord their God; because I had exiled them among the nations, but gather them now unto their own land, and leave none of them any more there.

29 इस्राएलको घरानामा मैले आफ्‍नो आत्मा खन्याउँदा, म फेरि तिनीहरूबाट आफ्नो मुहार लुकाउनेछैनँ, यो परमप्रभु परमेश्‍वरको घोषणा हो ।”

And I will not hide my face any more from them; for I will have poured out my spirit over the house of Israel, saith the Lord Eternal.
