इजकिएल 36
1 “अब, ए मानिसको छोरा, इस्राएलका पर्वतहरूलाई अगमवाणी गर् र यसो भन्, ‘ए इस्राएलका पर्वतहरू, परमप्रभुको वचन सुन ।
Also thou sonne of man, prophesie vnto the mountaines of Israel, and say, Ye mountaines of Israel, heare the word of the Lord.
2 परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: शत्रुले तिमीहरूका बारेमा यसो भनेका छ, “आहा! प्राचीन अग्ला ठाउँहरू हाम्रा अधिकारमा भएका छन् ।”’
Thus saith the Lord God, because the enemie hath sayde against you, Aha, euen the hye places of the world are ours in possession,
3 यसकारण अगमवाणी गर र यसो भन्, ‘परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: तिमीहरू उजाड भएका हुनाले र तिमीहरूमाथि चारैतिरबाट आक्रमण भएको हुनाले तिमीहरू अरू जातिहरूका अधिकारमा परेका छौ । तिमीहरू निन्दनीय ओठहरू र जिब्राहरू, अनि मानिसहरूका वर्णनका विषय बनेका छौ ।
Therefore prophesie, and say, Thus sayth the Lord God, Because that they haue made you desolate, and swallowed you vp on euery side, that ye might be a possession vnto the residue of the heathen, and ye are come vnto the lippes and tongues of men, and vnto the reproch of the people,
4 यसकारण, ए इस्राएलका पर्वतहरू, परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको वचन सुनः पर्वतहरू र अग्ला पहाडहरू, खोलाहरू र बेसीहरू, तिनीहरूका वरिपरि भएका अरू जतिहरूका निम्ति लूट र हाँसोको विषय बनेका निर्जन उजाड-स्थानहरू र त्यागिएका सहरहरूलाई परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ,
Therefore ye mountaines of Israel, heare the worde of the Lord God, Thus sayth the Lord God to the mountaines and to the hilles, to the riuers, and to the valleys, and to the waste, and desolate places, and to the cities that are forsaken: which are spoyled and had in derision of the residue of the heathen that are round about.
5 यसकारण परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छः निश्चय नै अरू जातिहरूका विरुद्धमा, एदोम र मेरो देशलाई आफ्नो अधिकारमा लिने सबैका विरुद्धमा, र आफ्नै निम्ति मेरो देशको खर्कमाथि अधिकार गर्नलाई त्यो कब्जा गर्दा आफ्नो हृदयमा रमाहट गर्ने र आत्मामा घृणा बोकेका सबैको विरुद्धमा मेरो क्रोधको आगोमा मैले बोलेको छु ।’
Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Surely in the fire of mine indignation haue I spoken against the residue of the heathen, and against all Idumea, which haue taken my lande for their possession, with the ioy of all their heart, and with despitefull mindes to cast it out for a pray.
6 यसकारण, इस्राएल देशलाई अगमवाणी गर र पर्वतहरू र अग्ला पहाडहरू, खोलाहरू र बेसीहरूलाई यसो भन्, ‘परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: हेर्, मेरो क्रोध र रिसमा म यो घोषणा गर्दैछु किनभने तिमीहरूले जातिहरूका अपमान सहेका छौ ।
Prophesie therfore vpon the land of Israel, and say vnto the mountaines, and to the hilles, to the riuers, and to the valleys, Thus sayth the Lord God, Behold, I haue spoken in mine indignation, and in my wrath, because yee haue suffered the shame of the heathen,
7 यसकारण, परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: म आफ्नो हात उठाएर यो शपथ खान्छु, कि तेरो वरिपरिका जातिहरूले आफ्नो लाज आफै बोक्नेछन् ।
Therefore thus saith the Lord God, I haue lifted vp mine hand, surely the heathen that are about you, shall beare their shame.
8 तर, ए इस्राएलका पहाडहरू, तिमीहरूले हाँगाहरू बढाउनेछौ र तिमीहरूले मेरा मानिस इस्राएलका लागि फल दिनेछौ, किनभने तिनीहरू छिटै तिमीहरूकहाँ फर्केर आउनेछन् ।
But you, O mountaines of Israel, yee shall shoote forth your branches, and bring foorth your fruite to my people of Israel: for they are ready to come.
9 किनकि हेर, म तिमीहरूका निम्ति हुँ, र म तिमीहरूलाई कृपा दृष्टिले व्यवहार गर्नेछु । तिमीहरूको खनजोत गरिने र बीउ छरिनेछ ।
For behold, I come vnto you, and I wil turne vnto you, and ye shalbe tilled and sowen.
10 यसैले तिमीहरूमाथि म मानिसहरूका सङ्ख्या, इस्राएलका सारा घरानालाई बढाउनेछु । सहरहरूमा बसोबास हुनेछ र भग्नावशेषहरू पुनःनिर्माण गरिनेछन् ।
And I wil multiply the men vpon you, euen all the house of Israel wholly, and the cities shalbe inhabited, and the desolate places shalbe builded.
11 ए पर्वतहरू, तिमीहरूमा मानिस र पशुका सङ्ख्यालाई म वृद्धि गराउनेछु ताकि तिनीहरू फल्दै-फुल्दै र वृद्धि हुँदै जानेछन् । त्यसपछि पहिलेझैं तिमीहरूमा म बसोबास गराउनेछु, र तिमीहरूको समृद्धि विगतमा भएको भन्दा बढी गराउनेछु, ककिनकि तिमीहरूले म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी जान्नेछौ ।
And I wil multiply vpon you man and beast, and they shall encrease, and bring fruite, and I will cause you to dwell after your olde estate, and I will bestowe benefites vpon you more then at the first, and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
12 तिमीहरूमा हिंड्नलाई मेरा मानिसहरू अर्थात् इस्राएलीहरूलाई म ल्याउनेछु । तिनीहरूले तिमीहरूमाथि अधिकार गर्नेछन्, र तिमीहरू तिनीहरूका उत्तराधिकार हुनेछौ, र तिमीहरूले तिनीहरूका छोराछोरीलाई मर्न दिनेछैनौ ।
Yea, I wil cause men to walke vpon you, euen my people Israel, and they shall possesse you, and ye shalbe their inheritance, and ye shall no more henceforth depriue them of men.
13 परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: किनभने तिनीहरूले तिमीहरूलाई भनेका छन्, “तिमीहरूले मानिसहरू नष्ट गर्छौ, र आफ्नो जातिलाई शोकमा पार्छौ,”
Thus sayth the Lord God, because they say vnto you, Thou land deuourest vp men, and hast bene a waster of thy people,
14 यसकारण तिमीहरूले फेरि मानिसहरूलाई भष्म गर्नेछैनौ, र तिनीहरूले आफ्ना जातिलाई मृत्युको शोकमा पार्नेछैनौ । यो परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको घोषणा हो ।
Therefore thou shalt deuoure men no more, neither waste thy people henceforth, sayth the Lord God,
15 न त म तिमीहरूलाई जातिहरूको अपमान फेरि सुन्न दिनेछु । तिमीहरूले फेरि कहिल्यै मानिसहरूको लाजलाई सहनुपर्नेछैन न त तिमीहरूको जातिको पतन हुनेछ, यो परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको घोषणा हो ।’”
Neither will I cause men to heare in thee the shame of the heathen any more, neither shalt thou beare the reproche of the people any more, neither shalt cause thy folke to fal any more, saith the Lord God.
16 तब परमप्रभुको वचन यसो भनेर मकहाँ आयो,
Moreouer the word of the Lord came vnto me, saying,
17 “ए मानिसको छोरा, जब इस्राएलको घराना आफ्नो देशमा बसोबास गरे, तब तिनीहरूले त्यस देशलाई आफ्ना चालहरू र कामहरूले अशुद्ध पारे । मेरा सामु तिनीहरूका चालहरू स्त्रीको रजस्वलाको अशुद्धताझैं थिए ।
Sonne of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their owne lande, they defiled it by their owne wayes, and by their deedes: their way was before me as the filthinesse of the menstruous.
18 यसैले तिनीहरूले त्यो देशमा बगाएका रगत र आफ्ना मूर्तिहरूले अशुद्ध बनाएका कारणले मैले तिनीहरूका विरुद्धमा आफ्नो क्रोध खन्याएँ ।
Wherfore I powred my wrath vpon them, for the blood that they had shed in the land, and for their idoles, wherewith they had polluted it.
19 मैले तिनीहरूलाई जातिहरूका बिचमा छरपष्ट पारें । तिनीहरू देशहरूमा तितरबितर भए । तिनीहरूका चालहरू र कामहरूअनुसार मैले तिनीहरूको न्याय गरें ।
And I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries for according to their wayes, and according to their deedes, I iudged them.
20 त्यसपछि तिनीहरू जातिहरूकहाँ गए, र तिनीहरू जहाँ-जहाँ गए, तिनीहरूले मेरो नाउँलाई अशुद्ध पारे । मानिसहरूले तिनीहरूका विषयमा यसो भने, ‘के यिनीहरू साँच्चै नै परमप्रभुका मानिसहरू हुन्? किनकि यिनीहरू त उहाँको देशबाट बाहिर फालिएका छन् ।’
And when they entred vnto the heathen, whither they went, they polluted mine holy Name, when they sayd of them, These are the people of the Lord, and are gone out of his land.
21 तर इस्राएलको घराना जातिहरूका बिचमा हुँदा तिनीहरूले मेरो नाउँलाई अशुद्ध पारेका हुनाले मेरो नाउँप्रति ममा दया जाग्यो ।
But I fauoured mine holy Name which the house of Israel had polluted among the heathen, whither they went.
22 यसकारण इस्राएलको घरानालाई यसो भन्, ‘परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: ए इस्राएलको घराना, यो मैले तेरो निम्ति गरेको होइन, तर मेरो पवित्र नाउँको खातिर हो, जसलाई तिमीहरू जहाँ गयौ, त्यहाँ तिमीहरूले अशुद्ध पारेका छौ ।
Therfore say vnto the house of Israel, Thus saith ye Lord God, I doe not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy Names sake, which yee polluted among the heathen whither ye went.
23 किनकि तिमीहरूले जातिहरूका बिचमा अशुद्ध बनाएका मेरो महान् नाउँलाई म पवित्र बनाउनेछु । जातिहरूका बिचमा तिमीहरुले त्यसलाई अशुद्ध बनयौ । तब म पवित्र छु भनी तिमीहरूले देखेपछि ती जातिहरूले म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी जान्नेछन्, यो परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको घोषणा हो ।
And I wil sanctifie my great Name, which was polluted among the heathen, among whome you haue polluted it, and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, sayth the Lord God, when I shalbe sanctified in you before their eyes.
24 तिमीहरूलाई जातिहरू निकाल्नेछु र हरेक देशबाट तिमीहरूलाई भेला पार्नेछु र तिमीहरूका आफ्नो देशमा तिमीहरूलाई म ल्याउनेछु ।
For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your owne land.
25 त्यसपछि तिमीहरूमाथि म पवित्र पानी छर्किनेछु, यसरी तिमीहरू आफ्ना सबै अशुद्धताबाट शुद्ध हुनेछौ, र तिमीहरूका सबै मूर्तिहरूबाट म तिमीहरूलाई शुद्ध पर्नेछु ।
Then wil I powre cleane water vpon you, and ye shalbe cleane: yea, from all your filthines, and from all your idoles wil I clense you.
26 तिमीहरूका अन्तस्करणमा म तिमीहरूलाई एउटा नयाँ हृदय र नयाँ आत्मा दिनेछु, र तिमीहरूका शरीरबाट ढुङ्गाको हृदय म निकाल्नेछु । किनभने म तिमीहरूलाई मासुको हृदय दिनेछु ।
A newe heart also will I giue you, and a new spirit wil I put within you, and I will take away the stonie heart out of your body, and I will giue you an heart of flesh.
27 तिमीहरूमा म आफ्नो आत्मा हालिदिनेछु र तिमीहरूलाई मेरा विधिहरूमा हिंड्न र मेरा आज्ञाहरू पालन गर्न सक्षम तुल्याउनेछु ।
And I will put my spirite within you, and cause you to walke in my statutes, and ye shall keepe my iudgements and do them.
28 तब मैले तिमीहरूका पुर्खाहरूलाई दिएको देशमा तिमीहरू बसोबास गर्नेछौ । तिमीहरू मेरा मानिसहरू हुनेछौ, र म तिमीहरूका परमेश्वर हुनेछु ।
And ye shall dwell in the land, that I gaue to your fathers, and ye shalbe my people, and I will be your God.
29 किनकि म तिमीहरूलाई सबै अशुद्धताबाट बचाउनेछु । म अन्नलाई आज्ञा गर्नेछु र त्यसलाई बढाउनेछु । तिमीहरूमा म अनिकाल पेरि कहिलै ल्याउनेछैनँ ।
I will also deliuer you from all your filthinesse, and I will call for corne, and will increase it, and lay no famine vpon you.
30 रूखको फल र भूमिको उब्जनी म बढाउनेछु ताकि तिमीहरूले जातिहरूका बिचमा फेरि कहिल्यै अनिकालको लाज सहनेछैनौ ।
For I will multiplie the fruite of the trees, and the increase of the fielde, that ye shall beare no more the reproch of famine among the heathen.
31 त्यसपछि आफ्ना दुष्ट चालहरू र आफ्ना कामहरू जो असल थिएनन् सो तिमीहरूले याद गर्नेछौ, र तिमीहरूका आफ्ना पापहरू र आफ्ना घिनलाग्दा कामहरूका कारणले तिमीहरूले आफ्ना अनुहारहरूमा घृणा प्रदर्शन गर्नेछौ ।
Then shall ye remember your owne wicked wayes, and your deedes that were not good, and shall iudge your selues worthie to haue bene destroyed for your iniquities, and for your abominations.
32 यो परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको घोषणा हो, यो तिमीहरूलाई थाहा होस् कि यो मैले तिमीहरूका निम्ति गरेको होइन । यसैले, ए इस्राएलको घराना, आफ्ना चालहरूका कारणले लज्जित र अपमानित होओ ।
Be it knowen vnto you that I do not this for your sakes, sayth the Lord God: therefore, O ye house of Israel, be ashamed, and confounded for your owne wayes.
33 परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: तिमीहरूका सबै अपराधहरूबाट मैले तिमीहरूलाई शुद्ध पारेको दिनमा, म तिमीहरूलाई सहरहरूमा बसोबास गराउनेछु र भग्नावशेषहरूलाई पुनर्निर्माण गर्न लगाउनेछु ।
Thus sayth the Lord God, What time as I shall haue clensed you from all your iniquities, I will cause you to dwel in the cities, and the desolate places shalbe builded.
34 किनभने तिमीहरूले बाँझो जमिनलाई खनजोत गर्नेछौ र त्यसको नजिकबाट जानेहरूका आँखामा त्यो अब फेर बाँझो हुनेछैन ।
And the desolate land shalbe tilled, whereas it lay waste in the sight of all that passed by.
35 तब तिनीहरूले भन्नेछन्, “यो जमिन उजाड थियो, तर यो अब अदनको बगैंचाजस्तो भएको छ । भत्काइएका उजाड सहरहरू र निर्जन बाँझो जमिनहरू, अब किलाबन्दी गरिएका र बसोबास गर्छन् ।”
For they sayd, This waste land was like the garden of Eden, and these waste and desolate and ruinous cities were strong, and were inhabited.
36 तब म नै परमप्रभु, मैले नै भग्नावशेषलाई बनाएँ र त्यागिएका ठाउँहरूलाई पुनः स्थापित गरें भनी तिमीहरूका वरिपरिका अरू जातिहरूले जान्नेछन् । म परमप्रभु हुँ । मैले यो घोषणा गरेको छु र म यो गर्नेछु ।
Then the residue of the heathen that are left round about you, shall know that I the Lord builde the ruinous places, and plant the desolate places: I the Lord haue spoken it, and wil do it.
37 परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ: इस्राएलको घरानालाई मानिसहरूका बगालझैं वृद्धि गरिदिन तिनीहरूले मलाई फेरि बिन्ती गर्नेछन् ।
Thus saith the Lord God, I will yet for this be sought of ye house of Israel, to performe it vnto them: I wil encrease them with men like a flocke.
38 जस्तो बलिदानको निम्ति बगाललाई अलग गरिन्छ, जस्तो तोकिएका चाडहरूमा यरूशलेममा बगाल हुन्छन्, त्यस्तै भग्नावशेष भएका सहरहरू मानिसहरूका बगालले भरिनेछन् र म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी तिनीहरूले जान्नेछन् ।’”
As the holy flocke, as the flocke of Ierusalem in their solemne feastes, so shall the desolate cities be filled with flockes of men, and they shall know, that I am the Lord.
