इजकिएल 30
1 परमप्रभुको वचन यसो भनेर मकहाँ आयो,
Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
2 “ए मानिसको छोरो, यो अगमवाणी गर र यसो भन्ः 'परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छः विलाप गर्, “आउने दिनको निम्ति हाय।”
“Son of man, prophesy and declare that this is what the Lord GOD says: Wail, ‘Alas for that day!’
3 त्यो दिन नजिकै छ । परमप्रभुको निम्ति त्यो दिन नजिकै छ । जातिहरूका निम्ति त्यो बादल लागेको, अन्त्यको दिन हुनेछ ।
For the day is near, the Day of the LORD is near. It will be a day of clouds, a time of doom for the nations.
4 तब मिश्रदेशमाथि एउटा तरवार आउनेछ, र जब मारिएका मानिसहरू मिश्र देशमा ढल्नेछन् तब कूश देशमा पनि सङ्कष्ट आइपर्नेछ — जति बेला तिनीहरूले त्यसका धन-सम्पत्तिहरू लानेछन्, र जब त्यसका जगहरू भत्काइनेछन् ।
A sword will come against Egypt, and there will be anguish in Cush when the slain fall in Egypt, its wealth is taken away, and its foundations are torn down.
5 कूश र पूत, लूद र सारा अरब देश, र लिबिया, करार गरिएका मानिसहरूसँगै तरवारले ढालिनेछन् ।
Cush, Put, and Lud, and all the various peoples, as well as Libya and the men of the covenant land, will fall with Egypt by the sword.
6 परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छः मिश्रदेशलाई सहयोग गर्नेहरूचाहिं पतन हुनेछन्, र त्यसको बलको घमण्ड तल जानेछ । मिग्दोलदेखि आश्वानसम्मै तिनीहरूका फौज तरवारले ढालिनेछन्— यो परमप्रभु परमेश्वरको घोषणा हो ।
For this is what the LORD says: The allies of Egypt will fall, and her proud strength will collapse. From Migdol to Syene they will fall by the sword within her,
7 उजाड भएका देशहरूमा तिनीहरू भयभीत हुनेछन्, र त्यसका सहरहरू भग्नावशेष भएका सहरहरूका बिचमा हुनेछन् ।
They will be desolate among desolate lands, and their cities will lie among ruined cities.
8 जब म मिश्रदेशमा आगो लगाउनेछु, र जब त्यसका सबै सहयोगी नाश हुनेछन्, तब तिनीहरूले म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी जान्नेछन् ।
Then they will know that I am the LORD when I set fire to Egypt and all her helpers are shattered.
9 त्यो दिन सुरक्षित कूशलाई त्रसित बनाउन म दूतहरू अघि पठाउनेछु र मिश्रदेशको अन्त्यको दिनमा तिनीहरूलाई वेदना हुनेछ । किनभने हेर्, त्यो आउँदेछ ।
On that day messengers will go out from Me in ships to frighten Cush out of complacency. Anguish will come upon them on the day of Egypt’s doom. For it is indeed coming.
10 परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छः “'म बेबिलोनको राजा नबूकदनेसरको हातद्वारा मिश्रदेशका भीडहरूलाई अन्त्य गरिदिनेछु ।
This is what the Lord GOD says: I will put an end to the hordes of Egypt by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon.
11 त्यो र त्यससँग भएको त्यसको सेना जातिहरूका त्रासलाई यो देशको नाश गर्नलाई ल्याइनेछन् । तिनीहरूले मिश्रदेशको विरुद्धमा आफ्ना तरवार थुत्नेछन्, र मारिएकाहरूका सङ्ख्याले यो देशलाई भर्नेछन् ।
He and his people with him, the most ruthless of the nations, will be brought in to destroy the land. They will draw their swords against Egypt and fill the land with the slain.
12 नदीहरूका पानीलाई म सुकाइदिनेछु, र देशलाई म दुष्ट मानिसहरूका हातमा बेचिदिनेछु । त्यो देश र त्यसमा भएका सारा थोकहरूलाई विदेशीहरूका हातद्वारा म उजाड पार्नेछु— म परमप्रभुले यो भनेको हुँ ।
I will make the streams dry up and sell the land to the wicked. By the hands of foreigners I will bring desolation upon the land and everything in it.
13 परमप्रभु परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छः म मूर्तिहरूलाई नाश गर्नेछु, र मेम्फिसका व्यर्थका मूर्तिहरूको अन्त्य गर्नेछु । मिश्रदेशमा फेरि कहिल्यै शासक हुनेछैन, र यसरी म मिश्रदेशमा डर हालिदिनेछु ।
This is what the Lord GOD says: I will destroy the idols and put an end to the images in Memphis. There will no longer be a prince in Egypt, and I will instill fear in that land.
14 तब म फारोलाई निर्जन पारिदिनेछु र सोअनमा आगो लगाउनेछु, र थेबसमा म न्यायको फैसला गर्नेछु ।
I will lay waste Pathros, set fire to Zoan, and execute judgment on Thebes.
15 किनकि मिश्रदेशको किल्ला, पेलुसियममाथि मेरो क्रोध खन्याउनेछु, र थेबसको सहरका धेरै भीडलाई नष्ट गर्नेछु ।
I will pour out My wrath on Pelusium, the stronghold of Egypt, and cut off the crowds of Thebes.
16 तब म मिश्रदेशमा आगो लगाउनेछु, र पेलुसियम ठुलो पीडामा पर्नेछ, थेबसलाई भत्काइनेछ, र मेम्फिसले हरेक दिन शत्रुहरूको सामना गर्नेछ ।
I will set fire to Egypt, Pelusium will writhe in anguish, Thebes will be split open, and Memphis will face daily distress.
17 हेलीओपोलिस र बुबास्तीसका जवान मानिसहरू तरवारद्वारा मारिनेछन्, र तिनीहरूका सहरहरू कैदमा जानेछन् ।
The young men of On and Pi-beseth will fall by the sword, and those cities will go into captivity.
18 तहपनेसमा जब म मिश्रदेशको जुवा भाँचिदिनेछु, तब त्यो दिनले आफ्नो उज्यालो दिनेछैन, र त्यसको बलको घमण्ड सकिनेछ । त्यसलाई एउटा बादलले ढाक्नेछ, र त्यसका छोरीहरू कैदमा जानेछन् ।
The day will be darkened in Tahpanhes when I break the yoke of Egypt and her proud strength comes to an end. A cloud will cover her, and her daughters will go into captivity.
19 म मिश्रदेशलाई दण्डको फैसला गर्नेछु, यसरी तिनीहरूले म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी जान्नेछन्' ।”
So I will execute judgment on Egypt, and they will know that I am the LORD.”
20 एघारौं वर्षको पहिलो महिनाको सातौं दिनमा परमप्रभुको वचन यसो भनेर मकहाँ आयो,
In the eleventh year, on the seventh day of the first month, the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
21 “ए मानिसको छोरा, मैले मिश्रदेशको राजा फारोको हात भाँचेको छु । हेर्, त्यसमा बाँधेको वा पट्टीले निको पार्न खोजिएको छैन, जसले गर्दा तरवार समाउन त्यो बलियो होस् ।
“Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt. See, it has not been bound up for healing, or splinted for strength to hold the sword.
22 यसकारण परमप्रभु परमेश्वर योस भन्नुहुन्छ, 'हेर्, म मिश्रदेशको राजा फारोको विरुद्धमा छु । किनकि म त्यसको बलियो र भाँचिएको दुबै हात भाँच्नेछु, र त्यसको तरवार हातबाट झर्ने म बनाउनेछु ।
Therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: Behold, I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt. I will break his arms, both the strong one and the one already broken, and will make the sword fall from his hand.
23 तब मिश्रीलाई जातिहरूका बिचमा म छरपष्ट पारिदिनेछु, र तिनीहरूलाई देशहरूमा तितरबितर पारिदिनेछु ।
I will disperse the Egyptians among the nations and scatter them throughout the lands.
24 म बेबिलोनको राजाका हात शक्तिशाली बनाउनेछु, र मेरो तरवार त्यसको हातमा दिनेछु ताकि म फारोको हात भाँच्न सकूँ । त्योचाहिं बेबिलोनको राजाको अगि मरणान्त चोट लागेको मानिसझैं पीडाले सुस्केरा हाल्नेछ ।
I will strengthen the arms of Babylon’s king and place My sword in his hand, but I will break the arms of Pharaoh, who will groan before him like a mortally wounded man.
25 किनकि म बेबिलोनको राजाको हात शक्तिशाली बनाउनेछु, जबकी फारोका हात निर्बल हुनेछ । जब म बेबिलोनका राजाको हातमा मेरो तरवार दिनेछु, किनकि त्यसले मिश्रदेशको विरुद्धमा त्योद्वारा आक्रमण गर्नेछ । तब तिनीहरूले म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी जान्नेछन् ।
I will strengthen the arms of Babylon’s king, but Pharaoh’s arms will fall limp. Then they will know that I am the LORD, when I place My sword in the hand of Babylon’s king, and he wields it against the land of Egypt.
26 यसरी मिश्रीलाई जातिहरूका बिचमा म छरपष्ट पारिदिनेछु, र तिनीहरूलाई देशहरूमा तितरबितर पारिदिनेछु । तब तिनीहरूले म नै परमप्रभु हुँ भनी जान्नेछन्' ।”
I will disperse the Egyptians among the nations and scatter them throughout the lands. Then they will know that I am the LORD.”
