कलस्सी 4
1 मालिक हो, आफ्ना नोकरहरूलाई जे सही र उचित छ त्यही देओ । तिमीहरू यो जान्दछौ, कि तिमीहरूका पनि मालिक स्वर्गमा हुनुहुन्छ ।
Masters, do what is right and fair by your slaves, for you know that you also have a Master – in heaven.
2 दृढतापूर्वक निरन्तर प्रार्थनामा लागिरहो, र धन्यवादसाथ प्रार्थनामा जागा रहो ।
Devote yourselves to prayer. Give your whole mind to it, and also offer thanksgiving;
3 हाम्रो निम्ति पनि सँगसँगै प्रार्थना गर, ताकि ख्रीष्टको गुप्त सत्यताको वचन बोल्नको निम्ति परमेश्वरले ढोका खोलिदिनुभएको होस् । यही वचनको कारण, म बाँधिएको छु ।
and at the same time pray for us, so that God may give us an opening for our message, so that we may speak of the truths hidden in the Christ – the truths for which I am in chains!
4 जसरी मैले बोल्नुपर्ने हो, त्यसरी नै मैले यसलाई स्पष्टपार्न सकूँ भनेर प्रार्थना गर ।
Then I will make them known, as I ought to do.
5 बाहिरकाहरूसँग बुद्धिमानीपूर्वक व्यवहार गर्दै हिँड, अनि तिमीहरूको समयलाई बुद्धिमानीपूर्वक प्रयोग गर ।
Show tact in your behaviour to the outside world, making the most of every opportunity.
6 तिमीहरूका वचनहरू सधैँ अनुग्रहसहित होस् । तिनीहरू नुनले स्वादिलो पारिएको जस्तै होऊन्, र हरेक मानिसलाई तिमीहरूले कसरी जवाफ दिनुपर्छ, सो तिमीहरूले जान्न सक ।
Let your conversation always be kindly, but not bland, season it, as it were, with salt; be aware in each case of the answer you should be giving.
7 तुखिकसले मेरो बारेमा सबै कुराहरू तिमीहरूलाई बताउनेछन् । तिनीचाहिँ मेरा प्रिय भाइ, विश्वासयोग्य दास र प्रभुमा सङ्गी सेवक हुन् ।
Our dear friend, Tychicus, will tell you all about me. He is a faithful minister, and a fellow servant in the Master’s cause.
8 यही कार्यको निम्ति मैले तिनलाई तिमीहरूकहाँ पठाएँ, ताकि तिमीहरूले हामीहरूको विषयमा जान्न सक, र तिनले तिमीहरूका हृदयलाई प्रोत्साहित पार्न सकून् ।
I send him to you expressly that you may learn our circumstances, and that he may give you encouragement.
9 तिमीहरूमध्येका एक, विश्वासयोग्य र प्रिय भाइ ओनेसिमससँगै मैले तिनलाई तिमीहरूकहाँ पठाएँ । तिनीहरूले यहाँ भएका सबै कुराहरू तिमीहरूलाई बताउँनेछन् ।
With him will be Onesimus, our dear faithful friend, who is one of yourselves. They will tell you all that is going on here.
10 मेरा सङ्गी कैदी अरिस्तार्खसले तिमीहरूलाई आफ्नो अभिवादन पठाएका छन्, र बारनाबासका भानिज मर्कूसको पनि अभिवादन छ, जसको बारेमा तिमीहरूले आदेश पाइसकेका छौ, “यदि उनी तिमीहरूकहाँ आए भने उनलाई स्वागत गर,”
My fellow prisoner, Aristarchus, sends you his greeting, and Barnabas’s cousin, Mark, sends his. (You have received directions about him. If he comes to you, make him welcome.)
11 र युस्तस भनिने येशूले पनि अभिवादन पठाएका छन् । परमेश्वरको राज्यका निम्ति खतनाका मेरा सहकर्मीहरू यिनीहरू मात्रै हुन् । तिनीहरू मेरा निम्ति सान्त्वनाका पात्र भएका छन् ।
Joshua, who is called Justus, also sends his greeting. These are the only converts from Judaism who have worked with me for the kingdom of God; I have found them a great comfort.
12 इपाफ्रासले तिमीहरूलाई अभिवादन गरेका छन् । यिनी पनि तिमीहरूमध्येकै एक जना हुन् र ख्रीष्ट येशूका दास हुन् । यिनी तिमीहरूका निम्ति सधैँ प्रार्थनामा परिश्रमसाथ लागिरहन्छन्, ताकि परमेश्वरको इच्छाअनुसार तिमीहरू सम्पूर्ण रूपले निश्चित भई खडा हुन सक ।
Epaphras, who is one of yourselves, sends you his greeting. He is a servant of Christ Jesus, and is always most earnest in your behalf in his prayers, praying that you may stand firm, with a matured faith and with a sure conviction of all that is in accordance with God’s will.
13 यो कुरामा म तिनको साक्षी भएको छु, कि उनी तिमीहरूका लागि र लाउडिकियामा भएकाहरू अनि हिरापोलिसमा भएकाहरूका खातिर कडा परिश्रम गर्छन् ।
I can bear testimony to the deep interest he takes in you, as well as in the followers at Laodicea and at Hierapolis.
14 प्रिय चिकित्सक लूका र डेमासले तिमीहरूलाई अभिवादन पठाएका छन् ।
Luke, our dear doctor, sends you his greeting, and Demas sends his.
15 लाउडिकियामा भएका भाइहरू, र नुम्फास, र तिनको घरमा भएको मण्डलीलाई पनि अभिवादन गर ।
Give my greeting to the followers at Laodicea, and to Nymphe, and to the church that meets at her house.
16 जब यो पत्र तिमीहरूका बिचमा पढिनेछ, त्यसपछि लाउडिकियाको मण्डलीमा पनि यो पढ्नू र लाउडिकियाबाट आउने पत्र पनि तिमीहरूले पढ्नू ।
And when this letter has been read to you, see that it is also read before the church at Laodicea, and that you yourselves read the letter which will be forwarded from there.
17 अर्खिप्पसलाई भन, “तिमीले प्रभुमा पाएको सेवा-कार्य र यसलाई पुरा गर्नुपर्ने कुरालाई ध्यान देऊ ।”
Give this message to Archippus – “Take care to discharge to the best of your ability the office to which you were appointed in the Master’s cause.”
18 यो अभिवादनको पत्र म पावलको आफ्नै हातले लेखेको हुँ । मेरा साङ्लाहरूलाई याद गर । तिमीहरूमा अनुग्रह होस् ।
