प्रेरित 21
1 जब हामी उनीहरूबाट छुट्टिएर जहाजमा यात्रा सुरु गर्यौँ, हामी सिधै कोस सहरतिर लाग्यौँ । त्यसपछि हामी अर्को दिन रोडस सहरतिर र त्यहाँबाट पटारा सहरतिर लाग्यौँ ।
After then it happened sailing our having drawn away from them, having run directly we came to Cos, and the next [day] to Rhodes, and from there and from there to Patara.
2 जब हामीले फोनिकेतिर जाँदै गरेको एउटा जहाज भेट्यौँ, हामी त्यही जहाजमा चढेर यात्रा सुरु गर्यौँ ।
And having found a boat passing over into Phoenicia having gone on board we set sail.
3 हामी साइप्रसको टापु नजिक आइपुग्दा, हामीले त्यसलाई बायाँतर्फ पारेर सिरियातर्फ लाग्यौँ, र टुरोस सहरमा उत्र्यौँ, किनभने त्यस जहाजले ल्याएको मालसमान त्यहाँ झार्नु पर्थ्यो ।
(Having sighted *NK(o)*) then Cyprus and having left it on the left we were sailing to Syria and (we disembarked *N(k)O*) at Tyre; There for the ship was unloading the cargo.
4 हामीले चेलाहरूलाई भेट्टाएपछि हामी त्यहाँ सात दिनसम्म बस्यौँ । ती चेलाहरूले पवित्र आत्माद्वारा पावलले यरूशलेममा पाइला राख्नुहुँदैन भने ।
(and *k*) Having sought out (then *no*) the disciples we remained there days seven, who to Paul were telling through the Spirit not (to go up *N(k)O*) to Jerusalem.
5 जब हामीले त्यहाँ केही दिन बितायौँ, हामी त्यहाँबाट बिदा भएर हामीले हाम्रो यात्रालाई निरन्तरता दियौँ । हामी सहरबाहिर नआईपुगेसम्म तिनीहरू, तिनीहरूका पत्नीहरू र छोराछोरीहरू सबै बाटोमा सँगै आए । हामीले समुद्रको किनारमा घुँडा टेकेर प्रार्थना गर्यौँ, र एक अर्कासँग बिदा भयौँ ।
When then it happened that we [were] completing the days, having set out we were journeying while are accompanying us everyone with wives and children as far as outside the city, And having bowed the knees on the shore (having prayed *N(k)O*)
6 हामी जहाजमा चढेर निरन्तर रूपमा अगाडि बढ्यौँ, अनि उनीहरू पनि आफ्ना घरतर्फ लागे ।
(we greeted *N(k)O*) one another and (we went up *N(k)(o)*) into the boat, they then returned to [their] own.
7 जब हामीले टुरोसबाटको जलयात्रा सिध्याएका थियौँ, हामी टोलेमाइसमा आइपुग्यौँ । त्यहाँ हामीले भाइहरूलाई अभिवादन गर्यौँ, र उनीहरूसँगै त्यहाँ एक दिन बस्यौँ ।
We ourselves then the voyage having completed from Tyre came down to Ptolemais, and having greeted the brothers we stayed day one with them.
8 अर्को दिन हामी बिदा भयौँ, र कैसरियातिर लाग्यौँ । हामी सुसमाचार प्रचारक फिलिपको घरमा गयौँ, जो सात जना मध्येका एक जना थिए । हामी उनीसँगै बस्यौँ ।
On the now next day having gone forth (those with Paul *K*) (we came *NK(O)*) to Caesarea, and having entered into the house of Philip the evangelist (who *k*) is being of the seven we stayed with him.
9 यी मानिसका चार जना कुमारी छोरी थिए, जसले अगमवाणी गर्थे ।
With this [man] now there were daughters four virgins prophesying.
10 हामी त्यहाँ केही दिन बस्दा, त्यहाँ यहूदियाबाट अगाबस भन्ने कोही एक जना अगमवक्ता आए ।
Remaining now (of us *K*) days many came down a certain one from Judea a prophet named Agabus,
11 तिनी हामीकहाँ आए, र पावलको पेटी लिए । त्यो पेटीले उनले आफ्ना हात र खुट्टा बाँधे, र भने, “पवित्र आत्मा यसो भन्नुहुन्छ, ʼयरूशलेमका यहूदीहरूले यस पटुकाको मालिकलाई यसरी नै बाँध्नेछन्, र तिनीहरूले उसलाई अन्यजातिहरूका हातमा सुम्पिदिनेछन्ʼ ।”
and having come to us and having taken the belt of Paul, having bound (both *k*) (of himself *N(k)O*) the feet and the hands he said; Thus says the Spirit Holy; The man of whom is belt this, in this way will bind in Jerusalem the Jews and will deliver [him] into [the] hands of [the] Gentiles.
12 जब हामीले यस्ता कुराहरू सुन्यौँ, हामी र त्यस ठाउँमा बस्ने मानिसहरू दुवैले पावललाई यरूशलेममा नजान बिन्ती गर्यौँ ।
When then we had heard these things, were begging we ourselves both and those of that place not to go up him to Jerusalem.
13 त्यसपछि पावलले जवाफ दिए, “मलाई जानदेखि निरुत्साही पार्न रोएर रोक्ने कोसिस नगर्नुहोस् । किनकि म प्रभु येशूको नाउँको खातिर बाँधिन मात्र होइन, यरूशलेममा मर्न पनि तयार छु ।”
(Then *N(k)O*) answered Paul; What are you doing weeping and breaking my heart? I myself for not only to be bound but also to die at Jerusalem readiness have for the name of the Lord Jesus.
14 पावलले फर्किने इच्छा नगरेपछि हामीले कोसिस गर्न छाड्यौँ, र भन्यौँ, “प्रभुको इच्छा पुरा होस् ।”
Not is being persuaded then he we were silent having said; Of the Lord the will (should be [done]. *N(k)O*)
15 ती दिनपछि हामीले आफ्ना झोलाहरू लियौँ, र यरूशलेमतर्फ लाग्यौँ ।
After now days these having packed the baggage we were ascending to Jerusalem.
16 कैसरियाबाट केही चेलाहरू पनि हामीसँगै गए । उनीहरूले साइप्रस टापुबाट आएका मनासोन नामका एक जना पुराना चेलालाई ल्याए, जससँग हामी बस्यौँ ।
Went then also [some] of the disciples from Caesarea with us, bringing [one] with whom we may lodge, Mnason a certain Cypriot, an early disciple.
17 जब हामी यरूशलेममा आइपुग्यौँ, दाजुभाइहरूले हामीलाई खुसीसाथ स्वागत गरे ।
Having arrived now we at Jerusalem gladly (received *N(k)O*) us the brothers.
18 अर्को दिन पावल हामीसँगै याकूबकहाँ पुगे, जहाँ सबै अगुवाहरू उपस्थित थिए ।
On the now following [day] was going in Paul with us unto James, all and arrived the elders.
19 जब पावलले उनीहरूलाई अभिवादन गरे, उनले आफ्नो सेवा-कार्यद्वारा परमेश्वरले अन्यजातिहरूका माझमा गर्नुभएका कुराहरू एक-एक गरेर तिनीहरूलाई प्रतिवेदन दिए ।
And having greeted them he was relating by one each of the things did God among the Gentiles through the ministry of him.
20 उनीहरूले यो सुनेपछि उनीहरूले परमेश्वरको प्रशंसा गरे, र उनीहरूले तिनलाई भने, “हेर भाइ, हजारौँ यहूदीले विश्वास गरेका छन् । उनीहरू व्यवस्था पालना गर्नमा दृढ छन् ।
Those then having heard were glorifying (God, *N(K)O*) (They said *NK(o)*) then to him; You see brother, how many myriads there are (among the *NO*) (Jews *N(k)O*) who having believed and all zealous ones for the law are.
21 तपाईंले अन्यजातिहरूका माझमा बस्ने सारा यहूदीहरूलाई मोशालाई त्याग्न भनी सिकाउनुहुन्छ, र आफ्ना बच्चाहरूको खतना नगर्नू र पुराना रीतिरिवाज नमान्नू भन्नुहुन्छ भनी तपाईंको बारेमा तिनीहरूलाई भनिएको छ ।
They have been informed now about you that apostasy you teach from Moses those among the Gentiles all Jews telling not to circumcise them the children nor in the customs to walk.
22 हामीले के गर्नुपर्छ? अवश्य, उनीहरूले तपाईं यहाँ आउनुभएको छ भन्ने सुन्नेछन् ।
What then is it? Certainly (should multitude to assemble *K*) they will hear (for *k*) that you have come.
23 त्यसैले, अब हामीले जे भन्छौँ तपाईंले त्यही गर्नुहोस् । हामीसँग भाकल गरेका चार जना मानिस छन् ।
This therefore do you what to you we say; There are with us men four a vow having (on *NK(o)*) themselves;
24 यी चार जना मानिसलाई लैजानुहोस्, र उनीहरूसँगै आफैँलाई शुद्धिकरण गर्नुहोस्, र उनीहरूको खर्च तिरिदिनुहोस् ताकि उनीहरूले आफ्नो कपाल खौरिऊन् । यसरी, उनीहरूलाई तपाईंको बारेमा भनिएका कुराहरू झुटा हुन् भनी सबैले जानून् । तपाईं व्यवस्था पालना गर्ने मनसायले नै जिउनुहुँदोरहेछ भनी तिनीहरूले जानून् ।
These [men] having taken do be purified with them and do bear expense for them so that (they will shave *N(k)O*) the head, and (will know *N(k)O*) all that of which they have been informed about you no [thing] is, but you walk orderly also yourself keeping the law.
25 तर विश्वास गर्ने अन्यजातिहरूको सम्बन्धमा, उनीहरूले आफैँलाई मूर्तिलाई बलि चढाएका कुराहरू, रगत, घाँटी निमोठेर मारेको कुरा, र व्यभिचारबाट अलग रहनुपर्छ भनी हामीले लेख्यौँ, र निर्देशन दियौँ ।”
Concerning now those having believed of the Gentiles we ourselves (wrote to *NK(O)*) having adjudged (nothing such to keep them only except *K*) to keep from them the both idol-sacrifices and (*k*) blood and what is strangled and sexual immorality.
26 त्यसपछि पावलले ती मानिसहरूलाई लिए, र अर्को दिन तिनीहरू हरेकको निम्ति भेटी नचढाएसम्म, शुद्धिकरणको अवधि घोषणा गर्दै, तिनीहरूसँगै आफैँलाई मन्दिरमा शुद्ध पारे ।
Then Paul having taken the men on the following day with them having been purified was entering into the temple declaring the fulfillment of the days of the purification until that was offered for one each of them the sacrifice.
27 सात दिनको समय पुरा हुन लाग्दा, एसियाबाट आएका केही यहूदीहरूले पावललाई मन्दिरमा देखे, र सबै भिडलाई नै उत्तेजित बनाए, र उनीमाथि हात हाले ।
When now were about the seven days to be completed, the from Asia Jews having seen him in the temple were stirring up all the crowd and laid upon him hands
28 उनीहरू चिच्च्याउँदै थिए, “हे इस्राएलका मानिसहरू हो, हामीलाई सहायता गर्नुहोस् । मानिसहरू, व्यवस्था र यस ठाउँको विरुद्धका कुराहरू जताततै सबै मानिसहरूलाई सिकाउने मानिस यिनै हुन् । साथै यिनले ग्रिकहरूलाई पनि मन्दिरभित्र ल्याएका छन्, र यो पवित्र ठाउँलाई अशुद्ध तुल्याएका छन् ।”
crying out; Men Israelites, do help. This is the man who against the people and the law and place this all those (everywhere *N(k)O*) teaching, besides and also Greeks he has brought into the temple and has defiled holy place this.
29 किनभने तिनीहरूले एफिससका त्रोफिमसलाई उनीसँग सहरमा देखेका थिए, र पावलले नै उनलाई मन्दिरभित्र ल्याएका थिए भन्ने सोचे ।
It was they for (having foreseen *NK(o)*) Trophimus the Ephesian in the city with him, whom they were supposing that into the temple had brought Paul.
30 सारा सहर नै उत्तेजित भयो, र सबै मानिसहरू सँगै दौडे, र तिनीहरूले पावललाई समाते । तिनीहरूले उनलाई घिसार्दै मन्दिर बाहिर ल्याए, र ढोकाहरू तुरुन्तै थुनिए ।
Was thrown into commotion also the city whole and there was a rushing together of the people, And having laid hold of Paul they were dragging him outside the temple; and immediately were shut the doors.
31 तिनीहरूले उनलाई मार्न कोसिस गरिरहँदा, सारा यरूशलेम नै खलबलिएको थियो भन्ने खबर सुरक्षाकर्मीहरूका प्रमुख कप्तानकहाँ आयो ।
Of them seeking (then *N(k)O*) him to kill there came a report to the commander of the cohort that all (are in an uproar *N(k)O*) Jerusalem;
32 तुरुन्तै सिपाहीहरू र कप्तानहरू लिएर तिनी त्यस भिडतिर दौडे । जब मानिसहरूले प्रमुख कप्तान र सिपाहीहरूलाई देखे, उनीहरूले पावललाई कुट्न छोडे ।
who at once having taken with [him] soldiers and centurions ran down upon them. And having seen the commander and the soldiers they stopped beating Paul.
33 त्यसपछि प्रमुख कप्तान नजिक गए, र पावललाई समाते, र तिनलाई दुईवटा सिक्रीले बाँध्न आदेश दिए । तिनले उनी को थिए, र उनले के गरेका थिए भनी सोधे ।
(Then *NK(o)*) having drawn near the commander laid hold of him and he commanded [him] to be bound with chains two and he was inquiring who (maybe *k*) he would be and what it is he having done.
34 भिडमा केही मानिसहरू एउटा कुरा भन्दै चिच्च्याए, भने अरूहरू अर्कै कुरा भन्दै चिच्च्याए । यी सबै हल्लाले गर्दा कप्तानले केही पनि भन्न सकेनन्, र पावललाई किल्लामा ल्याउनलाई आदेश दिए ।
Others however another [or] one thing (were crying out *N(k)O*) in the crowd. Not (is being able *N(k)O*) now (he *no*) to know the facts on account of the uproar he ordered to be brought him into the barracks.
35 जब पावल सिँढीमा आए, भिडको हिंसाले गर्दा उनी सेनाहरूद्वारा लगिए ।
When now he came to the stairs, it happened that being carried he by the soldiers because of the violence of the crowd;
36 मानिसको भिड पछि-पछि लाग्यो, र तिनीहरू यसरी चिच्च्याइ रहे, “तिनीबाट अलग बस!”
Were following for the multitude of the people (crying out; *N(k)O*) Away with him.
37 पावललाई किल्लाभित्र ल्याउन लाग्दा, तिनले प्रमुख कप्तानलाई भने, “के म तपाईंलाई केही कुरा भनूँ?” कप्तानले सोधे, “के तिमी ग्रिक बोल्छौ?
Being about then to be brought into the barracks Paul says to the commander; If is it permitted to me to say something to you? Then he was saying; Greek do you know?
38 के तिमी त्यही मिश्री होइनौ र जसले पहिले विद्रोहको नेतृत्व गरी चार हजार आतङ्ककारीलाई उजाड-स्थानतिर लग्यौ?”
Surely then you yourself are the Egyptian before these the days having led a revolt and having led out into the wilderness the four thousand men of the Assassins?
39 पावलले भने, “म किलिकियाको टार्सस सहरको एक यहूदी हुँ । म एउटा महत्त्वपूर्ण सहरको नागरिक हुँ । म तपाईंलाई आग्रह गर्छु कि, मलाई यी मानिसहरूसँग बोल्न दिनुहोस् ।”
Said however Paul; I myself a man indeed am a Jew of Tarsus of Cilicia not [of an] insignificant city a citizen, I implore however you; do allow me to speak to the people.
40 जब कप्तानले पावललाई अनुमति दिए, तिनी सिँढीमाथि चढे, र तिनले मानिसहरूतिर हात हल्लाए । जब त्यहाँ गहन मौनता छायो, उनले तिनीहरूसँग हिब्रूमा बोले । उनले भने,
When was permitting then he Paul having stood on the stairs made a sign with the hand to the people, great then silence having taken place (he addressed [them] *NK(o)*) in the Hebrew language saying:
