२ थेसलोनिकी 3
1 अब भाइहरू हो, हाम्रो निम्ति प्रार्थना गर, ताकि हाम्रा प्रभुको वचन द्रुत गतिमा फैलियोस् र महिमित होस्, जसरी तिमीहरूका माझमा पनि भएको थियो ।
For the rest, brethren, be praying for us, —that, the word of the Lord, may be running, and gaining glory, according as [it did] even with you;
2 र हामी दुष्ट र ईश्वरहीन मानिसहरूबाट छुटकारा हुन सकौँ, किनकि सबैसँग विश्वास छैन ।
And that we may be rescued from the presuming and wicked men; for, not all, hold the faith.
3 तर हाम्रा प्रभु विश्वासयोग्य हुनुहुन्छ, जसले तिमीहरूलाई स्थापना गर्नुहुन्छ र दुष्टताबाट सुरक्षा प्रदान गर्नुहुन्छ ।
Faithful, is the Lord, —who will confirm you, and guard you from the wicked one:
4 हामी तिमीहरूप्रति प्रभुमा विश्वस्त छौँ कि तिमीहरू दुवैले हामीले आज्ञा गरेका कामहरू गर्नेछौ र निरन्तरता दिइरहनेछौ ।
We are persuaded, however, in the Lord, as touching you, —that, what things we give in charge, Ye [both] are doing and will do; —
5 प्रभुले तिमीहरूका हृदयलाई परमेश्वरको प्रेम, ख्रीष्टको सहनशीलतातर्फ अगुवाइ गर्नुभएको होस् ।
But may, the Lord, guide your hearts into the love of God, and into the endurance of the Christ.
6 अब हाम्रा प्रभु येशूको नाउँमा भाइहरूलाई आज्ञा गर्दछौँ कि, तिमीहरूले अल्छे भाइहरूलाई अलग गर जसले हामीले सिकाएको परम्परालाई कार्यान्वयन गर्दैनन् जुन कुराहरू तिमीहरूले हामीबाट ग्रहण गरेका छौ ।
Howbeit, we charge you, brethren, —that, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, ye be withdrawing yourselves from every brother—who, in a disorderly way, doth walk, and not according to the instruction which ye received from us.
7 तिमीहरू आफैलाई थाहा छ, कि कसरी तिमीहरूले हाम्रो अनुकरण गरेका छौ जसरी हामीले तिमीहरूका बिचमा अल्छीपना देखाएनौँ,
For, ye yourselves, know, how needful it is to be imitating us, in that we were not disorderly among you,
8 न त हामीले सित्तैँमा कसैको खाना नै खायौँ, तर त्यसको सट्टामा हामी कसैको भार बनेनौँ भनेर हामीले मेहनत गर्यौँ, रातदिन काम गर्यौँ ।
Nor, as a free-gift, did eat, bread, from anyone, but, with toil and hardship, night and day, working, —that we might not burden any of you; —
9 यसको अर्थ हामीसँग अधिकार छैन भनेको होइन, तर हामी तिमीहरूको निम्ति उदाहरण भयौँ ताकि तिमीले हाम्रो अनुकरण गर्न सक ।
Not because we have not authority, but that, ourselves, as an ensample, we might hold forth unto you, —to the end ye might he imitating us.
10 हामी तिमीहरूसँग हुँदा आज्ञा गरेका थियौँ, “यदि कसैले काम गर्न चाहँदैन भने, उसले खाना पनि नखाओस्” ।
For, even when we were with you, this, were we giving in charge unto you, —that, if any will not work, neither let him eat!
11 किनकि हामीले सुन्यौँ कोही-कोही अल्छी भएर काम नगरीकन तिमीहरूको माझमा हिँड्दछन्, तिनीहरू काम गर्दैनन् तर अर्काको काममा हात लगाउनेहरू भएका छन् ।
We hear, in fact, of some who are walking among you in a disorderly way, at nothing, working, yet too busily working!
12 यस्ताहरूलाई हामी ख्रीष्ट येशूमा उत्साह र आज्ञा दिँदछौँ, ताकि तिनीहरू शान्तसँग काम गरून् र आफ्नै मेहनतद्वारा जीविकोपार्जन गरून् ।
Now, such as these, we charge and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, —that, with quietness, working, their own bread, they be eating.
13 तर तिमी भाइहरू हो, हृदयलाई जे असल छ त्यो गर्नबाट वञ्चित नगर,
But, ye, brethren, be not weary in well-doing; —
14 यदि कसैले यो पत्रमा लेखिएको आज्ञालाई पालना गर्दैन भने, उसको विषयमा ख्याल गर र उसलाई सहभागी नगराओ ताकि ऊ शर्ममा परोस् ।
And, if anyone be not giving ear unto our word through means of this letter, on this one, set a mark—not to be mixing yourselves up with him, —that he may be reproved;
15 उसलाई शत्रुलाई झैँ व्यवहार नगर तर आफ्नो भाइ सम्झेर सुझाव देओ ।
And, not as an enemy, be esteeming him, but be admonishing him, as a brother.
16 शान्तिका परमेश्वर आफैँले तिमीहरूलाई सदासर्वदाका लागि शान्ति प्रदान गरून् ।
But may, the Lord of peace himself, give you peace, always, in every way. The Lord, be with you all.
17 यो मेरो अभिवादन हो, म पावल आफ्नै हातले हरेक पत्रहरू लेखेको हो भन्ने चिन्ह हो ।
The salutation of Paul—with my own hand, which is a sign in every letter: thus, I write.
18 हाम्रा प्रभु येशूको अनुग्रह तिमीहरू सबैमा रहोस् ।
The favour of our Lord Jesus Christ, be with you all.
