२ कोरिन्थी 9
1 विश्वासीहरूको सेवा-कार्यको विषयमा तिमीहरूलाई लेखिरहन म आवश्यक ठान्दिनँ ।
There is no need for me to write to you about this ministry of giving to the saints in Jerusalem.
2 तिमीहरूमा भएको चाहना मलाई थाहा छ, जसको बारेमा माकेडोनियामा भएका मानिसहरूलाई मैले गर्वका साथ बताएँ । गएको वर्षदेखि अखैयामा तयार हुँदै आइरहेको छ भनेर मैले तिनीहरूलाई भनेँ ।
For I know how eager you are to help, and I keep boasting about you to the Macedonians, saying that Achaia has been prepared to give since last year; and your zeal has stirred up most of them.
3 तिमीहरूका निम्ति हामीले गरेको गर्व व्यर्थ नहोस्, र तिमीहरू पनि मैले भने जस्तै गरी तयार होओ भनेर मैले भाइहरूलाई तिमीहरूकहाँ पठाएको छु ।
But I have sent the brothers so that our boasting about you in this matter may not prove to be empty, but that you may be prepared, just as I said you would be.
4 नत्रता, यदि माकेडोनियाका कोही मसँगै आउँदा तिमीहरू तयार नभएको पाए भने, हामी शर्ममा पर्नेछौँ । तिमीहरूमाथि धेरै भरोसा भएको हुनाले तिमीहरूको बारेमा म केही पनि भन्दिनँ ।
Otherwise, if any of the Macedonians were to come with me and find you unprepared, we (not to mention you) would be ashamed of this confident boasting.
5 त्यसैले, भाइहरूलाई तिमीहरूकहाँ पठाउनलाई आवश्यक ठानेर बिन्ती गरेको छु ताकि तिमीहरूले प्रतिज्ञा गरेको उपहारहरू अगाडि नै प्रबन्ध गर्न सक । यो भेटी करकापले होइन, तर आशिष्को रूपमा तयारी हुन सकोस् भनेर यसो गरिएको हो ।
So I thought it necessary to urge the brothers to go on ahead to you and arrange in advance your previously announced blessing, so that this gift of yours may be ready as a blessing and not as something you feel forced to do.
6 यसको अर्थ होः थोरैसँग छर्नेले थोरै बटुल्छ; आशिष् पाउने उद्देश्यले छर्नेले आशिष्कै कटनी गर्छ ।
My point is this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
7 हरेकले आफ्नो हृदयमा सङ्कल्प गरेअनुसार देओस् । दुःखित भएर र करकापमा परेर कसैले पनि नदेओस् । खुसीसाथ दिनेलाई परमेश्वरले प्रेम गर्नुहुन्छ ।
Each person should give as he decides in his heart, not with sadness or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
8 र परमेश्वरले हरेक आशिष्लाई तिमीहरूको निम्ति वृद्धि गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ, ताकि तिमीहरूलाई चाहिने सबै कुरा तिमीहरूले सधैँ प्राप्त गर्न सक । तिमीहरूका असल कामहरू वृद्धि हुन् भनेर यसो हुनेछ ।
And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance so that you will always have everything you need to abound in every good work.
9 यस्तो लेखिएको छः “उहाँले आफ्नो सम्पत्ति बाँडेर गरिबहरूलाई दिनुभएको छ । उहाँको धार्मिकता सधैँभरि रहन्छ ।” (aiōn g165)
As it is written, “He has distributed freely, he has given to the poor; his righteousness endures forever.” (aiōn g165)
10 छर्नेलाई बिउ र खानाको निम्ति रोटी उपलब्ध गराउनुहुनेले तिमीहरूको बिउ उपलब्ध गराएर वृद्धि पनि गराउनुहुनेछ । उहाँले तिमीहरूको धार्मिकताको फसल प्रशस्ततासँग वृद्धि गराउनुहुनेछ ।
Now may he who provides seed to the sower, and bread for food, also multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness!
11 तिमीहरूले उदारसँग दिन सक भनेर तिमीहरू हर किसिमले धनी तुल्याइनेछौ । यसले हामीद्वारा परमेश्वरप्रति चढाउने धन्यवाद उत्पन्न गराउनेछ ।
May you be enriched in every way to be generous on every occasion, and through us may your generosity produce thanksgiving to God!
12 किनकि सेवाको काम गर्दा विश्वासीहरूको खाँचो मात्र पुरा हुँदैन । यसले परमेश्वरलाई धन्यवाद दिने काममा वृद्धि गराउँछ ।
For this ministry of giving is not only providing for the needs of the saints in Jerusalem but is also abounding through many thanksgivings to God.
13 सेवाको कामले तिमीहरू जाँचिदा र प्रमाणित हुँदा येशू ख्रीष्टको सुसमाचारलाई स्वीकार गर्ने आज्ञाकारिताको कारण तिमीहरूले परमेश्वरलाई पनि महिमित तुल्याउनेछौ । तिमीहरूले तिनीहरूलाई र सबैलाई उदारसँग दिएको भेटीका कारण पनि परमेश्वरलाई महिमित तुल्याउनेछौ ।
By their approval of this ministry, the saints in Jerusalem will glorify God because of your submission to the gospel of Christ that you confess, and also because of your generous contribution to them and to all.
14 तिनीहरूले तिमीहरूको चाहना गरेका छन् र तिमीहरूको निम्ति प्रार्थना गरिरहेका छन् । परमेश्वरको महान् अनुग्रहको कारण तिनीहरू यसो गर्छन्, जुन अनुग्रह तिमीहरूमा पनि छ ।
They will pray for you with deep affection because of the surpassing grace of God that is upon you.
15 व्यक्त गर्न नसकिने वरदानको लागि परमेश्वरलाई महिमा भएको होस् ।
Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!
