२ कोरिन्थी 6
1 र यसकारण, उहाँको अनुग्रहमा सँगसँगै काम गर्दै हामी तिमीहरूलाई अनुरोध गर्दछौँ कि उहाँको अनुग्रहलाई व्यर्थमा नलेओ ।
We, then, as fellow-laborers, also beseech you not to receive the favor of God in vain;
2 उहाँ यसरी भन्नुहुन्छ, “मैले उपयुक्त समयमा तिम्रो वास्ता गरेँ, र मुक्तिको दिनमा मैले तिम्रो सहायता गरेँ ।” हेर, यो मुक्तिको दिन यो ।
(for he says, "In an accepted season I have hearkened to you; and in a day of salvation I have helped you." Behold, now is a highly accepted season; behold, now is a day of salvation: )
3 हामी कसैको अगाडि ठेस लाग्ने कुराहरू राख्दैनौँ, कारण हामी हाम्रो सेवामा बेइमानी गर्न चाहन्नौँ ।
giving no cause of offense in anything, that the ministry be not blamed.
4 बरु, हामी आफैँलाई परमेश्वरका सेवकहरू हौँ भनी हाम्रो कामबाट प्रमाणित गर्छौं । हामी धैर्य धारणमा, कष्टमा, विपत्तिमा, कठिनाइमा,
But by everything approving ourselves as ministers of God, by much patience, by oppressions, by necessities, by distresses,
5 पिटाइमा, कैदी अवस्थामा, हुलदङ्गामा, कडा परिश्रममा, अनिदा रातमा, भोकमा
by stripes, by imprisonments, by tumults, by labors, by watchings, by fastings;
6 शुद्धतामा, ज्ञानमा, धैर्यमा, दयामा, पवित्र आत्मामा, असल प्रेममा उहाँका सेवकहरू हौँ ।
by purity, by knowledge, by long-suffering, by goodness, by a holy spirit, by love unfeigned;
7 हामीहरू परमेश्वरको शक्तिमा, वचनको सत्यतामा सेवकहरू हौँ । हामीसँग हाम्रो दायाँ र बायाँ हातमा धार्मिकताको हतियार छन् ।
by the word of truth, by the power of God, through the armor of righteousness of the right hand and of the left;
8 हामी मान र अपमान, निन्दा र प्रशंसामा काम गर्दछौँ । हामीलाई ठगाहा छौँ भन्ने आरोप लगाइन्छ, तथापि हामी साँचा छौँ ।
through honor and dishonor, through bad fame and good fame; as deceivers, yet true;
9 हामी नचिनिएका व्यक्तिहरूले झैँ गर्छौं तापनि हामी चिनिएका छौँ । हामी मरे जस्तो काम गर्छौं, तर हामी अझै जीवितै छौँ । हामीहरू हाम्रा कार्यहरूको निम्ति दण्डित भए जस्तै गरी काम गर्छौं, तर मृत्युदण्ड पाए जस्तै गरी होइन ।
as unknown, yet well known; as dying, yet, behold, we live; as chastened, yet not killed;
10 हामी अफसोसी भएर काम गर्छौं, तर सधैँ आनन्दमा रमाइरहेका छौँ । हामी गरिब भएर काम गर्छौं, तर धेरैलाई धनी बनाउँछौँ । हामी केही नभए जस्तो गरी काम गर्छौं, तापनि सबै थोकहरू पाएका छौँ ।
as sorrowing, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, yet possessing all things.
11 हे कोरिन्थका विश्वासीहरू हो, हामीले तिमीहरूलाई सबै साँचा कुराहरू बताएका छौँ र हाम्रा हृदयहरू खुला छन् ।
Corinthians! our mouth is open to you, our heart is enlarged.
12 तिमीहरूका हृदय हामीबाट नियन्त्रित छैनन्, तर तिमीहरूका आफ्नै भावनाद्वारा नियन्त्रित छन् ।
You are not straitened in us, but you are straitened in your own bowels.
13 अब यसको सट्टामा, म बालकहरूसँग झैँ बोल्दछु, कि आफ्नो हृदयलाई खुला राख ।
Now, in return, (I speak as to children, ) be you also enlarged.
14 अविश्वासीहरूसँगै ननारिओ । किनकि धार्मिकताको व्यवस्थाविहीनहरूसित के सहभागिता? अनि ज्योतिको अन्धकारसित के सङ्गति?
Be not unequally yoked with unbelievers; for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion has light with darkness?
15 ख्रीष्टको झुटा बोल्नेहरूसित के सम्झौता? अर्थात्, विश्वासीहरूको अविश्वासीहरूसँग के सहभागिता?
what concord has Christ with Belial? or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever?
16 र परमेश्वरको मन्दिर र मूर्तिहरूबिच के सम्झौता? त्यसकारण, हामीहरू जीवित परमेश्वरका मन्दिर हौँ, जसरी उहाँले भन्नुभएको छः “म तिनीहरूका बिचमा हिँड्नेछु र बास गर्नेछु । म तिनीहरूका परमेश्वर हुनेछु र तिनीहरू मेरा मानिसहरू हुनेछन् ।”
And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? for you are the temple of the living God; as God has said, "Assuredly I will dwell among them, and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be to me a people.
17 त्यसकारण, ‘तिनीहरूका माझबाट बाहिर निस्केर आओ र आफूलाई अलग गर,’ परमप्रभु भन्नुहुन्छ । अशुद्ध चिजहरूलाई नछोओ र म तिमीहरूलाई अपनाउनेछु ।
Wherefore, come out from among them, and be separated, says the Lord, and touch no unclean person; and I will receive you;
18 म तिमीहरूका पिता हुनेछु र तिमीहरू मेरा छोराहरू र छोरीहरू हुनेछौ,” सर्वशक्तिमान् परमेश्वर भन्नुहुन्छ ।
and I be to you a Father, and you shall be to me sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty."
