२ इतिहास 35

1 योशियाहले परमप्रभुको निम्ति यरूशलेममा निस्तार-चाड मनाए, र तिनीहरूले पहिलो महिनाको चौधौँ दिनमा निस्तार-चाडको थुमा मारे ।

And he observed Josiah in Jerusalem a passover to Yahweh and people slaughtered the passover on [day] four-teen of the month first.

2 तिनले पुजारीहरूलाई आआफ्नो स्थानमा राखे र परमप्रभुका मन्दिरको सेवा गर्न तिनीहरूलाई प्रोत्साहन दिए ।

And he appointed the priests on duties their and he encouraged them for [the] service of [the] house of Yahweh.

3 तिनले परमप्रभुमा समर्पित भएका र सारा इस्राएललाई सिकाउने लेवीहरूलाई भने, “इस्राएलका राजा दाऊदका छोरा सोलोमनले निर्माण गरेको मन्दिरमा पवित्र सन्दूकलाई राख । अबदेखि फेरि त्यसलाई आफ्नो काँधमा नबोक । अब परमप्रभु तिमीहरूका परमेश्‍वरको आराधना गर र उहाँको मानिस इस्राएलको सेवा गर ।

And he said to the Levites (those teaching *Q(K)*) all Israel holy to Yahweh put [the] ark of holiness in the house which he built Solomon [the] son of David [the] king of Israel not [will belong] to you a burden on the shoulder now serve Yahweh God your and people his Israel.

4 इस्राएलका राजा दाऊद र तिनका छोरा सोलोमनले दिएका लिखित निर्देशनहरू पालन गर्दै आआफ्‍ना पुर्खाका घरानाहरू र आआफ्‍ना विभाजनहरूअनुसार आफूलाई सङ्गठित गराओ ।

(And prepare *Q(K)*) to [the] house of ancestors your according to divisions your by [the] writing of David [the] king of Israel and by [the] writing of Solomon son his.

5 तिमीहरूका दाजुभाइका पुर्खाका घरानाहरूका विभाजनहरू, मानिसहरूका वंश र लेवीहरूको पुर्खाका परिवारहरूका आफ्ना विभाजनहरूअनुसार पवित्र स्थानमा खडा होओ ।

And stand in the holy place to [the] divisions of [the] house of the ancestors of countrymen your [the] sons of the people and a division of [the] house of an ancestor for the Levites.

6 निस्तार-चाडको थुमाहरू मार, आफैलाई शुद्ध गर, मोशाद्वारा परमप्रभुले दिनुभएको वचन पालन गरेर तिमीहरूका दाजुभाइका निम्ति थुमाहरू तयार पार ।”

And slaughter the passover and consecrate yourselves and prepare for countrymen your to do according to [the] word of Yahweh by [the] hand of Moses.

7 योशियाहले निस्तार-चाड बलिदानमा सबै मानिसहरूको निम्ति तिस हजार भेडा र पाठा दिए । तिनले तीन हजार साँढे पनि दिए । यी सबै राजाका सम्पतिबाट दिइएका दिए ।

And he contributed Josiah for [the] sons of the people flock[s] of lambs and [the] young of goats everything for the passovers for every [one who] was found to [the] number of thirty thousand and cattle three thousand these [were] from [the] property of the king.

8 मानिसहरू, पुजारीहरू र लेवीहरूका निम्ति तिनका अगुवाहरूले राजीखुशी दान दिए । परमप्रभुको मन्दिरका आधिकारिक प्रशासकहरू हिल्कियाह, जकरिया र यहीएलले पुजारीहरूलाई निस्तार-चाडको निम्ति दुई हजार छ सय ससाना पशु र तीन सय साँढे दिए ।

And officials his to a freewill offering for the people for the priests and for the Levites they contributed Hilkiah and Zechariah and Jehiel [the] officers of [the] house of God to the priests they gave for the passovers two thousand and six hundred and cattle three hundred.

9 अनि लेवीहरूलाई चाहिं कोनन्याह र तिनका भाइहरू शमायाह र नतनेल, अनि लेवीहरूका नायकहरू हशब्याह, यहीएल र योजाबादले पाँच हजार ससाना पशु र पाँच सय साँढे दिए ।

(And Konaniah *Q(k)*) and Shemaiah and Nethanel brothers his and Hashabiah and Jeiel and Jozabad [the] leaders of the Levites they contributed for the Levites for the passovers five thousand and cattle five hundred.

10 यसैले सेवाको तयारी भयो, र पुजारीहरू आआफ्नो स्थानमा अनि लेवीहरूचाहिं आआफ्नो दलअनुसार राजाको हुकुमबमोजिम खडा भए ।

And it was arranged the service and they took their stand the priests at place their and the Levites on divisions their according to [the] command of the king.

11 तिनीहरूले निस्तार-चाडका थुमाहरू मारे, अनि लेवीहरूका हातबाट रगत लिएर पुजारीहरूले वेदीमा रगत छर्के, र लेवीहरूले ती थुमाहरूका छाला काढे ।

And they slaughtered the passover and they sprinkled the priests from hand their and the Levites [were] skinning [them].

12 तिनीहरूले मोशाको पुस्तकमा लेखिएबमोजिम मानिसले परमप्रभुलाई होमबलिहरू चढाउन् भनी पुर्खाका घरानाका विभाजनअनुसार वितरण गर्नलाई तिनीहरूले ती छुट्‍याए । साँढेहरूका पनि तिनीहरूले त्यसै गरे ।

And they put aside the burnt offering[s] to give them to [the] divisions of [the] house of ancestors of [the] sons of the people to bring near to Yahweh according to [what] is written in [the] scroll of Moses and thus for the cattle.

13 तिनीहरूले निर्देशनको अनुसरण गरेर निस्तारका थुमाहरू आगोमा पोले । पवित्र भेटीलाई तिनीहरूले खड्कुँला, कराही र ताप्केमा उसिने, र तिनीहरू तुरुन्‍तै ती मानिसहरूमा बाँडिदिए ।

And they cooked the passover in the fire according to the ordinance and the holy offerings they boiled in pots and in kettles and in pans and they brought [them] quickly to all [the] children of the people.

14 त्यसपछि हारूनका वंशका पुजारीहरू साँझसम्मै होमबलि र बोसो चढाउनमा व्यस्त भएका हुनाले तिनीहरूले आफ्ना निम्ति र पुजारीहरूका निम्ति बलिदान तयार गरे । यसरी लेवीहरूले आफ्ना लागि र हारूनको वंशका पुजारीहरूका निम्ति बलिदान तयार गरे ।

And after they prepared for themselves and for the priests for the priests [the] descendants of Aaron [were] in offering up the burnt offering[s] and the fat until night and the Levites they prepared for themselves and for the priests [the] descendants of Aaron.

15 आसापका सन्तानहरू, गायकहरू, दाऊद, आसाप, हेमान र राजाका दर्शी यदूतून र रक्षकहरूले निर्देशन दिएबमोजिम आआफ्ना स्थानमा थिए । तिनीहरूले आफ्नो ठाउँ छोड्नुपरेन किनकि तिनीहरूका दाजुभाइ लेवीहरूले तिनीहरूका निम्ति तयारी गरे ।

And the singers [the] descendants of Asaph [were] at post their according to [the] command of David and Asaph and Heman and Jeduthun [the] seer of the king and the gatekeepers [were] to a gate and a gate not [belonged] to them to turn aside from on service their for relatives their the Levites they prepared for them.

16 यसैले यो समयमा योशियाह राजाको हुकुमअनुसार निस्तार-चाड मान्‍न र परमप्रभुको वेदीमा होमबलि चढाउनका निम्ति परमप्रभुको पूरा सेवा सन्‍चालन गरियो ।

And it was arranged all [the] service of Yahweh on the day that to observe the passover and to offer up burnt offerings on [the] altar of Yahweh according to [the] command of the king Josiah.

17 उपस्थित भएका इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले त्यस बेला निस्तार-चाड मनाए, र सात दिनसम्म अखमिरी रोटीको चाड मनाए ।

And they observed [the] people of Israel who were found the passover at the time that and [the] festival of the unleavened bread seven days.

18 शमूएल अगमवक्ताको समयदेखि यता यस प्रकारले निस्तार-चाडको उत्‍सव इस्राएलमा कहिल्यै मनाइएको थिएन, न त पुजारीहरू, लेवीहरू र यरूशलेमका बासिन्दाहरूसँग उपस्थित भएका सबै यहूदा र इस्राएलका साथमा योशियाहले मानेझैं इस्राएलका अरू कुनै राजाहरूले कहिल्यै यस्तो किसिमले निस्तार-चाड मानेका थिए ।

And not it had been observed a passover like it in Israel since [the] days of Samuel the prophet and any kings of Israel - not they had observed like the passover which he observed Josiah and the priests and the Levites and all Judah and Israel which was found and [the] inhabitants of Jerusalem.

19 योशियाहका राजकालको अठारौँ वर्षमा यो निस्तार-चाड मनाइएको थियो ।

In eight-teen year of [the] reign of Josiah it was observed the passover this.

20 योशियाहले यसरी मन्दिरका सबै कामहरू मिलाइसकेपछि मिश्रदेशका राजा नेको यूफ्रेटिस नदीको किनारको कर्कमीशको विरुद्ध आक्रमण गर्न निस्के, र योशियाह तिनको विरुद्धमा युद्ध गर्न गए ।

After all this when he had prepared Josiah the house he came up Necho [the] king of Egypt to do battle at Carchemish on [the] Euphrates and he went out to meet him Josiah.

21 तर नेकोले यसो भनेर तिनीकहाँ राजदूतहरू पठाए, “ए यहूदाका राजा, मेरो तपाईंसँग के सरोकार छ? आज म तपाईंको विरुद्धमा आएको होइन, तर म जुन घरानासँग युद्ध गरिरहेको छु त्यसको विरुद्ध आएको छु । परमेश्‍वरले मलाई चाँडो गर्न आदेश दिनुभएको छ । यसैले परमेश्‍वरलाई बाधा दिने कामबाट टाढा रहनुहोस्, जो मसँग हुनुहुन्छ, नत्रता उहाँले तपाईंलाई नाश गर्नुहुनेछ ।”

And he sent to him messengers - saying - what? [is] to me and to you O king of Judah not on you you this day for against [the] house of battle my and God he has said to hurry I cease yourself from God who [is] with me and may not he destroy you.

22 तापनि योशियाह तिनीबाट फर्किन मानेनन् । तिनले उनको विरुद्ध युद्ध गर्न भेष बदले । आफू परमेश्‍वरको आज्ञाद्वारा आएको हो भन्‍ने नेकोको वचन तिनले सुनेनन् । यसैले तिनी मगिद्दोको बेसीमा युद्ध गर्न गए ।

And not he turned round Josiah face his away from him for to fight against him he disguised himself and not he listened to [the] words of Necho from [the] mouth of God and he went to do battle in [the] valley of Megiddo.

23 धनुर्धारीहरूले योशियाह राजालाई हाने, र राजाले आफ्ना सेवकहरूलाई भने, “मलाई बाहिर लैजाओ, किनकि मलाई गम्‍भीर चोट लागेको छ ।”

And they shot arrows the archers to the king Josiah and he said the king to servants his take away me for I have been wounded exceedingly.

24 यसैले तिनका सेवकहरूले तिनलाई रथबाट उठाए र तिनलाई अर्को रथमा चढाए । तिनीहरूले तिनलाई यरूशलेममा ल्याए, जहाँ तिनी मरे । तिनका पुर्खाहरूको चिहानहरूमा तिनलाई गाडियो । सारा यहूदा र यरूशलेमले तिनको निम्ति शोक मनाए ।

And they took away him servants his from the chariot and they made ride him on [the] chariot of second which [belonged] to him and they brought him Jerusalem and he died and he was buried in [the] graves of ancestors his and all Judah and Jerusalem [were] mourning on Josiah.

25 यर्मियाले योशियाहको निम्ति विलापका गरे । सबै पुरुष र स्‍त्री गायकले आजको दिनसम्म योशियाहको बारेमा विलाप गर्छन् । यी गीतहरू इस्राएलमा परम्पराको रूपमा रहेका छन् । हेर, तिनलाई विलापको गीतहरूमा लेखिएका छन् ।

And he made a lament Jeremiah on Josiah and they have said all the male singers - and the female singers in lamentations their on Josiah until this day and they made them into a decree on Israel and there they [are] written on the lamentations.

26 योशियाहको बारेमा अन्य कुराहरू, र तिनले परमप्रभुको व्यवस्थामा लेखिएअनुसार गरेका आज्ञापालनका असल कामहरू—

And [the] rest of [the] matters of Josiah and covenant loyalti his according to [what] is written in [the] law of Yahweh.

27 अनि तिनका कामहरू सुरुदेखि अन्त्यसम्मै यहूदा र इस्राएल राजाहरूका इतिहासको पुस्तकमा लेखिएका छन् ।

And matters his former and latter there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] kings of Israel and Judah.
