१ शमूएल 10

1 त्यसपछि शमूएलले एक ढुङ्ग्रो तेल लिए, त्‍यो शाऊलको शिरमाथि खन्याए, तिनलाई चुम्‍बन गरे । तिनले भने, “के परमप्रभुले उहाँको उत्तराधिकारको शासक हुनलाई तपाईंलाई अभिषेक गर्नुभएको हैन र?

And he took Samuel [the] flask of oil and he poured [it] on head his and he kissed him and he said ¿ In-deed he has anointed you Yahweh (to ruler over people his over of Israel and you she will retain among a people Yahweh and you you deliver him from [the] hand of enemies its from round about and this of you [will be] the sign he has anointed you Yahweh *X*) over inheritance his to ruler.

2 जब तपाईं आज जानुहुनेछ, बेन्यामीनको सेल्सहको इलाकामा राहेलको चिहान नजिक तपाईंले दुई जना मानिसहरू भेट्टाउनुहुनेछ । तिनीहरूले तपाईंलाई भन्‍नेछन्, 'तपाईंले खोजिरहेका गधाहरू भेट्टाइएका छन् । अहिले तपाईंको बुबाले गधाहरू बारेमा चिन्ता गर्न छोडेर “मेरो छोराको बारेमा म के गरौं” भन्‍दै तपाईंको बारेमा चिन्ता गर्दै हुनुहुन्‍छ ।'

When going you this day from with me and you will find two men near [the] tomb of Rachel in [the] territory of Benjamin at Zelzah and they will say to you they have been found the she-asses which you went to seek and there! he has abandoned father your [the] matter of the she-asses and he is anxious to you saying what? will I do for son my.

3 तब तपाईं त्यहाँबाट अगि जानुहुँदा, तपाईं तबोरको फलाँटको रूखमा आउनुहुनेछ । एक जनाले तिनवटा पाठा, अर्कोले तिन वटा रोटी र अर्कोले एक मशक दाखमद्य बोकेर बेथेलमा परमेश्‍वरकहाँ गइरहेका तिन जना मानिसहरूलाई तपाईंले भेट्टाउनुहुनेछ ।

And you will pass on from there and beyond and you will come to [the] great tree of Tabor and they will find you there three men going up to God Beth-el one [will be] carrying - three kids and one [will be] carrying three round loaves of bread and one [will be] carrying a skin of wine.

4 तिनीहरूले तपाईंलाई अभिादन गर्नेछन् र तपाईंलाई दुई वटा रोटी दिनेछन्, जुन तपाईंले तिनीहरूका हातबाट लिनुहुनेछ ।

And they will ask of you to welfare and they will give to you two bread[s] and you will take [them] from hand their.

5 त्यसपछि तपाईं परमप्रभुको पर्वतमा आउनुहुनेछ, जहाँ पलिस्तीहरूको चौकी छ । जब तपाईं सहरमा आइपुग्‍नुहुनेछ, तब तपाईंले वीणा, खैंजडी, बाँसुरी र सितार अगिअगि बजाउँदै तल आइरहेको भेट्टाउनुहुनेछ । तिनीहरूले अगमवाणी गरिरहेका हुनेछन् ।

After thus you will come Gibeah of God where [are] there [the] garrisons of [the] Philistines and it will be when coming you there the city and you will meet a company of prophets coming down from the high place and [will be] before them lyre and tambourine and flute and harp and they [will be] prophesying.

6 परमप्रभुको आत्मा तपाईंमाथि आउनुहुनेछ र तिनीहरूसँगै तपाईंले पनि अगमवाणी बोल्‍नुहुनेछ, र तपाईं एक जना अर्कै मानिस बद्लनुहुनेछ ।

And it will rush on you [the] spirit of Yahweh and you will prophesy with them and you will be changed into a man another.

7 त्‍यति बेला जब यी चिन्हहरू तपाईंमा हुनेछन्, तब तपाईंको हातले जे भेट्टाउँछ सो गर्नुहोस्, किनकि परमेश्‍वर तपाईंसँग हुनुहुन्‍छ ।

And it will be that (they will come *Q(k)*) the signs these to you do for yourself [that] which it will find hand your for God [is] with you.

8 मेरो अगि तल गिलगालमा जानुहोस् । त्यसपछि म होमबलि र मेलबलि चढाउन म तपाईंकहाँ तल आउनेछु । म नआएसम्म र तपाईंले के गर्नुपर्छ भनी तपाईंलाई नदेखाएसम्‍म सात दिनसम्म पर्खनुहोस् ।”

And you will go down before me Gilgal and there! I [am] about to come down to you to offer up burnt offerings to sacrifice sacrifices of peace offerings seven days may you wait until come I to you and I will make known to you [that] which you will do.

9 शमूएलबाट विदा हुनलाई जब शाऊलले पिठ्युँ फर्काए, तब परमेश्‍वरले तिनलाई अर्कै हृदय दिनुभयो । तब ती सबै चिन्हहरू त्यसै दिन पुरा भयो ।

And it was when turned he shoulder his to go from with Samuel and he changed for him God a heart another and they came all the signs these on the day that.

10 जब तिनीहरू डाँडामा आए, अगमवक्ताको एक समूहले तिनलाई भेटे र परमेश्‍वरको आत्मा तिनीमाथि आउनुभयो ताकि तिनले उनीहरूसँगै भविष्यवाणी बोले ।

And they came there Gibeah towards and there! a company of prophets to meet him and it rushed on him [the] spirit of God and he prophesied in midst of them.

11 जब तिनलाई पहिले चिनेकाहरूले हरेकले तिनलाई अगमवक्ताहरूका साथमा अगमवाणी बोलिरहेको देखे, तब मानिसहरूले एक-आपसमा भने, “कीशका छोरालाई के भएको छ? के शाऊल अब अगमवक्ताहरूमध्ये एक जना भएछन्?”

And it was every [one who] knew him from yesterday three days ago and they saw and there! with prophets [he is] prophesying and it said the people each to neighbor his what? this has it happened to [the] son of Kish ¿ also [is] Saul among the prophets.

12 त्यही ठाउँका एक जना मानिसले जवाफ दिए, “तब तिनका बुबा को हुन?” यही कारणले गर्दा “के शाऊल पनि अगमवक्ताहरूमध्ये एक जना भएछन्?” भन्‍ने भनाइ चल्‍यो ।

And he answered a man from there and he said and who? [is] father their there-fore it became a proverb ¿ also [is] Saul among the prophets.

13 जब तिनले अगमवाणी बोलेर सके, तब तिनी उच्‍च स्थानमा आए ।

And he finished from prophesying and he came the high place.

14 त्यसपछि शाऊलका काकाले तिनी र तिनको सेवकलाई सोधे, “तिमीहरू कहाँ गयौ?” तिनले जवाफ दिए, “गधाहरू खोज्‍नलाई । जब ती भेट्टाउन नसक्‍ने हामीले देख्यौं, तब हामी शमूएलकहाँ गयौं ।”

And he said [the] uncle of Saul to him and to servant his where? did you go and he said to seek the she-asses and we saw that there not and we went to Samuel.

15 शऊलका काकाले भने, “शमूएलले तिमीलाई के भने कृपया मलाई भन ।”

And he said [the] uncle of Saul tell! please to me what? did he say to you Samuel.

16 शऊलले आफ्नो काकालाई जवाफ दिए, “गधाहरू भेट्टाइएका छन् भनी तिनले हामीलाई प्रष्‍ट रूपमा भने ।” तर शमूएलले भनेका राज्यको विषयमा भने तिनले उनलाई भनेनन् ।

And he said Saul to uncle his certainly he told to us that they had been found the she-asses and [the] word of the kingship not he told to him which he had said Samuel.

17 शमूएलले मानिसहरूलाई मिस्‍पामा परमप्रभुको सामु एकसाथ भेला गरे ।

And he called together Samuel the people to Yahweh Mizpah.

18 तिनले इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई भने, “परमप्रभु इस्राएलका परमेश्‍वर यसो भन्‍नुहुन्छः ‘मैले इस्राएललाई मिश्रदेशबाट ल्याएँ र मैले तिमीहरूलाई मिश्रीहरूका हातबाट र तिमीहरूको विरोध गर्ने सबै राज्यहरू शक्तिबाट छुटकारा दिएँ ।'

And he said - to [the] people of Israel. Thus he says Yahweh [the] God of Israel I I brought up Israel from Egypt and I delivered you from [the] hand of Egypt and from [the] hand of all the kingdoms that were oppressing you.

19 तर तिमीहरूका सबै विपत्तिहरू र तिमीहरूका कष्‍टबाट बचाउनुहुने तिमीहरूका परमेश्‍वरलाई आज तिमीहरूले इन्कार गरेका छौ । अनि तिमीहरूले उनलाई भनेका छौ, हामीमाथि एक जना राजा खडा गर्नुहोस् ।' अब आ-आफ्ना वंशअनुसार र कुलअनुसार आफैलाई परमप्रभुको सामु प्रस्तुत गर ।”

And you this day you have rejected God your who he [is] a deliverer of you from all calamities your and troubles your and you have said to him for a king you will appoint over us and therefore present yourselves before Yahweh to tribes your and to families your.

20 त्यसैले शमूएलले इस्राएलका सबै कुललाई नजिक ल्याए र बेन्यामीनको कुल चुनियो ।

And he brought near Samuel all [the] tribes of Israel and it was taken by lot [the] tribe of Benjamin.

21 अनि तिनले बेन्यामीनको कुललाई आफ्‍ना वंशअनुसार ल्याए । अनि मत्रीको वंश चुनियो, र कीशका छोरा शाऊललाई चुनियो । तर जब तिनीहरू उनलाई खोज्न गए तब उनी भेट्टाइएनन् ।

And he brought near [the] tribe of Benjamin (to families its *Q(K)*) and it was taken by lot [the] clan of Matri and he was taken by lot Saul [the] son of Kish and they sought him and not he was found.

22 तब मानिसहरूले परमेश्‍वरलाई अझै प्रश्‍न सोध्‍ने इच्‍छा गरे, “के अझै अर्को मानिस आउनै छ?” परमप्रभुले जवाफ दिनुभयो, “तिनले आफैलाई सर-सामानाका बिचमा लुकाएका छन् ।”

And they enquired again by Yahweh ¿ has he come yet here [the] man. And he said Yahweh here! he [is] hiding himself into the baggage.

23 तब तिनीहरू दौडे र शाऊललाई त्यहाँबाट निकाले । जब तिनी मानिसहरू माझमा खडा भए, तब तिनी अरू कुनै पनि मानिसभन्दा तिनको कुमभन्‍दामाथि अग्ला थिए ।

And they ran and they took him from there and he presented himself in among the people and he was tall more than all the people from shoulder his and up-wards.

24 शामूएलले मानिसहरूलाई भने, “के परमप्रभुले चुन्‍नुभएको मानिसलाई तिमीहरूले देख्‍दैछौ? सबै मानिसहरूका माझमा तिनीजस्ता अरू कोही छैन ।” सबै मानिसहरू यसो भन्‍दै कराए, “राजा अमर रहून्” ।

And he said Samuel to all the people ¿ do you see [the one] whom he has chosen him Yahweh for there not [is] like him among all the people and they shouted all the people and they said may he live the king.

25 तब शमूएलले राजाको शासनको चलन र नियमहरूका बारेमा मानिसहरूलाई भने, तिनलाई एउटा पुस्तकमा लेखे र त्‍यो परमप्रभुको सामु राखिदिए । अनि शमूएलले सबै मानिसलाई आ-आफ्नै घरमा पठाइदिए ।

And he spoke Samuel to the people [the] right[s] of the kingship and he wrote in the book and he set [it] before Yahweh and he sent away Samuel all the people each man to own house his.

26 शाऊल पनि गिबामा आफ्नो घरमा गए र तिनको साथमा केही बलिया मानिसहरू गए, जसका हृदयहरूमा परमेश्‍वरले छुनुभएको थियो ।

And also Saul he went to own house his Gibeah towards and they went with him the army which he had touched God heart their.

27 तर केही बदमासहरूले भने, “यो मानिसले हामीलाई कसरी बचाउन सक्छ?” यी मानिसहरूले शऊललाई घृणा गरे र तिनलाई कुनै उपहारहरू दिएनन् । तर शाऊल शान्‍त बसे ।

And sons of worthlessness they said what? will he deliver us this one and they despised him and not they brought to him a gift and he was like [one who] kept silent.
