१ कोरिन्थी 3
1 अनि भाइहरू हो, मैले तिमीहरूसँग आत्मिक मानिसहरूसित बोलेझैँ बोल्न सकिनँ, तर शारीरिक मानिसहरू अर्थात् ख्रीष्टमा बालकहरूसित बोलेझैँ बोलेँ ।
I, therefore, brethren, have not been able to speak unto you, as unto men of the Spirit, but as unto men of the flesh—as unto babes in Christ: —
2 मैले तिमीहरूलाई दूध खुवाएँ, मासु होइन, किनकि तिमीहरू मासु खानको लागि तयार थिएनौ ।
With milk, have I fed you, not, with meat; for, not yet, have ye been able; —nay! not [yet] even now, are ye able,
3 किनभने तिमीहरू अझै सांसारिक नै छौ । यदि तिमीहरूका माझमा डाह र झगडा छँदै छ भने के तिमीहरू सांसारिक तवरले जिइरहेका छैनौ र? वा के तिमीहरू मानवीय मापदण्डअनुसार जिइरहेका छैनौ र?
For ye are yet fleshly. For, whereas there are, among you, jealousy and strife, are ye not, fleshly, and, after the manner of men, walking?
4 किनकि जब एक जनाले “म पावललाई पछ्याउँछु” भन्छ र अर्कोले “म अपोल्लोसलाई पछ्याउँछु” भन्छ भने के तिमीहरू सांसारिक तरिकाले जिइरहेका हुँदैनौ र?
For, as soon as one beginneth to say—I, indeed, am of Paul! and another—I, of Apollos! are ye not, men?
5 त्यसो भए अपोल्लोस को हो? अनि पावल को हो? सबै परमेश्वरका सेवकहरू हुन्, जसले परमेश्वरले दिनुभएका कामहरूअनुसार गरे र त्यही माध्यमद्वारा तिमीहरूले विश्वास गर्यौ ।
What then is Apollos? and, what is Paul? ministers through whom ye believed, and, each, as the Lord, gave to him.
6 मैले रोपेँ, अनि अपोल्लोसले पानी हाले, तर परमेश्वरले नै बढाउनुभयो ।
I, planted, Apollos, watered, —but, God, caused to, grow.
7 त्यसैले, रोप्ने र पानी हाल्ने केही होइन । तर परमेश्वर जसले बढाउनुहुन्छ, उहाँ नै महान् हुनुहुन्छ ।
So that, [neither] is he that planteth anything, nor, he that watereth, —but, God, who causeth to, grow.
8 अब रोप्ने र पानी हाल्ने एकै हुन्, ती हरेकले आफ्नो कामको परिश्रमअनुसार ज्याला पाउनेछन् ।
Moreover, he that planteth and he that watereth, are one: —howbeit, each one, his own reward, shall receive, —according to his own labour.
9 किनकि हामीहरू परमेश्वरका सहकर्मी हौँ । तिमीहरू परमेश्वरका बगैँचा र उहाँका भवनहरू हौ ।
For we are, God’s, fellow-workmen: ye are, God’s, farm, God’s building.
10 परमेश्वरको अनुग्रहअनुसार उहाँले मलाई दिनुभएको कारिगरको क्षमतालाई प्रयोग गरेर मैले जग बसालेँ, र अर्कोले त्यसमाथि घर बनाउँदै छ । तर हरेक व्यक्तिले कसरी बनाउँदै छ भन्ने बारेमा सावधान रहनुपर्छ ।
According to the favour of God which hath been given unto me, as a wise master-builder, I laid a foundation, whereas, another, is building thereon; but, let each one, see, how he buildeth thereon;
11 किनकि जुन जग बसालिएको छ, त्यो बाहेक कसैले पनि अर्को जग बसाल्न सक्दैन, जुन जग ख्रीष्ट हुनुहुन्छ ।
For, other foundation, can, no one, lay, than that which is lying, which is, Jesus Christ.
12 यदि त्यस जगमाथि कसैले सुन, चाँदी, बहुमूल्य पत्थर, काठ, वा परालको प्रयोग गरेर निर्माण गर्छ भने
But, if anyone is building, upon the foundation—gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw,
13 उसको काम दिनमा प्रकट गरिनेछ, किनकि दिनको उज्यालोले त्यो प्रकट गर्नेछ । किनकि त्यो आगोमा प्रकट हुनेछ । हरेकको कामको गुणस्तरलाई आगोद्वारा जाँचिनेछ ।
Each one’s work, shall be made, manifest; for, the day, will make it plain, because, by fire, is it to be revealed, —and, each one’s work, of what sort it is, the fire itself will prove: —
14 यदि कसैले गरेको काम रहिरह्यो भने त्यसले इनाम प्राप्त गर्नेछ ।
If, anyone’s work, shall abide, which he built, a reward, shall he receive, —
15 तर यदि कसैको काम जलेर नष्ट भयो भने त्यसले नोक्सानी भोग्नुपर्नेछ । तर ऊ आफैँचाहिँ आगोबाट फुत्केझैँ बचाइनेछ ।
If, anyone’s work, shall be burnt up, he shall suffer loss, but shall, himself, be saved—though, thus, as through fire.
16 के तिमीहरूलाई थाहा छैन, कि तिमीहरू परमेश्वरका मन्दिर हौ, र पवित्र आत्मा तिमीहरूमा बास गर्नुहुन्छ?
Know ye not that ye are a shrine of God, and that the Spirit of God within you doth dwell?
17 यदि कसैले परमेश्वरको मन्दिरलाई नाश गर्छ भने उहाँले त्यसलाई पनि नाश गर्नुहुनेछ । किनकि परमेश्वरको मन्दिर पवित्र छ, र तिमीहरू पनि त्यस्तै छौ ।
If anyone doth mar the shrine of God, God, will mar him; for the shrine of God is holy, —and such are ye.
18 कसैले आफैँलाई धोका नदेओस् । यदि तिमीहरूमध्ये कसैले आफूलाई यस युगमा बुद्धिमान् सम्झन्छ भने त्यसले आफूलाई “मूर्ख” सम्झोस्, र त्यो बुद्धिमान् हुनेछ । (aiōn g165)
Let no one be deceiving himself: —if anyone imagineth himself to be wise among you, in this age, let him become foolish, that he may become wise; (aiōn g165)
19 किनकि संसारको ज्ञान परमेश्वरको निम्ति मूर्खता हो । किनकि यस्तो लेखिएको छ, “उहाँले ज्ञानी मानिसहरूलाई तिनीहरूकै चलाखीमा पक्रनुहुन्छ ।”
For, the wisdom of this world, is, foolishness with God; for it is written—He that taketh the wise in their knavery, —
20 धर्मशास्त्रमा यस्तो पनि लेखिएको छ, “परमेश्वर जान्नुहुन्छ कि संसारमा भएका ज्ञानीहरूको तर्क व्यर्थ छ ।”
And again—The Lord taketh note of the speculations of the wise, that they are vain.
21 त्यसैले, तिमीहरू मानिसहरूका निम्ति घमण्ड नगर! किनकि सबै कुरा तिमीहरूकै हुन्,
So then, let, no one, be boasting in men; for, all things, are yours—
22 चाहे पावल वा अपोल्लोस वा केफास वा संसार वा जीवन वा मृत्यु वा वर्तमानका कुराहरू वा आउने कुराहरू सबै तिमीहरूकै हुन्,
Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come, all, are, yours,
23 अनि तिमीहरूचाहिँ ख्रीष्टका हौ, र ख्रीष्टचाहिँ परमेश्वरका हुनुहुन्छ ।
And, ye, are Christ’s, —and, Christ, is, God’s.
