१ कोरिन्थी 2
1 भाइहरू हो, गुप्तमा रहेका परमेश्वरका सत्यताहरूको घोषणा गर्न म तिमीहरूकहाँ आउँदा कुशल वक्ता र बुद्धिका साथमा आइनँ ।
And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech (logos) or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.
2 तिमीहरूका माझमा हुँदा येशू ख्रीष्ट र क्रुसमा टाँगिनुभएका येशूलाई बाहेक मैले कुनै पनि कुरा नजान्ने निर्णय गरे ।
For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
3 अनि कमजोरी, डर र धेरै कम्पसाथ म तिमीहरूसित थिएँ ।
And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.
4 र मेरा सन्देश र घोषणा ज्ञानको आकर्षक वचनहरूमा थिएनन् । बरु, ती पवित्र आत्मा र शक्तिको प्रदर्शनमा थिए ।
And my speech (logos) and my preaching was not with enticing words (logos) of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit (pneuma) and of power:
5 तिमीहरूको विश्वास मानिसहरूको बुद्धिमा होइन, तर परमेश्वरको शक्तिमा भएको होस् ।
That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
6 अब, परिपक्वहरूका बिचमा हामी बुद्धिका कुरा गर्दछौँ, तर यस संसारका वा यस युगका शासकहरूको बुद्धि होइन जो बितेर जाँदै छन् । (aiōn g165)
Nevertheless we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nothing: (aiōn g165)
7 बरु, लुकाइएका सत्यतामा हामी परमेश्वरको बुद्धिको प्रचार गर्छौं, लुकेको बुद्धि जो परमेश्वरले हाम्रो महिमाको निम्ति युगको अगिबाटै नियुक्त गर्नुभयो । (aiōn g165)
But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: (aiōn g165)
8 यस युगका कुनै पनि शासकहरूले यो ज्ञानलाई जानेनन्, तर तिनीहरूले त्यस समयमा यो कुरा बुझेका भए, तिनीहरूले महिमाको प्रभुलाई क्रुसमा टाँग्ने थिएनन् । (aiōn g165)
Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (aiōn g165)
9 तर यसो लेखिएको छ, “आँखाले नदेखेका, कानले नसुनेका, मनले विचारै नगरेका कुराहरू उहाँलाई प्रेम गर्नेहरूका निम्ति परमेश्वरले तयार पार्नुभएको छ ।”
But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him.
10 परमेश्वरले पवित्र आत्माद्वारा हामीलाई यी कुराहरू प्रकट गर्नुभएको छ । किनकि आत्माले हरेक कुराको खोजी गर्नुहुन्छ, उहाँले परमेश्वरका गहिरा कुराहरूको पनि खोजी गर्नुहुन्छ ।
But God has revealed them unto us by his Spirit: (pneuma) for the Spirit (pneuma) searches all things, yea, the deep things of God.
11 मानिसमा भएको आत्माबाहेक कसले मानिसका विचारहरू बुझ्न सक्छ? यसरी नै, परमेश्वरका आत्माबाहेक कसैले पनि परमेश्वरका गहिरा कुराहरू बुझ्दैन ।
For what man knows the things of a man, save the spirit (pneuma) of man which is in him? even so the things of God knows no man, but the Spirit (pneuma) of God.
12 तर हामीले संसारको आत्मा पाएका छैनौँ, तर परमेश्वरका आत्मा पाएका छौँ, ताकि परमेश्वरले हामीलाई सित्तैँमा दिनुभएका कुराहरू हामीले जान्न सकौँ ।
Now we have received, not the spirit (pneuma) of the world, but the spirit (pneuma) which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
13 हामी यी कुराहरू मानिसको बुद्धिले सिकाउन नसक्ने वचनहरूमा बोल्छौँ, तर आत्माले हामीलाई सिकाउनुहुन्छ । आत्माले आत्मिक वचनहरूलाई आत्मिक बुद्धिले प्रकाश पार्नुहुन्छ ।
Which things also we speak, not in the words (logos) which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit (pneuma) teaches; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
14 परमेश्वरका आत्माका कुराहरू अनात्मिक व्यक्तिले ग्रहण गर्दैन, किनकि तिनीहरू त्यसका निम्ति मूर्खता हुन्छन् । उसले तिनीहरूलाई बुझ्न सक्दैन किनभने तिनीहरूलाई आत्मिक रूपले जाँच्न सकिन्छ ।
But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit (pneuma) of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
15 आत्मिक व्यक्तिले सबै कुराहरू जाँच गर्दछ, तर ऊचाहिँ अरूद्वारा जाँचिदैन ।
But he that is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
16 किनाकि “कसले परमेश्वरको मनलाई जान्दछ? र कसले उहाँलाई अर्ती दिन सक्छ?” तर हामीसँग ख्रीष्टको मन छ ।
For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
