1 हेब्रोनमा जन्‍मेका दाऊदका छोराहरू यी नै हुन्‌: यिजरेलकी अहीनोमबाट जेठा छोरा अमनोन, कर्मेलकी अबीगेलबाट माहिला दानिएल भए ।
Now these were David's sons, whose birth took place in Hebron: the oldest Amnon, by Ahinoam of Jezreel; the second Daniel, by Abigail the Carmelite woman;
2 साहिंला अब्‍शालोम, जसकी आमा गशूरका राजा तल्‍मैकी छोरी माका थिइन्, काहिंला अदोनियाह, जो हग्‍गीतका छोरा थिए ।
The third Absalom, the son of Maacah, the daughter of Talmai, king of Geshur; the fourth Adonijah, the son of Haggith;
3 अबीतलबाट ठाहिंला शपत्‍याह थिए, र तिनकी पत्‍नी एग्‍लाबाट कान्‍छा यित्राम भए ।
The fifth Shephatiah, by Abital; the sixth Ithream, by Eglah his wife.
4 यी छ जनाचाहिं दाऊदको लागि हेब्रोनमा जन्‍मेका थिए, जहाँ दाऊदले सात वर्ष छ महिना राज्‍य गरे । त्यसपछि तिनले यरूशलेममा तेत्तिस वर्ष राज्‍य गरे ।
He had six sons in Hebron; he was ruling there for seven years and six months, and in Jerusalem for thirty-three years.
5 शम्‍मूअ, शोबाब, नातान र सोलोमन चार जना अम्‍मीएलकी छोरी बतशेबाबाट येरूशलेममा जन्‍मेका थिए ।
And in Jerusalem he had four sons, Shimea and Shobab and Nathan and Solomon, by Bath-shua, the daughter of Ammiel;
6 दाऊदमा अरू नौ जनाचाहिं यिभार, एलीशूअ, एलीपेलेत,
And Ibhar and Elishama and Eliphelet
7 नोगह, नेपेग, यापी,
And Nogah and Nepheg and Japhia
8 एलीशामा, एल्‍यादा र एलीपेलेत थिए ।
And Elishama and Eliada and Eliphelet, nine.
9 दाऊदका छोराहरू यिनै थिए, जसमा उपपत्‍नीहरूका छोराहरू समावेश छैनन् । तामार तिनीहरूकी बहिनी थिइन्‌ ।
All these were the sons of David, in addition to the sons of his servant-wives; and Tamar was their sister.
10 सोलोमनका छोरा रहबाम थिए । रहबामका छोरा अबिया थिए । अबियाका छोरा आसा थिए । आसाका छोरा यहोशापात थिए ।
And Solomon's son was Rehoboam, Abijah was his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,
11 यहोशापातका छोरा यहोराम थिए । यहोरामका छोरा अहज्‍याह थिए । अहज्याहका छोरा योआश थिए ।
Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,
12 योआश का छोरा अमस्‍याह थिए । अमस्‍याहका छोरा अजर्याह थिए । अजर्याह का छोरा योताम थिए ।
Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,
13 योतामका छोरा आहाज थिए । आहाजका छोरा हिजकिया थिए । हिजकियाका छोरा मनश्‍शे थिए ।
Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,
14 मनश्शेका छोरा अमोन थिए । अमोनका छोरा योशियाह थिए ।
Amon his son, Josiah his son.
15 योशियाहका जेठा छोरा योहानान, माहिला यहोयाकीम, साहिंला सिदकियाह, र कान्‍छा शल्‍लूम थिए ।
And the sons of Josiah: the oldest Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.
16 यहोयाकीमका छोराहरू यहोयाकीन र सिदकियाह थिए ।
And the sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.
17 कैदमा लगिएका यहोयाकीनका छोराहरू शालतिएल,
And the sons of Jeconiah, who was taken prisoner: Shealtiel his son,
18 मल्‍कीराम, पदायाह, शेनस्‍सर, यकम्‍याह, होशामा र नदब्‍याह थिए।
And Malchiram and Pedaiah and Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama and Nedabiah.
19 पदायाहका छोराहरू यरुबाबेल र शिमी थिए । यरुबाबेलका छोराहरू मशुल्‍लाम र हनन्‍याह थिए । तिनीहरूकी बहिनी शलोमीत थिइन्‌ ।
And the sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel and Shimei; and the sons of Zerubbabel: Meshullam and Hananiah; and Shelomith was their sister;
20 तिनका अरू पाँच जना छोराहरू हशूबा, ओहेल, बेरेक्‍याह, हसदयाह र यूशप-हेसेद थिए ।
And Hashubah and Ohel and Berechiah and Hasadiah, Jushab-hesed, five.
21 हनन्‍याहका छोराहरू पलत्‍याह र यशयाह थिए । तिनको छोरा रपायाह थिए र अन्य सन्तानहरू अर्नान, ओबदिया र शकन्‍याह थिए ।
And the sons of Hananiah: Pelatiah and Jeshaiah; the sons of Rephaiah, the sons of Arnan, the sons of Obadiah, the sons of Shecaniah.
22 शकन्‍याहका छोरा शमायाह थिए । शमायाहका छोराहरू हत्तूश, यिगाल, बारीह, नार्याह र शाफात थिए ।
And the sons of Shecaniah: Shemaiah; and the sons of Shemaiah: Hattush and Igal and Bariah and Neariah and Shaphat, six.
23 नार्याहका छोराहरू एल्‍योएनै, हिस्‍कियाह र अज्रीकाम थिए ।
And the sons of Neariah: Elioenai and Hizkiah and Azrikam, three.
24 एल्‍यहोएनैका छोराहरू होदबिया, एल्‍यासीब, पलयाह, अक्‍कूब, योहानान, दलायाह र अनानी गरी सात जना थिए ।
And the sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah and Eliashib and Pelaiah and Akkub and Johanan and Delaiah and Anani, seven.
