1 हारूनका सन्तानहरूको आधारमा विभाजन गरिएका काम गर्ने समूहहरू यी नै थिएः नादाब, अबीहू, एलाजार र ईतामार ।
The work groups based on Aaron's descendants were these: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
2 नादाब र अबीहू आफ्ना पिताको मृत्यु हुनुभन्दा अगाडि नै मरे । तिनीहरूका कुनै सन्तान थिएनन्, त्यसैले एलाजार र ईतामारले पुजारीहरूको रूपमा सेवा गरे ।
Nadab and Abihu died before their father died. They had no children, so Eleazar and Ithamar served as priests.
3 दाऊदले एलाजारका सन्तान सादोक र ईतामारका सन्तान अहीमेलेकको साथमा तिनीहरूलाई पुजारीहरूका काम विभाजन गरे ।
David, together with Zadok, a descendant of Eleazar, and Ahimelech, a descendant of Ithamar, divided them into groups for their work as priests.
4 ईतामारको सन्तानका बिचमा भन्दा एलाजारका सन्तानमा धेरै अगुवाहरू थिए, त्यसैले तिनीहरूले एलाजारका सन्तानलाई सोह्र समूहमा विभाजन गरे । तिनीहरूले यो काम वंशका मुखिया र ईतामारका सन्तानबाट गरेका थिए । यो विभाजन वंश-वंश अनुसार आठ थियो ।
There were more leading men among Eleazar's descendants than among Ithamar's descendants, so they divided Eleazar's descendants into sixteen groups. They did this by heads of clans and by Ithamar's descendants. These divisions were eight in number, corresponding to their clans.
5 तिनले तिनीहरू पक्षपात नगरी चिट्ठा हालेर उनीहरूको विभाजन गरे, किनकि एलाजार र ईतामार दुवैका सन्तानमध्येबाट तिनीहरू पवित्रस्थानका अधिकारीहरू र परमेश्वरका अधिकारीहरू थिए ।
They divided them impartially by lot, for there were holy officials and officials of God, from both Eleazar's descendants and Ithamar's descendants.
6 नतनेलका छोरा शमायाहले, एक जना लेवी र शास्त्रीले राजा, अधिकारीहरू, सादोक पूजाहारी, अबियाथारका छोरा अहीमेलेक, पुजारी र लेवीहरूका परिवारहरूका मुखियाहरूका सामुन्ने तिनीहरूका नाउँहरू लेखे । एलाजारका सन्तानबाट र ईतामारका सन्तानबाट पालो-पालो एक-एक परिवारको चिट्ठा तानियो ।
Shemaiah son of Nethanel the scribe, a Levite, wrote down their names in the presence of the king, the officials, Zadok the priest, Ahimelech son of Abiathar, and the leaders of the priestly and Levite families. One clan was drawn by lot from Eleazar's descendants, and then the next would be drawn from Ithamar's descendants.
7 पहिलो चिट्ठा यहोयारीबको, दोस्रो यदायाहको,
The first lot went to Jehoiarib, the second to Jedaiah,
8 तेस्रो हारीमको, चौथो सोरीमको,
the third to Harim, the fourth to Seorim,
9 पाँचौं मल्कियाहको, छैटौं मियामीनको,
the fifth to Malchijah, the sixth to Mijamin,
10 सातौं हक्कोसको, आठौं अबियाको,
the seventh to Hakkoz, the eighth to Abijah,
11 नवौं येशूअको, दशौं शकन्याहको,
the ninth to Jeshua, the tenth to Shecaniah,
12 एघारौं एल्यासीबको, बाह्रौं याकीमको,
the eleventh to Eliashib, the twelfth to Jakim,
13 तेह्रौं हुप्पाको, चौधौं येशेबाबको,
the thirteenth to Huppah, the fourteenth to Jeshebeab,
14 पन्ध्रौं बिल्गाको, सोह्रौं इम्मेरको,
the fifteenth to Bilgah, the sixteenth to Immer,
15 सत्रौं हेजीरको, अठारौं हप्पिसेसको,
the seventeenth to Hezir, the eighteenth to Happizzez,
16 उन्नाईसौं पतहियाहको, बीसौं यहेजकेलको,
the nineteenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Jehezkel,
17 एक्काईसौं याकीनको, बाईसौं गमूएलको,
the twenty-first to Jakin, the twenty-second to Gamul,
18 तेईसौं दलायाहको र चौबीसौं माज्याहको नाउँमा निस्क्यो ।
the twenty-third to Delaiah, and the twenty-fourth to Maaziah.
19 परमप्रभु इस्राएलका परमेश्वरले तिनीहरूका पुर्खा हारूनलाई दिनुभएको निर्देशनअनुसार तिनले उनीहरूलाई दिएका प्रक्रियाको अनुसरण गरेर तिनीहरूले परमप्रभुको मन्दिरमा गर्ने आफ्नो सेवाको कामको क्रम यही थियो ।
This was the order of their service, when they came into Yahweh's house, following the procedure given to them by Aaron their ancestor, as Yahweh, the God of Israel, had instructed him.
20 बाँकी लेवीका सन्तानहरू यी नै थिएः अम्रामका छोराहरूबाट: शूबाएल; शूबाएलका छोराहरूबाट येहदयाह ।
These were the rest of the descendants of Levi: Of the sons of Amram, Shubael; of the sons of Shubael, Jehdeiah.
21 रहब्याहका छोराहरूबाटः अगुवा यिशियाह ।
As for Rehabiah, the sons of Rehabiah: Ishijah the leader.
22 यिसहारबाटः शलोमोत, शलोमोतबाट: यहत ।
From the Izharites: Shelomoth; from the sons of Shelomoth: Jahath.
23 हेब्रोनका छोराहरू: अगुवा यरियाह, माइला अमर्याह, साँहिंला यहासेल, कान्छा यकमाम ।
The sons of Hebron: Jeriah the leader, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, and Jekameam the fourth.
24 उज्जीएलका छोरा मीका; मीकाका छोराहरूबाट: शामीर ।
The son of Uzziel: Micah; from the sons of Micah: Shamir.
25 मीकाका भाइः यिश्याह । यिश्याहका छोराहरूबाट: जकरिया ।
The brother of Micah: Ishijah. From the sons of Ishijah: Zechariah.
26 मरारीका छोराहरू: महली र मूशी । यजियाहका छोराबाटः बनो ।
The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi; from the son of Jaaziah: Beno.
27 यजियाहबाट मरारीका छोराहरू: बनो, शोहम, जक्कूर र इब्री ।
The sons of Merari from Jaaziah: Beno, Shoham, Zaccur, and Ibri.
28 महलीबाट: एलाजार, जसका छोराहरू थिएनन् ।
From Mahli: Eleazar, who had no sons.
29 कीशबाट: कीशका छोराः यरहमेल ।
From Kish: The son of Kish: Jerahmeel.
30 मूशीका छोराहरू: महली, एदेर र यरीमोत । आ-आफ्ना परिवारहरूअनुसार सूचिकृत गरिएका लेवीहरू यिनै थिए ।
The sons of Mushi: Mahli, Eder, and Jerimoth. These were the Levites, listed by their families.
31 आ-आफ्ना पिताका परिवारका अगुवाहरू र तिनीहरूका भाइहरूले राजा दाऊद, सादोक, अहीमेलेक, अनि पूजाहारी र लेवीका मुखियाहरूको उपस्थितिमा चिट्ठा हाले । तिनीहरूले हारूनका सन्तानहरूले गरेझैं चिट्ठा हाले ।
These men who were the head of each father's house and each of their younger brothers, cast lots in the presence of King David, and Zadok and Ahimelech, along with the leaders of the families of the priests and Levites. They cast lots just as Aaron's descendants had done.
