1 Athesalonike 3
1 Kwa eyo, tubiole kuwa twaweza kwaa vumiliya muno, twatiwaza kuwa inoyite kubaki kolyo Athene twabene.

6 Lakini Timotheo atiisa kwitu boka kwinu na atituletya twenga habari inoite nnani ya imani na upendo winu. Atubakiye kuwa mubile na kumbukumbu nzuri nnani yitu, na kuwa mwatamaniya kutubona kati ambavyo ni twenga twatamani kubabona mwenga.
But now of Timothy, having come to us from you, and having proclaimed good news to us of your faith and love, and that ye always have a good recollection of us, longing to see us, just as we also you,
7 Kwa sababu yee, alongo twatifarijika muno na mwenga kwa sababu ya imani yinu, katika taabu na mateso yitu yote.
because of this, brothers, we were encouraged toward you in all our affliction and necessity through your faith.
8 Nambeambe twatama, kati muyemi imara kwa Ngwana,
Because now we live, if ye stand firm in the Lord.
9 Kwani ni shukrani ipi tumpeye Nnongo kwa ajili yinu, kwa puraha yote tubile nayo nnongi ya Nnongo nnani yinu?
For what thanks can we repay God about you, for all the joy in which we rejoiced because of you before our God,
10 Twaloba muni kilo ni mutwekati ili tuweze kuibona minyo yinu na kubayongekeya sa kipongwile katika imani yinu.
praying night and day above extraordinary in order to see your face and to mend the deficiencies of your faith?
11 Nnongo witu na Tate mwene, na Tate witu Yesu atuongoze ndela tufike kwinu.
Now may our God and Father himself, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way to you.
12 Na Ngwana awapange muyongeyekeye ni kuzidi katika lipendo, mupendane na kubapenda bandu bote, kati yatwabapenda mwenga.
And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love toward each other, and toward all men, just as also we toward you,
13 Na apange nyoo ili kuimarisha mioyo yinu bila lawama katika utakatifu nnongi ya Nnongo witu na Tate yitu katika ujio ba Ngwana Yesu pamope ni batakatifu bake bote.
in order to establish your hearts unblameable in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his sanctified.
