that the genuineness of your faith, which is more precious than gold that perishes even though it is tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor when Yeshua the Messiah is revealed—

receiving the result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
10 Manabii butepala na lokia kwa umakini usu wkovu wuno, nusu Neema ambayo yinu.
Concerning this salvation, the prophets sought and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that would come to you,
11 Bupalite tanga ndila yaku ya wokovu wo isa. Bapalite kae pala tanga muda gani Roho ya Kristo ywa bile nkati yabe abile kalongela nabo namani, yino yabile kaipitya wakati Pabile kaba bakiya mapema husu mateso ga Yesu Kristo na utukufu waupeleke kunkingama.

12 Baumukulilwe manabii kwamba babile kamatumukia mamba aga na twenga kwa ajiri yabe bena, ila kwa ajili yinu, simulya kwa mambo aga pitya kwa balu babaleta injili ya Roho mtakatifu ywa tumilwe buka Mbinguni, mambo ambayo hata Malaika bapendi umukulwa kwabe.

13 Kwa njo mutabe iuno yino, kwa malango ginu. Mutame liki katika wasakwinu. Mube na ujasiri woubelikwa kwa neema ya Yaisa kwinu wakati wa wamwau mukulikwa kwa Yesu Kristo.
Therefore, prepare your minds for action, be sober and set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you when Yeshua the Messiah is revealed.
14 Kati bana babayuwa, kwane mwitabe mwabone na tamaa mwatikwikingama wakati pamwabile ntupu tanga.
As obedient children, do not be conformed to the desires as in your ignorance,
15 Kwanjo kati mwankemite mwabile mtakatifu, na mwenga mube mwatakatifukatika tabia yinu yote maishani.
but just as he who called you is holy, you yourselves also be holy in all of your behavior;
16 kwa njo batiandika “Mube mwatakatifu kwa sababu ata nenga nantakatifu”.
because it is written, "You shall be holy; for I am holy."
17 Na mwana mwakwe matate yulu ywa ukumu kwa haki alinga na kasi ya kila mundu, tutumi muda wa mwanja witu katika unyenyekevu.
If you call on him as Father, who without respect of persons judges according to each man's work, pass the time of your living as foreigners here in reverent fear:
18 Mutangite kwa njo yabile kwa ela, wa dhahabu -li kwa ilebe yai nyamaruka ambayo ititukombwa Buka mutabi ya itu ya kijinga ambayo yatuyi ganilwe na “ttati” bitu.
knowing that you were redeemed, not with corruptible things, with silver or gold, from the useless way of life handed down from your fathers,
19 Kwa njo muti kombolekwa kwa miyai ya ishima ya Kristo, na kati Ngondolo ywa bile na kila li dowa.
but with precious blood, as of an unblemished and spotless lamb, namely the Messiah.
20 Kristo ate saulikwa kabia ya msingi wa lunia, kwanjo sayeno machuba ga mwiso, muteumukulwa kwinu.
He was chosen in advance before the foundation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake,
21 Mumwubilya Nn”ungu pitya ywembe atikumpeya utukufu ili kwamba Imani yinu na ujasiri ube katika Nn”ungu.
who through him are believers in God, who raised him from the dead, and gave him glory; so that your faith and hope might be in God.
22 Muipangite nafsi kwipanga sodi kwa yikita kwinu kweli, kwa dhumuni pendo la kiulongo lyalibile na unyofu, kwa njo mupendane kwa bidii buka pa mwoyo winu.
Seeing you have purified your souls in your obedience to the truth in sincere brotherly affection, love one another from a pure heart fervently:
23 Mubelekwile mora inebile, sio kwa mbeyu yaiaribike, lakini buka kwa mbegu yange aribikea, pitya ukoti na neno lya Nn”ungu lyalijingile. (aiōn g165)
having been born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the living and abiding word of God. (aiōn g165)
24 Kwa njo yega yoti ni makapi, na utukufu wake woti katimaluba na makapi, makapi yuma na maluba tumbuka.
