1 Akoritho 12
1 Kuhusu karama ya mu'roho, ainja ni alombo bango nipala kwaa mkose tanga.
And concerning spirituals, my brethren, I would have you know,
2 Mutangite kuwa pamubile apagani mukengamine ni kuongozwa nayo.
that ye have been pagans; and have been, without distinction, led away after idols, in which there is no speech.
3 Kwa nyoo, nipala muitange kuwa ntopo yeyote ywalongela kwa Roho wa Nnongo kabaya”Yesu atilaanilwa.” Ntopo yeyote ywabaya, “Yesu ni Ngwana,” ila katika Roho mpeletau.
I therefore inform you, that there is no man, that speaketh by the Spirit of God, who saith that Jesus is accursed: neither can a man say that Jesus is the Lord, except by the Holy Spirit.
4 Bai kwabile ni karama mbalembale, ila Roho ni ywembe yumo.
Now there are diversities of gifts; but the Spirit is one.
5 Ni kwabile ni huduma mbalembale, ila Ngwana ni ywembe yumo.
And there are diversities of ministrations; but the Lord is one.
6 Ni kwabile ni aina mbalembale ya kazi, lakini Nnongo ni ywembe yumo ywapanga kazi zote katika boti.
And there are diversities of energies; but God, who worketh all in all men, is one.
7 Bai kila yumo upewa ufunuo wa Roho kwa faida ya wote.
And to each man, there is given a manifestation of the Spirit, that it may aid him.
8 Maana mundu yumo apeilwe ni Roho neno lya hekima, ni ywenge neno lya maarifa kwa Roho yoo yolo.
To one, by the Spirit, there is given a word of wisdom; and to another, by the same Spirit, there is given a word of knowledge:
9 Kwa ywenge umpeya imani kwa Roho ywembe yolo, ni kwa ywenge karama ya ponya kwa Roho yumo.
to another, by the same Spirit, faith: to another, by the same Spirit, gifts of healing:
10 Kwa ywenge matendo ga ngupu, ni ywenge unabii. Na kati ywenge uwezo wa yowa Roho, ywenge aina mbalembale ya lugha, ni kwa ywenge tafsiri ya lugha.
and to another, miracles: and to another, prophecy: and to another, the discerning of spirits: and to another, divers kinds of tongues: and to another, the interpretation of tongues.
11 Lakini Roho ni yoo yolo ywapanga kazi zote, umpeya kila mundu karama kwa kadiri ya uchaguzi wake mwene.
But all these, worketh that one Spirit; and he distributeth to every one as he pleaseth.
12 Kwa mana kati yega ni umo, na ubile ni iungo yanyansima, ni iungo yoti ni ya yega woo wolo, nyonyonyo na Kristo.
For as the body is one, and in it are many members; and all those members of the body, though many, are one body; so also is the Messiah.
13 Kwa mana katika roho yumo twenga twabote tutibatizwa kuwa yega umo, kwamba Ayahudi ni Ayunani kae, kuwa amanda kae au huru, ni bote tuinyweile Roho imo.
For all of us, likewise, by one Spirit, have been baptized into one body, whether Jews or Gentiles, whether slaves or free; and all of us have drinked in one Spirit.
14 Kwa mana yega ni iungo kwaa chimo, ila ni yanyansima.
For a body also, is not one member, but many.
15 Mana itei magolo walowa baya, “kwa mana nenga na luboko kwaa, nenga na sehemu kwaa ya yega,” ipangika kwaa kubile kwaa ni sehemu ya yega.
For if the foot should say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it, on that account, not of the body?
16 Na mana itei likutu lilowa baya, “kwa kuwa nenga na liiyo kwaamnenga na seheme kwaa ya yega,” yee ailipangi kwaa kupangika kuwa sehemu ya yega.
Or if the ear should say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it, on that account, not of the body?
17 Kati yega wote ubile liyo, likutu lyabile kwaako? Kati yega yoti yabile likutu, kwabile kwaako nungya?
And if the whole body were an eye, where would be the hearing? Or if it were all hearing, where would be the smelling?
18 Lakini Nnongo abekite kila iungo ya yega mahali pake kati yaapangite mwene.
But now hath God placed every one of the members in the body, according to his pleasure.
19 Ni kati yoti ibile iungo imo, yega ibile kwako?
And if they were all one member, where would be the body?
20 Nga nyo nambeambe iungo yanansima, lakini yega ni yimo.
But now they are many members, yet but one body.
21 Liyo laweza kwaa kuubakiya luboko, “Nibile kwaa na haja ni wenga.” Wala ntwe uweza kwaa kugabakiya magolo, nibile kwaa ni haja na mwenga.”
The eye cannot say to the hand, Thou art not needful to me: nor can the head say to the feet, Ye are not needful to me.
22 Lakini iungo ya yega yatibonekana kuwa ni heshima yahitajika muno.
But rather, those members which are accounted feeble, are indispensable.
23 Na iungo ya yega yatuwasile vyabile ni hekima njene, twaipea heshima muno, ni iungo yitu yabile kwaa na mvuto yabile ni uzuri muno.
And those which we think dishonorable in the body, on them we heap more honor; and those that are uncomely, on them we put the more decoration.
24 Nambeambe iungo yitu yaibile ni mvuto yabile kwaa ni haja ya kupeyelwa heshima, kwa kuwa tayari ibile ni heshima. Lakini Nnongo aiunganisha iungo yote mpamo, ni kuipeya heshima zaidi yelo yaibile heshimilwa.
For the honorable members in us, have no need of honor: for God hath tempered the body, and given more honor to the member which is inferior;
25 Apangite nyoo ili pabile kwaa ni mgawanyiko katika yega, ila iungo yoti itunzane kwa upendo wa yumo.
that there might be no disunion in the body, but that all the members, equally, might care for one another;
26 Ni muda iungo chimo mana kiumile, iungo yoti yalowa umia mpamo. Au wakati iungo chimo chaheshimilwa, iungo yoti yalowa puraika mpamo.
so that, when one member is in pain, they will all sympathize; and if one member is exalted, all the members will be exalted.
27 Nambeambe mwenga mwa yega wa Kristo, ni iungo kila chimo kichake.
Now ye are the body of Messiah, and members in your place.
28 Ni Nnongo abekite katika likanisa kwanza mitume, ibele manabii, tatu baalimu, boka po balo boti bapanga makowe makolo, boka po karama ya uponyaji, balo basaidiao, balo bapanga kazi ya kubaongoza, ni boti babile ni aina mbalembale ya lugha.
For God hath placed in his church, first, legates; after them, prophets; after them, teachers; after them, workers of miracles; after them, the gifts of healing, and helpers, and leaders, and various kinds of tongues.
29 Je twenga twabote ni mitume? Twenga twabote twa manabii? twenga twabote ni baalimu? Je twenga twabote tupanga matendo ga miujiza?
Are they all legates? Are they all prophets? Are they all teachers? Are they all workers of miracles?
30 Je twenga twabote tubile ni karama ya uponyaji? Twenga twabote tulongela kwa lugha? Twenga twabote twatafsiri lugha?
Have all of them the gifts of healing? Do they all speak with tongues? Or do they all interpret?
31 Muipale muno karama yaibile ngolo. Ni nenga nalowa kuabonekeya ndela yainoyite muno.
And if ye are emulous of the superior gifts, on the other hand, I show to you a better way.
