Isambulo 4

1 Emva kwalezizinto ngabona, futhi khangela, umnyango uvulekile ezulwini, lelizwi lokuqala engalizwayo linjengelophondo likhuluma lami, lisithi: Yenyukela lapha, njalo ngizakutshengisa izinto ezimele zenzeke emva kwalezizinto.

After these things I saw, and behold, a door was opened in the heaven: and the first voice I heard was as of a trumpet speaking with me; saying; Come up hither, and I will show thee the things which it behooves to come to pass after these.

2 Njalo ngahle ngaba kuMoya; khangela-ke, isihlalo sobukhosi samiswa ezulwini, laphezu kwesihlalo sobukhosi ohleziyo;

Immediately I was in the Spirit: and behold, a throne was set in the heaven, and on the throne one sitting,

3 njalo ohleziyo wayebonakala efanana lelitshe ijaspi lesardiyusi, lomchilowamakhosikazi wawuzingelezele isihlalo sobukhosi ubonakala njenge-emeraldi.

and the one sitting was in appearance like unto a jasper and a sardius stone: and a rainbow was around about the throne, in appearance like unto an emerald.

4 Lezihlalo zobukhosi ezingamatshumi amabili lane zazihanqe isihlalo sobukhosi; laphezu kwezihlalo zobukhosi ngabona abadala abangamatshumi amabili lane behlezi, bembethe izembatho ezimhlophe, njalo belemiqhele yegolide emakhanda abo.

And around about the throne were twenty-four thrones: and on the thrones twenty-four elders are sitting, clothed in white garments; and upon their heads golden crowns.

5 Lesihlalweni sobukhosi kwaphuma imibane lemidumo lamazwi; lezibane zomlilo eziyisikhombisa zazibhebha phambi kwesihlalo sobukhosi, ezingomoya abayisikhombisa bakaNkulunkulu;

And from the throne lightnings and voices and thunders are going out; and seven lamps of fire are burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God:

6 laphambi kwesihlalo sobukhosi kwakukhona ulwandle lwengilazi, lufanana lekristali. Laphakathi kwesihlalo sobukhosi lekuzingelezeleni kwesihlalo sobukhosi kwakukhona izidalwa ezine eziphilayo zigcwele amehlo ngemuva laphambili.

and before the throne a glassy sea like crystal; and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, are four living creatures filled with eyes in front and in the rear.

7 Lesidalwa esiphilayo sokuqala sasifanana lesilwane, lesidalwa esiphilayo sesibili sasifanana lethole, lesidalwa esiphilayo sesithathu sasilobuso njengomuntu, lesidalwa esiphilayo sesine sasifanana lokhozi oluphaphayo;

And the first living creature was like unto a lion, and the second living creature was like unto a bullock, and the third living creature having the face as of a man, and the fourth living creature was like unto a flying eagle.

8 lezidalwa ezine eziphilayo zilempiko eziyisithupha ileso laleso ngokukhethekileyo emaceleni wonke, langaphakathi zigcwele amehlo, njalo kazilakuphumula emini lebusuku, zisithi: Ingcwele, ingcwele, ingcwele, iNkosi uNkulunkulu uSomandla, owayekhona lokhona lozakuza.

And the four living creatures having six wings, one opposite one of them; filled with eyes without and within; and they cease not day and night, saying; Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Omnipotent, who was, and who is, and who is the one coming.

9 Kuthi lapho izidalwa eziphilayo zimnika ubukhosi lodumo lokubongwa lowo ohlezi esihlalweni sobukhosi, ophilayo kuze kube nini lanini, (aiōn g165)

And when the living creatures shall give glory and honor and thanksgiving to the one sitting upon the throne, who lives unto the ages of the ages, (aiōn g165)

10 abadala abangamatshumi amabili lane baziwisela phansi phambi kohlezi esihlalweni sobukhosi, basebemkhonza ophilayo kuze kube nini lanini, bephosela imiqhele yabo phambi kwesihlalo sobukhosi, besithi: (aiōn g165)

the twenty-four elders will fall down before the one sitting upon the throne, and will worship Him who lives unto the ages of the ages, and will cast their crowns before the throne, (aiōn g165)

11 Ufanele, Nkosi, ukwemukela ubukhosi, lodumo lamandla; ngoba wena wadala izinto zonke, langentando yakho zikhona, zadalwa.

saying, Thou art worthy, O Lord truly our God, to receive glory and honor and power: because thou hast created all things, and through thy will they were, and were created.
