1 Ubusisiwe lowo osiphambeko sakhe sithethelelwe, osono sakhe sisitshekelwe.

2 Ubusisiwe umuntu iNkosi engambaleli ububi, lokungekho inkohliso emoyeni wakhe.

Blessid is the man, to whom the Lord arrettide not synne; nethir gile is in his spirit.

3 Lapho ngathula, amathambo ami aguga ngenxa yokubhonga kwami usuku lonke.

For Y was stille, my boonys wexiden elde; while Y criede al dai.

4 Ngoba emini lebusuku isandla sakho sasinzima phezu kwami; ubumanzi bami baguqulelwa ekomeni kwehlobo. (Sela)

5 Ngakwazisa isono sami, kangifihlanga isiphambeko sami, ngathi: Ngizavuma ngeziphambeko zami eNkosini. Wena wasuthethelela icala lesono sami. (Sela)

6 Ngenxa yalokhu ngulowo lalowo owesaba uNkulunkulu uzakhuleka kuwe ngesikhathi ongatholwa ngaso. Isibili, esikhukhuleni samanzi amakhulu kawayikufinyelela kuye.

For this thing ech hooli man schal preye to thee; in couenable tyme. Netheles in the greet flood of many watris; tho schulen not neiye to thee.

7 Wena uyindawo yami yokucatsha, uyangilondoloza ekuhluphekeni, ungiphahle ngamahubo okukhululwa. (Sela)

8 Ngizakulaya ngikufundise endleleni ozahamba ngayo, ngizakweluleka, ilihlo lami libe phezu kwakho.

Y schal yyue vnderstondyng to thee, and Y schal teche thee; in this weie in which thou schalt go, Y schal make stidefast myn iyen on thee.

9 Ungabi njengebhiza, njengembongolo engelakuqedisisa, omlomo wayo onqandwa ngomkhala langetomu, hlezi kusondele kuwe.

Nile ye be maad as an hors and mule; to whiche is noon vndurstondyng. Lord, constreyne thou the chekis of hem with a bernacle and bridil; that neiyen not to thee.

10 Zinengi izinhlupheko zomubi, kodwa othembela eNkosini, umusa uzamphahla.

Many betyngis ben of the synnere; but merci schal cumpasse hym that hopith in the Lord.

11 Jabulani eNkosini, lithabe, balungileyo; memezani ngokuthaba, lonke baqotho enhliziyweni.

Ye iust men, be glad, and make fulli ioie in the Lord; and alle ye riytful of herte, haue glorie.
