1 Kanengi bangihluphile kusukela ebutsheni bami, katsho-ke uIsrayeli,

4 INkosi ilungile, iqumile intambo zababi.

YHWH [is] righteous, He has cut apart cords of the wicked.

5 Kabayangeke babuyiselwe emuva bonke abazonda iZiyoni.

All hating Zion [are] confounded and turn backward.

6 Kababe njengotshani ephahleni, obubuna bungakakhuli,

They are as grass of the roofs, That withers before it was drawn out,

7 ovunayo angagcwalisi ngabo isandla sakhe, lalowo obopha izithungo isifuba sakhe.

That has not filled the hand of a reaper, And the bosom of a binder of sheaves.

8 Labadlulayo bangatsho ukuthi: Isibusiso seNkosi kasibe phezu kwenu; siyalibusisa ebizweni leNkosi.

And the passers by have not said, “The blessing of YHWH [is] on you, We blessed you in the Name of YHWH!”
