1 Hlabelelani iNkosi ngokuthaba, mhlaba wonke.

A psalm of thanksgiving. Everyone on earth shout for joy to the Lord!

2 Ikhonzeni iNkosi ngenjabulo, wozani phambi kwayo ngokuhlabela ngentokozo.

Worship the Lord with gladness; come into his presence with joyful songs!

3 Yazini ukuthi iNkosi inguNkulunkulu. Yiyo eyasenzayo, njalo ayisithi: singabantu bayo lezimvu zedlelo layo.

Know that the Lord is God! He made us, so we belong to him. We are his people, the flock he cares for.

4 Ngenani emasangweni ayo ngokubonga, emagumeni ayo ngokudumisa. Ibongeni, lidumise ibizo layo.

Go in through his gate with thanks; enter his courts with praise. Thank him; praise him for who he is.

5 Ngoba iNkosi ilungile; umusa wayo uhlezi kuze kube nininini, leqiniso layo esizukulwaneni lesizukulwana.

For the Lord is good. His trustworthy love lasts forever; his faithfulness continues for all generations.
