1 Ngezigaba zabalindi bamasango. KwabakoKora kwakunguMeshelemiya indodana kaKore wamadodana kaAsafi.
Concerning the diuisions of the porters, of the Korhites, Meshelemiah the sonne of Kore of the sonnes of Asaph.
2 LoMeshelemiya wayelamadodana, uZekhariya izibulo, uJediyayeli owesibili, uZebhadiya owesithathu, uJathiniyeli owesine,
And the sonnes of Meshelemiah, Zechariah the eldest, Iediael the seconde, Zebadiah the third, Iathniel the fourth,
3 uElamu owesihlanu, uJehohanani owesithupha, uEliyohenayi owesikhombisa.
Elam the fift, Ichohanan the sixt, and Eliehoenai the seuenth.
4 UObedi-Edoma laye wayelamadodana, uShemaya izibulo, uJehozabadi owesibili, uJowa owesithathu, uSakari owesine, loNethaneli owesihlanu,
And the sonnes of Obed Edom, Shemaiah the eldest, Iehozabad the second, Ioah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fift,
5 uAmiyeli owesithupha, uIsakari owesikhombisa, uPhewulethayi owesificaminwembili; ngoba uNkulunkulu wayembusisile.
Ammiel the sixt, Issachar the seuenth, Peulthai the eight: for God had blessed him.
6 LakuShemaya indodana yakhe kwazalwa amadodana abusa jikelele endlini kayise, ngoba ayengamaqhawe alamandla.
And to Shemaiah his sonne, were sonnes borne, that ruled in the house of their father, for they were men of might.
7 Amadodana kaShemaya: O-Othini, loRefayeli, loObedi, uElizabadi, abafowabo, amadodana alamandla, oElihu loSemakhiya.
The sonnes of Shemaiah were Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad and his brethren, strong men: Elihu also, and Semachiah.
8 Bonke laba babengabamadodana kaObedi-Edoma, bona lamadodana abo labafowabo, amadoda enelisayo ngamandla omsebenzi, bengamatshumi ayisithupha lambili bakoObedi-Edoma.
All these were of the sonnes of Obed Edom, they and their sonnes and their brethren mightie and strong to serue, euen three score and two of Obed Edom.
9 Njalo uMeshelemiya wayelamadodana labafowabo, amadodana alamandla, elitshumi lesificaminwembili.
And of Meshelemiah sonnes and brethren, eighteene mightie men.
10 UHosha laye emadodaneni kaMerari wayelamadodana, uShimiri inhloko (lanxa wayengeyisilo izibulo, kodwa uyise wamenza waba yinhloko);
And of Hosah of the sonnes of Merari, the sonnes were Shuri the chiefe, and (though he was not the eldest, yet his father made him the chiefe)
11 uHilikhiya owesibili, uTebaliya owesithathu, uZekhariya owesine; wonke amadodana labafowabo bakaHosa babelitshumi lantathu.
Helkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, and Zechariah the fourth: all the sonnes and the brethren of Hosa were thirteene.
12 Phakathi kwalabo kwakulezigaba zabalindi bamasango; izinhloko zamadoda zilemilandu njengabafowabo, ukukhonza endlini yeNkosi.
Of these were the diuisions of the porters of the chiefe men, hauing the charge against their brethren, to serue in the house of the Lord.

And they cast lottes both small and great for the house of their fathers, for euery gate.
14 Inkatho yempumalanga yawela-ke phezu kukaShelemiya; basebesenza inkatho yokuphosa ngoZekhariya indodana yakhe, umeluleki ohlakaniphileyo; inkatho yakhe yasiphuma ngenyakatho.
And the lot on the East side fel to Shelemiah: then they cast lottes for Zechariah his sonne a wise couseller, and his lot came out Northward:
15 KuObedi-Edoma ngeningizimu; lakumadodana akhe, indlu yokulondoloza.
To Obed Edom Southwarde, and to his sonnes the house of Asuppim:
16 KuShupimi lakuHosa ngentshonalanga, lesango iShalekethi elisemgwaqweni omkhulu oya phezulu, umlindi ngomlindi.
To Shuppim and to Hosah Westwarde with the gate of Shallecheth by the paued streete that goeth vpward, warde ouer against warde.
17 Ngempumalanga kwakulamaLevi ayisithupha, ngenyakatho abane ngosuku, ngeningizimu abane ngosuku, leziphaleni ababili ngababili;
Eastward were sixe Leuites, and Northwarde foure a day, and Southward foure a day, and toward Asuppim two and two.
18 eParibari ngentshonalanga, abane emgwaqweni omkhulu, ababili eParibari.
In Parbar towarde the West were foure by the paued streete, and two in Parbar.
19 Lezi yizigaba zabalindi bamasango bamadodana amaKora labamadodana kaMerari.
These are the diuisions of the porters of the sonnes of Kore, and of the sonnes of Merari.
20 LakumaLevi, uAhiya wayephethe izinto eziligugu zendlu kaNkulunkulu, njalo wayephethe izinto eziligugu zezinto ezingcwele.
And of the Leuites. Ahiiah was ouer the treasures of the house of God, and ouer the treasures of the dedicate things.
21 Amadodana kaLadani, abantwana bomGerishoni uLadani, kaLadani umGerishoni, inhloko zaboyise zazingoJehiyeli.
Of the sonnes of Laadan the sonnes of the Gershunnites descending of Laadan, the chiefe fathers of Laadan were Gershunni and Iehieli.
22 Amadodana kaJehiyeli: UZethamu, loJoweli umfowabo, babephethe izinto eziligugu zendlu yeNkosi.
The sonnes of Iehieli were Zethan and Ioel his brother, appoynted ouer the treasures of the house of the Lord.
23 KumaAmramu, kumaIzihari, kumaHebroni, kumaUziyeli.
Of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites and of the Ozielites.
24 LoShebuweli indodana kaGereshoma indodana kaMozisi wayeyisiphathamandla phezu kwezinto eziligugu.
And Shebuel the sonne of Gershom, the sonne of Moses, a ruler ouer the treasures.
25 Labafowabo abakaEliyezeri: ORehabhiya indodana yakhe, loJeshaya indodana yakhe, loJoramu indodana yakhe, loZikiri indodana yakhe, loShelomithi indodana yakhe.
And of his brethren which came of Eliezer, was Rehabiah his sonne, and Ieshaiah his sonne, and Ioram his sonne, and Zichri his sonne, and Shelomith his sonne.
26 UShelomithi lo labafowabo babephethe zonke izinto eziligugu zezinto ezingcwele uDavida inkosi ayezingcwelisile, lenhloko zaboyise, lenduna zezinkulungwane lezamakhulu, labalawulimabutho.
Which Shelomith and his brethren were ouer al the treasures of the dedicate things, which Dauid the King, and the chiefe fathers, the captaines ouer thousands, and hundreths, and the captaines of the armie had dedicated.
27 Kokwempi lokwempangweni bakungcwelisela ukulungisa indlu yeNkosi.
(For of the battels and of the spoyles they did dedicate to maintaine the house of the Lord)
28 Lakho konke uSamuweli umboni ayekungcwelisile, loSawuli indodana kaKishi loAbhineri indodana kaNeri loJowabi indodana kaZeruya; konke okwakungcwelisiwe kwakungaphansi kwesandla sikaShelomithi labafowabo.
And al that Samuel the Seer had dedicate and Saul the sonne of Kish and Abner the sonne of Ner, and Ioab the sonne of Zeruiah, and whosoeuer had dedicate any thing, it was vnder the hand of Shelomith, and his brethren.

Of the Izharites was Chenaniah and his sonnes, for the busines without ouer Israel, for officers and for Iudges.
30 KumaHebroni uHashabhiya labafowabo, amadoda alamandla, ayinkulungwane lamakhulu ayisikhombisa, babephethe iziphathamandla zakoIsrayeli nganeno kweJordani ngentshonalanga, emsebenzini wonke kaJehova lenkonzweni yenkosi.
Of the Hebronites, Ashabiah and his brethren, men of actiuitie, a thousande, and seuen hundreth were officers for Israel beyonde Iorden Westward, in all the busines of the Lord, and for the seruice of the King.
31 KumaHebroni uJeriya wayeyinhloko, kumaHebroni, ngokwezizukulwana zaboyise. Ngomnyaka wamatshumi amane wokubusa kukaDavida adingwa, kwasekutholwa phakathi kwawo amaqhawe alamandla eJazere yeGileyadi.
Among the Hebronites was Iediiah the chiefest, euen the Hebronites by his generations according to the families. And in the fourtieth yere of the reigne of Dauid they were sought for: and there were founde among them men of actiuitie at Iazer in Gilead.
32 Labafowabo amadoda alamandla ayezinkulungwane ezimbili lamakhulu ayisikhombisa, inhloko zezindlu. UDavida inkosi wasebenza abaphathi phezu kwabakoRubeni labakoGadi lengxenye yesizwe sakoManase ezintweni zonke zikaNkulunkulu lezinto zenkosi.
And his brethren men of actiuitie, two thousand and seuen hundreth chiefe fathers, whom King Dauid made rulers ouer the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the halfe tribe of Manasseh, for euery matter perteining to God, and for the Kings busines.
