1 Hlabelani kuThixo ingoma entsha; hlabelani kuThixo mhlaba wonke.

Sing vnto the Lord a newe song: sing vnto the Lord, all the earth.

2 Hlabelani kuThixo, dumisani ibizo lakhe; memezelani insindiso yakhe insuku ngezinsuku.

Sing vnto the Lord, and prayse his Name: declare his saluation from day to day.

3 Fakazani ngobukhosi bakhe ezizweni zonke, lemisebenzi yakhe emangalisayo phakathi kwabantu bonke.

Declare his glory among all nations, and his wonders among all people.

4 Ngoba umkhulu uThixo, ufanele ukudunyiswa ngokuphindiweyo; kumele esatshwe ngaphezu kwabonkulunkulu bonke.

For the Lord is great and much to be praysed: he is to be feared aboue all gods.

5 Ngoba bonke onkulunkulu bezizwe bayizithombe, kodwa uThixo wadala amazulu.

For all the gods of the people are idoles: but the Lord made the heauens.

6 Inkazimulo lobukhosi kuphambi Kwakhe; amandla lobukhosi kusendlini yakhe engcwele.

Strength and glory are before him: power and beautie are in his Sanctuarie.

7 Mnikeni uThixo, lina zizukulwane zezizwe. Mnikeni uThixo ubukhosi lamandla.

Giue vnto the Lord, ye families of the people: giue vnto the Lord glory and power.

8 Mnikeni uThixo udumo olufanele ibizo lakhe. Lethani umnikelo libuye phambi kwakhe.

Giue vnto the Lord the glory of his Name: bring an offering, and enter into his courtes.

9 Mkhonzeni uThixo enkazimulweni yobungcwele bakhe; thuthumelani phambi kwakhe mhlaba wonke.

Worship the Lord in the glorious Sanctuarie: tremble before him all the earth.

10 Wothini phakathi kwezizwe, “UThixo uyabusa.” Umhlaba ugxilile, ungeke wagudluzwa; uzabehlulela abantu ngokubafaneleyo.

Say among the nations, The Lord reigneth: surely the world shalbe stable, and not moue, and he shall iudge the people in righteousnesse.

11 Amazulu kawathokoze, lomhlaba ujabule; ulwandle kaluhlokome, lakho konke okukulo;

Let the heauens reioyce, and let the earth be glad: let the sea roare, and all that therein is.

12 amasimu kawathakazelele lakho konke okukuwo. Lapho-ke izihlahla zonke zeganga zizahlabela ngentokozo;

Let the field be ioyfull, and all that is in it: let all the trees of the wood then reioyce

13 phambi kukaThixo, ngoba uyeza, uyeza ukuzakwahlulela umhlaba. Uzakwahlulela umhlaba ngokulunga, ahlulele abantu ngeqiniso.

Before the Lord: for he commeth, for he cometh to iudge the earth: he wil iudge the world with righteousnes, and the people in his trueth.
