1 Ingoma yemiqanso. Dumisani uThixo, lonke lina zinceku zikaThixo eliqhuba inkonzo endlini kaThixo ebusuku.

“A psalm of the steps, or the goings up.” Praise the LORD, all ye servants of the LORD, Who stand in the house of the LORD by night!

2 Phakamisani izandla zenu endlini engcwele lidumise uThixo.

Lift up your hands to the sanctuary, And praise the LORD!

3 Sengathi uThixo, uMenzi wezulu lomhlaba, angalibusisa eseZiyoni.

May the LORD, who made heaven and earth, Bless thee out of Zion!
