UHezekheli 25
1 Ilizwi likaThixo lafika kimi lisithi:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
2 “Ndodana yomuntu, khangelisa ubuso bakho umelane lama-Amoni, uphrofithe okubi ngawo.
O son of humankind set face your to [the] people of Ammon and prophesy on them.
3 Tshono kuwo uthi, ‘Zwanini ilizwi likaThixo Wobukhosi. Nanku okutshiwo nguThixo Wobukhosi: Ngoba lina lathi “Aha!” ngendlu yami engcwele lapho yayingcolisiwe langelizwe lako-Israyeli lapho lalichithiwe kanye langabantu bakoJuda lapho babethunjiwe,
And you will say to [the] people of Ammon hear [the] word of [the] Lord Yahweh thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh because said you aha! concerning sanctuary my for it was profaned and concerning [the] land of Israel for it was made desolate and concerning [the] house of Judah for they went in exile.
4 ngakho ngizalinikela ebantwini baseMpumalanga njengenotho yabo. Bazakwakha izihonqo zabo bamise amathente abo phakathi kwenu; bazakudla izithelo zenu banathe lochago lwenu.
Therefore here I [am] about to give you to [the] people of [the] east to a possession and they will set up encampments their among you and they will make among you dwellings their they they will eat fruit your and they they will drink milk your.
5 Ngizakwenza iRabha ibe lidlelo lamakamela le-Amoni ibe yindawo yokuphumulela izimvu. Lapho-ke lizakwazi ukuthi nginguThixo.
And I will make Rabbah into a pasture of camels and [the] people of Ammon into a resting place of flock[s] and you will know that I [am] Yahweh.
6 Ngoba nanku okutshiwo nguThixo Wobukhosi: Ngoba liqakeze izandla zenu lagida langezinyawo zenu, lithokoza ngabo bonke ububi benhliziyo yenu ngelizwe lako-Israyeli,
For thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh because clapping you a hand and stamping you with a foot and you rejoiced with all scorn your in [the] self concerning [the] land of Israel.
7 ngakho ngizakwelula isandla sami ngimelane lani, ngilinikele ezizweni. Ngizaliqeda du phakathi kwezizwe, ngibuye ngilisuse emazweni enu. Ngizaliqothula, njalo lizakwazi ukuthi nginguThixo.’”
Therefore here I I have stretched out hand my on you and I will give you (as spoil *Q(K)*) to the nations and I will cut off you from the peoples and I will destroy you from the lands I will destroy you and you will know that I [am] Yahweh.
8 “Nanku okutshiwo nguThixo Wobukhosi: ‘Ngenxa yokuthi iMowabi kanye leSeyiri athi, “Khangelani, indlu kaJuda isinjengezinye izizwe zonke,”
Thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh because said Moab and Seir there! [is] like all the nations [the] house of Judah.
9 ngakho-ke ngizakwambula uhlangothi lweMowabi, kusukela emadolobheni asemingceleni yeBhethi-Jeshimothi, leBhali-Meyoni kanye leKhiriyathayimi, udumo lwelizwe.
Therefore here I [am] about to open [the] shoulder of Moab from the cities from cities its from border its [the] beauty of [the] land Beth Jeshimoth Baal Meon (and Kiriathaim. *Q(K)*)
10 Ngizanikela iMowabi ndawonye lama-Amoni ebantwini baseMpumalanga njengenotho, ukuze ama-Amoni angakhunjulwa phakathi kwezizwe;
To [the] people of [the] east with [the] people of Ammon and I will give it to a possession so that not it will be remembered [the] people of Ammon among the nations.
11 njalo ngizaletha isijeziso eMowabi. Bazakwazi ukuthi mina nginguThixo.’”
And on Moab I will bring about judgments and they will know that I [am] Yahweh.
12 “Nanku okutshiwo nguThixo Wobukhosi: ‘Ngoba i-Edomi yaphindisela endlini kaJuda yasisiba lecala elikhulu ngokwenza njalo,
Thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh because acted Edom by avenging itself vengeance to [the] house of Judah and they have become guilty continually and they have avenged themselves on them.
13 ngakho nanku okutshiwo nguThixo Wobukhosi: Ngizakwelula isandla sami ngimelane le-Edomi ngibulale abantu bayo kanye lezifuyo. Ngizayichitha, njalo kusukela eThemani kusiya eDedani, bazabulawa ngenkemba.
Therefore thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh and I will stretch out hand my on Edom and I will cut off from it humankind and animal[s] and I will make it a desolation from Teman and Dedan towards by the sword they will fall.
14 Ngizaphindisela e-Edomi ngesandla sabantu bami u-Israyeli, njalo i-Edomi bazayiphatha mayelana lentukuthelo yami kanye lolaka lwami; bazayazi impindiselo yami, kutsho uThixo Wobukhosi.’”
And I will put vengeance my on Edom by [the] hand of people my Israel and they will do with Edom according to anger my and according to rage my and they will know vengeance my [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
15 “Nanku okutshiwo nguThixo Wobukhosi: ‘Ngoba amaFilistiya enza impindiselo njalo aphindisela ngolunya ezinhliziyweni zawo, njalo ngenzondo yasendulo afuna ukuchitha uJuda,
Thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh because acted [the] Philistines in vengeance and they avenged themselves vengeance with scorn in [the] self to destruction enmity of antiquity.
16 ngakho nanku okutshiwo nguThixo Wobukhosi: Sekuseduze ukuba ngelule ingalo yami ngimelane lamaFilistiya, njalo ngizaqothula amaKherethi ngichithe lalabo abaseleyo ngasolwandle.
Therefore thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here I [am] about to stretch out hand my on [the] Philistines and I will cut off [the] Kerethites and I will destroy [the] remnant of [the] coast of the sea.
17 Ngizakwenza impindiselo enkulu kubo njalo ngibajezise ekuthukutheleni kwami. Ngakho bazakwazi ukuthi nginguThixo, lapho sengiphindisela kubo.’”
And I will do on them vengeance great with rebukes of rage and they will know that I [am] Yahweh when have put I vengeance my on them.
