1 Saanyi lidi Kana samnuthung ko Galili hah ni kuhoonta. Jisu nuh uh erah ni angta,
And on the day third a wedding took place in Cana of Galilee, and was the mother of Jesus there;
2 Jisu nyia heliphante loong ah nep kuhoon thengni poon rumta.
Was invited then also Jesus and the disciples of Him to the wedding.
3 Kham ah thoonphe korum ano, heh nuh ih Jisu suh baatta, [Neng jiinni kham ah takah jeeka.]
And when was running out [the] wine says the mother of Jesus to Him; Wine not they have.
4 Jisu ih liita, [tiimjih etheng ah ngasuh nakbaat hang.] [Nga saapoot maang thokra.]
(And *no*) says to her Jesus; What to Me myself and to you, woman? Not yet is come the hour for Me.
5 Eno Jisu nuh ih neng laksuh loong asuh baatta, [Heh ih tiim etheng baat han erah re anjoh.]
Says the mother of Him to the servants; (Whatever anyhow *NK(o)*) maybe He may say to you, do perform.
6 Jehudi loong juusaakaat ah neng banlam angta, erah raangtaan ih jong tekpoh arok ah banthiin roh ih rumta, tekpoh esiit ni ju ah rooknyi rookjom piipa taan thosak theng angta.
There were now there of stone water jars six according to the purification of the Jews standing, having space for metretae two or three.
7 Jisu ih heh laksuh loong asuh baatta, [Arah tekpoh loong adoh joong ah meeke an.] Neng loong ah ih hesiitsiit ih meeke rum kano,
Says to them Jesus; do fill the jars with water. And they filled them up to [the] brim.
8 Jisu ih baat rumta. [Bolam bah joong ah we ngaakke anno saroom phaksat sokboite warah asuh kokaat an.] Heh laksuh loong ah ih ju ah phaksat sokboite warah asuh kokaat rumta,
And He says to them; do draw out now and do carry to the master of the feast. (they *no*) (then *N(k)O*) carried [it].
9 eno erah kham eh hoonta, erah warah ih thaakjok ih adi kham sumsum eta. Heh ih kham ah manawa angta erah tajatta, (enoothong, joongkeete loong ah ih ba jat eta); erah thoidi jaalah kapte warah poon ano
When then tasted the master of the feast the water wine became and not he knew from where it is — the however servants knew which having drawn the water — calls the bridegroom the master of the feast
10 heh suh liita. [Mirep ih kham eseethoon ah jaakhoh phe koha, eno wenwah loong ih phootjok taano, thaangne kham ah pheekoh ah. Erabah uh amadi tuk ih kham eseethoon ah thokthiin hu!]
and says to him; Every man first the good wine sets out, and when they may have drunk freely (then *ko*) the inferior; you yourself have kept the good wine until now.
11 Jisu ih paatjaajih ah Kana hadaang Galili ni phang mokata, erah di hechaan hephaan ah jatthuk rumta, eno heliphante loong ah ih hanpi ih rumta.
This did (the *k*) beginning of the signs Jesus in Cana of Galilee and He revealed the glory of Him, and believed in Him the disciples of Him.
12 Erah lih adi Jisu nyia heh nuh, hephoh heno, erah damdi heh laksuh loong ah Kaparnam ni wang rum ano saajombaji tongwang rumta.
After this He went down to Capernaum He himself and the mother of Him and the brothers of Him and the disciples of Him, and there they stayed not many days.
13 Khopi kuwaang lang nanah ang kano, Jisu Jerusalem ni kata.
And near was the Passover of the Jews, and went up to Jerusalem Jesus.
14 Erah ni miwah loong ah Rangteenook ni luiamaan, saap, tokparu sangte nyia ngun lekte teebun ni thiin arah japtup kata.
And He found in the temple those selling oxen and sheep and doves and the money changers sitting,
15 Erah thoidi Jisu ih luiamaan nyia saap loong ah ruh nawa ih Rangteenok dowa phanbuta; ngun lekte teebun ah loonghaat ano jaan ngunsah loong ah wenhaat eta;
And having made a whip of cords all He drove out from the temple, both the sheep and the oxen, and of the money changers He poured out (the coin, *NK(o)*) and the tables (He overthrew, *N(k)O*)
16 eno tokparu sangte loong asuh baatta, [Adowa dokpi ih kaat an! Sengwah nok ah thaangsang theng nak hoon an!]
And to those doves selling He said; do take these things from here, not do make the house of the Father of Mine a house of trade.
17 Heliphante loong ah ih Rangteele ni emah ih raangha ah samthun rumta, [O Rangte, an nok suh mongmah lang ah nga ten ni weelu ah likhiik luula.]
Remembered (now *k*) the disciples of Him that written it is: The zeal of the house of You (will consume *N(k)O*) Me.
18 Jehudi ngoong awang loong ah ih ngaakwang rum haano Jisu suh cheng rumta, [An ih emah jen re ang ngeh ih noisok suh an ih seng suh paatjaajih tiimjih jen noisok he?]
Answered therefore the Jews and said to Him; What sign show You to us that these things You do?
19 Jisu ih ngaakbaat rumta, [Arah Rangteenook ah thaak haat ih an, sa jom lidoh Ngah ih weengaak hoon ih ang.]
Answered (*k*) Jesus and said to them; do destroy temple this, and in three days I will raise up it.
20 [An ih sa jom doh weengaak hoon ih uh nih?] Neng ih cheng rumta. [Arah Rangteenook ah tomhoon suh rookbaji paang arok laakiita!]
Said therefore the Jews; For forty and six years was built temple this, and You yourself in three days will raise up it?
21 Enoothong Jisu ih Rangteenook tiit baatta ah heh sakpuh tiit baatta.
He however was speaking concerning the temple of the body of Him.
22 Erah raangtaan ih heh tek nawa ngaaksaat taadoh, erah jengta ah heliphante loong ih samthun ih rumta, eno neng ih Rangteele ni liiha ah nyia Jisu jengta rah hanpi ih rumta.
When therefore He was raised up out from [the] dead, remembered the disciples of Him that this He was saying (to them *k*) and they believed in the Scripture and in the word (that *N(k)O*) had spoken Jesus.
23 Khopi Kuwaang haangdi Jisu Jerusalem ni angta doh, heh ih paatjaajih loong ah re kano mina hantek ih hanpi rumta.
When then He was in Jerusalem in the Passover in the Feast, many believed in the name of Him beholding of Him the signs that He was doing.
24 Enoothong Jisu ih neng tenthun ah jat ano heteewah neng suh talaalom rumta.
On His part however (*k*) Jesus not was entrusting (Him[self] *N(k)O*) to them because of His knowing all [men]
25 Mina loong tiit ah heh suh mih ih baattheng ju tah angta, tiimnge liidi neng tenthun ah heh teewah ih jat ih rumta.
and because no need He had that anyone may testify concerning the man; He Himself for was knowing what was in the man.
