1 Changte wah loong, sen dah loong ah ladande thang ih ese lam nah naririh ih siit an. Samthun et an sendi uh rangmong ni sen Changte wah ah eje.
Masters, give unto [your] servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.
2 Saarookwih rangsoom an, nyia rangsoom an doh banban ih tong an, Rangte suh lakookmi li damdoh ah.
Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
3 Erah damdoh seng suh uh rangsoom kohe, eno ba Rangte ih heh tiitkhaap baat raangtaan ih saapoot ese, Kristo husah tiit ah baattaan suh chokohe. Amadi ngah ah phaatak ni erah thoih ju tonglang.
Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:
4 Erah raangtaan ih ngah ih mamet baatjih ah erah toom mi dan baat angsuh rangsoom an.
That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.
5 Sen loong ah lahanpiite loong miksok doh sen reeraang pakna saapoot ese cholan pootdoh ejat mongtham lam ih noisok theng.
Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
6 Sen jengkhaap ah tenroonjih nyia mih ih nookchaat jih ih jeng theng, eno sen ih jat etheng mih suh mamah lamdoh epun ah mi ngaakbaat theng rah ah.
Let your speech [be] alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
7 Seng joonwah Tiichikas, Teesu mootkaat ni tuungmaang lam ih mote wah nyia heh laksuh warah ih nga ruurang tiit ah baat kohan.
All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you, [who is] a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord:
8 Erah thoih ih ngah ih heh ah sen jiinni daapkaat halang, seng mamah kah ih reeraang ih loong ah baat kohanno toomroon thuk han suh ah.
Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;
9 Heh damdoh seng joonte, sengdung dowa Onismas seng mongnook nyia seng tuungmaang theng ah roong raaha. Nengnyi ih aani tumjih angla tiit loong ah baat kokaat han.
With Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, who is [one] of you. They shall make known unto you all things which [are done] here.

And Jesus, which is called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These only [are my] fellowworkers unto the kingdom of God, which have been a comfort unto me.
12 Sengdung nawa wasiit Epapras jiin nawa uh jengkhaapse maat halan, heh uh esiit Jisu Kristo laksuh ih mootte. Heh ih larit haat thang ih saarookwih Rangte suh rang ban soom ruh eha, sen loong ah Kristo mina jun ih rongkopkop nyia Rangte jeng chaatchaat ang raangtaan suh ah.
Epaphras, who is [one] of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.
13 Nga jiinko nawa ih ejen baat ih rumha sen loong raang ih, eno Lidosia nyia Hiirapolis mina loong raang ih Epapras ah rapne ju ih chekbek moh kota.
For I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you, and them [that are] in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis.
14 Seng mongnook, Phonwah Luk, nyia Demas ih uh sen suh jengkhaapse maat halan.
Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.
15 Lidosia nawa hanpiite loong nyia Nyampha nyia chaas mina heh nok nawa loong suh seng ih jengkhaapse raajengli ah baat koh an.
Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house.
16 Arah le ah sen ih jen weh an lidoh, Lidosia chaas nah uh rootroot ih we koh theng. Erah damdam ih marah Lidosia hanpiite loong ih maatwanha le ah uh sen ih ewetkot etheng.
And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the [epistle] from Laodicea.
17 Erah dam ih Arkipas suh baat an, “Sen ih marah Teesu mootkaat moh thuktan erah rootroot toom ih thoon moh ah.”
And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.
18 Nga laklak ih raanghang arah ah: Pool jiin nawa jengkhaapse Ngah jaanruh ih khak halang ah nak beehaat an! Rangte tenthet ah sen damdoh toom ang ha.
