< Romans 12 >
1 Etu karone, bhai khan, Isor laga daya dwara, nijor gaw to jinda thaka bolidan nisena dibole apnikhan ke anurodh kori ase, juntu pobitro hoi kene Isor pora bhal lagibo. Etu to apuni atma te aradhana kori ase.
I call on you, therefore, brothers, through the compassions of God, to present your bodies [as] a sacrifice—living, sanctified, acceptable to God—your intelligent service;
2 Etu prithibi laga itcha te monjur na koribi, kintu poribortan pora mon notun bonai lobi. Eneka hoile, apuni nijor pora Isor laga itcha to ki ase, ki bhal ase, aru ki thik ase etu jani lobo. (aiōn )
and do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, for your proving what [is] the will of God—the good, and acceptable, and perfect. (aiōn )
3 Moi koi ase, kelemane moike anugraha dise, etu pora sob logote koi ase, apnikhan majot te kun manu pora bhi nijor ki ase etu pora dangor bhabona na koribi, kintu nomro hoi kene nijorke Isor pora kiman biswas dise, etu hisab te bhabona kori thakibi.
For I say, through the grace that was given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think above what it ought to think; but to think so as to think wisely, as to each God dealt a measure of faith,
4 Kelemane kineka ekta gaw te alag-alag bisi bhag ase, aru bhag sob pora eke kaam nakore,
for as in one body we have many members, and all the members do not have the same office,
5 etu nisena amikhan bisi hoilebi, Khrista te ekta gaw ase, aru sob manu ekjon-ekjon laga bhag ase.
so we, the many, are one body in Christ, and members of one another—each one.
6 Kintu amikhan ke anugraha diya hisab te alag-alag bordan diya nisena, amikhan pora etu chola bo lage. Jodi ekjon ke bhabobani laga bordan dise, tai laga biswas hisab te chola bole dibi.
And having gifts, different according to the grace that was given to us: whether prophecy, according to the proportion of faith;
7 Jodi sewa kora ase, titia sewa kora kaam te chola bhi, kunke sikhai diya laga bordan dise tai etu kaam te chola bhi.
or ministry, in the ministry; or he who is teaching, in the teaching;
8 Jodi kunba laga bordan to manu khan laga mon uthai diya laga ase, tenehoile taikhan laga mon uthai di thakibi. Jodi kunba laga bordan to di thaka laga ase, taike di thakibo dibi. Jodi kunba laga bordan to cholawta laga ase, taike hoshiar pora koribo dibi. Jodi kunba laga bordan to daya dikhai diya laga ase, taike khushi pora koribo dibi.
or he who is exhorting, in the exhortation; he who is sharing, in simplicity; he who is leading, in diligence; he who is doing kindness, in cheerfulness.
9 Morom to misa hobo nadibi. Ki biya ase etu ke ghin koribi; ki bhal ase etu ke dhuri lobi.
The love unhypocritical: abhorring the evil; cleaving to the good;
10 Ekjon pora ekjon ke bhai khan ke morom kora nisena kori bhi. Ekjon pora ekjon ke bisi sonman koribi.
in the love of brothers, to one another kindly affectioned: in the honor going before one another;
11 Mon itcha laga kaam te alsi na koribi, atma te mojbut thakibi, aru Probhu ke sewa koribi.
in the diligence not slothful; in the spirit fervent; serving the LORD;
12 Asha te anond koribi, dukh te dhorjo koribi, aru prathana te hodai thakibi.
in the hope rejoicing; in the tribulation enduring; in the prayer persevering;
13 Pobitro manu khan karone dhun joma kori dibi aru modot kori bole bisaribi.
to the necessities of the holy ones communicating; the hospitality pursuing.
14 Kun pora dukh kosto di ase taikhan nimite asirbad dibi; kun pora shrap di ase, taikhan ke asirbad dibi.
Bless those persecuting you; bless, and do not curse;
15 Kun manu khushi hoi kene ase, taikhan logote khushi koribi, kanda khan logote kandibi.
to rejoice with the rejoicing, and to weep with the weeping,
16 Ekjon pora ekjon logote mil milap kori thakibi. Phutani na koribi, kintu nomro khan logote mili thakibi. Kitia bhi bisi jana nisena phutani na koribi.
of the same mind toward one another, not minding the high things, but with the lowly going along; do not become wise in your own conceit;
17 Kunke bhi biya bodli biya nadibi, kintu sob manu age te ki sonman ase etu he kori bole bhabona koribi.
giving back to no one evil for evil; providing right things before all men.
18 Jodi parile apuni laga takot hisab te sob logote shanti te thakibi.
If possible—so far as in you—with all men being in peace;
19 Moi bisi morom kora bhai khan, kunke bhi biya bodli biya naghurabi, kintu Isor laga khong nimite chari dibi. Kelemane eneka likha ase “‘Bodli ghurai diya moi laga ase; moi ghurai dibo,’ eneka Probhu he koi ase.”
not avenging yourselves, beloved, but give place to the wrath, for it has been written: “Vengeance [is] Mine,
20 “Jodi apuni laga dushman bhuk lagi ase, khabole dibi. Jodi tai pyaas lagi ase, taike pani khabole dibi. Kelemane eneka kora pora apuni tai laga matha te jui julai diya nisena ase.”
I will repay again, says the LORD”; if, then, your enemy hungers, feed him; if he thirsts, give him drink; for doing this, you will heap coals of fire on his head.
21 Biya pora jiti bole nadibi, kintu bhal pora he biya ke jiti lobi.
Do not be overcome by the evil, but overcome, in the good, the evil.
