< Revelation 17 >

1 Titia sat-ta sorgodoth khan majote ekjon kun laga hathte sat-ta bati thakise, ahi kene moike kotha korise, aru koise, “Ahibi, Moi tumike dikhai dibo ekjon bebichari ke, jun laga bisar hoise aru jun bisi pani uporte bohi ase.
One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying, "Come here. I will show you the judgment of the great prostitute who sits on many waters,
2 Etu prithibi laga raja khan tai logote biya kaam korise, aru etu prithibi te thaka khan ke tai laga bebichari laga draikha-ros to khabole dise.”
with whom the kings of the earth committed sexual immorality, and those who dwell in the earth were made drunk with the wine of her sexual immorality."
3 Titia sorgodoth pora moike pobitro Atma te ekta jongol te loi jaise, aru moi dikhise ekjon mahila ke, kun ekta lal rong kutta janwar uporte bohi thakise jun laga uporte Isor ke bodnam kora laga naam khan bhorta thakise. Etu janwar laga sat-ta matha aru dosta seing thakise.
He carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness. I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet-colored animal, full of blasphemous names, having seven heads and ten horns.
4 Etu mahila to begoni rong kapra lagai kene thakise aru moti, suna aru daam laga pathor lagai kene sabole sundur dikhi thakise. Tai laga hathte suna laga kup dhuri thakise juntu te tai laga bebichari kaam pora bhorta hoi kene thakise.
The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the impurities of her sexual immorality.
5 Aru tai laga matha age te naam likhi kene thakise, bujhi bole napara ekta: “Mohan Babylon, bebichari khan laga ama aru prithibi ke letera kori diya ekjon.”
And on her forehead a name was written, "MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF THE PROSTITUTES AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."
6 Moi dikhise etu mahila to biswasi, pobitro aru Jisu laga gawah khan laga khun khai thakise. Jitia moi taike dikhise, moi bisi asurit hoise.
I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. When I saw her, I wondered with great amazement.
7 Kintu sorgodoth pora moike koise, “Kile tumi asurit lagi ase? Moi etu mahila laga lukai kene thaka khan kobo aru etu sat-ta matha aru dosta seing thaka janwar laga bhi kun taike bukhi ase.
The angel said to me, "Why do you wonder? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns.
8 Etu janwar tumi pora dikha to hoile jinda thakise, tai etiya jinda nai, kintu tai aru bhi khotom nathaka mati niche pora ulaikene ahibole ase. Titia etu pora pura sob bhangai dibo. Kun manu etu prithibi te thaki ase, kun manu laga naam duniya bona homoi pora Jibon laga Kitab te naam likha nai- taikhan etu janwar ke dikhi kene asurit lagibo, kelemane tai poila te thakise, aru etiya nai, hoile bhi tai ahibole ase. (Abyssos g12)
The beast that you saw was, and is not; and is about to come up out of the abyss and is going to destruction. Those who dwell on the earth and whose names have not been written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world will marvel when they see that the beast was, and is not, but is to come. (Abyssos g12)
9 Etu gyaan thaka khan nimite bhabona kori bole laga ase: etu sat-ta matha khan sat-ta pahar ase kun uporte te mahila pora bohi ase. Aru eitu khan sat-ta rajakhan bhi ase:
Here is the mind that has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sits.
10 pansta rajakhan giri jaise, ekjon ase aru dusra ekjon aha nai. Kintu jitia tai ahibo, tai olop homoi nimite he thaki bole lagibo.
They are seven kings. Five have fallen, the one is, the other has not yet come. When he comes, he must continue a little while.
11 Etu janwar kun thakise, kintu etiya nai, tai nijor bhi ath ginti laga raja thakise; kintu tai bhi sat-ta raja majote ekjon thakise, aru tai sob khotom kori dibole nimite jai ase.
The beast that was, and is not, is himself also an eighth, and is of the seven; and he goes to destruction.
12 Dosta seing thaka to hoile dosta rajakhan ase, kintu taikhan ek ghanta janwar logote raja hobole nimite adhikar pabo.
The ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority as kings, with the beast, for one hour.
13 Eitu khan sob ekta bhabona ase, aru taikhan laga adhikar aru takot sob janwar ke di dibo.
These have one mind, and they give their power and authority to the beast.
14 Taikhan Mer bacha logote lorai koribo. Kintu Mer bacha pora taikhan uporte jiti lobo, tai he Probhu laga Probhu aru Raja laga Raja ase- aru Tai logote thaka khan ke bachi luwa aru biswasi luwa khan mate.”
These will war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings. They also will overcome who are with him, called and chosen and faithful."
15 Titia sorgodoth pora moike koise, “Etu pani kuntu tumi dikhise, kun jagate bebichari bohe, eitu khan sob manu laga bhir khan, desh khan aru alag bhasa kowa manu khan ase.
He said to me, "The waters which you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages.
16 Tumi kuntu dosta seing aru janwar dikhise- taikhan bebichari ke ghin koribo. Taikhan pora tai laga kapra khuli kene sorom khilai dibo, tai laga gaw mangso ke kamuribo, aru jui pora taike pura julai dibo.
The ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the prostitute, and will make her desolate and naked, and will eat her flesh, and will burn her utterly with fire.
17 Kelemane Isor pora taikhan laga monte eneka kori bole koi dise, aru ekta kaam he kori bole dise, aru taikhan laga rajyo ke janwar ke dibole nimite koi dise, jitia tak Isor laga kotha to pura nohoi jai.
For God has put in their hearts to do what he has in mind, and to be of one mind, and to give their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God should be accomplished.
18 Etiya kun to mahila ke tumi dikhise, tai he utu dangor sheher ase, juntu pora prithibi laga raja khan uporte raj cholai.”
The woman whom you saw is the great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth."
