< Revelation 12 >

1 Titia ekta dangor chihna sorgote ulaise: ekjon mahila suryo pora kapra lagai kene, aru chand tai laga theng nichete, aru baroh ta tara laga mukut tai laga matha te pindhise.
And a great sign was seen in heaven; a woman arrayed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars;
2 Tai bacha bhuki thakise, aru bacha jonom hobole laga bikha pora kandi thakise, aru bacha ulabole nimite dukh pai thakise.
and she was with child: and she crieth out, travailing in birth, and in pain to be delivered.
3 Titia aru dusra ekta chihna sorgote ulaise: Sabi, ekta dangor ajgar janwar tai laga dosta matha aru dosta seing, aru sat-ta mukut tai laga matha te ase.
And there was seen another sign in heaven; and behold, a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his heads seven diadems.
4 Aru tai laga puchur pora tin bhag tara sorgote jhari kene hatai dise aru prithibi phale phelai dise. Aru etu ajgar janwar bacha pabole thaka mahila usorte khara korise, jitia tai bacha pabo, etu ajgar janwar pora bacha ke khai dibole.
And his tail draweth the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was about to be delivered, that when she was delivered he might devour her child.
5 Titia utu mahila pora ekta mota bacha jonom dise, aru tai etu desh ke loha laga lathi pora raj chola bole thakise. Tai laga bacha ke Isor aru singhason usorte chingi kene loi jaise,
And she was delivered of a son, a man child, who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and unto his throne.
6 aru etu mahila jongol te polai jaise, tai nimite Isor pora ekta jaga taiyar kori kene rakhidise, taike 1,260 din tak bhal kori kene sai dibole.
And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that there they may nourish her a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
7 Etiya sorgote dangor lorai hoise. Michael aru tai laga sorgodoth khan etu ajgar janwar logote lorai korise; aru etu ajgar janwar bhi tai laga duth khan ke loi kene lorai korise.
And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels [going forth] to war with the dragon; and the dragon warred and his angels;
8 Kintu etu ajgar janwar aru tai laga duth khan takot thaka nathaka hoi jaise aru taikhan nimite akash te thaki bole jaga bhi nathaka hoise.
And they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 Etu karone dangor ajgar janwar ke nichete phelai dise- purana ekta saph, taike bhoot atma aru Saitan koi, tai pura duniya ke thogai diye- taike prithibi te phelai dise, aru tai laga duth khan bhi tai logote phelai dise.
And the great dragon was cast down, the old serpent, he that is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world; he was cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him.
10 Titia moi sorgo pora dangor awaj te koi thaka hunise, “Etiya amikhan laga poritran aru takot Aru Isor laga rajyo to ahise, Aru Tai laga Khrista laga adhikar ase. Moi laga bhai khan ke dukh diya ekjon ke nichete phelai dise, Kun pora Isor usorte din aru rati taikhan ke dukh dise.
And I heard a great voice in heaven, saying, Now is come the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accuseth them before our God day and night.
11 Taikhan Mer bacha laga khun aru gawahi pora sob to jiti loise, Kelemane mori bole thaka homoi te bhi taikhan nijor laga jibon to morom kora nai.
And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony; and they loved not their life even unto death.
12 Etu nimite sorgo khan khushi koribi, aru Kiman manu ta te thaki ase! Kintu prithibi aru samundar khan dukh hobo, Kelemane saitan to tumikhan majote ase! Tai bisi khong pora bhorta hoi ase, Tai jani ase tai logote olop homoi he bachi kene ase!
Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe for the earth and for the sea: because the devil is gone down unto you, having great wrath, knowing that he hath but a short time.
13 Aru jitia taike prithibi nichete phelai dise koi kene ajgar janwar to janise, tai jai kene etu mota bacha jonom diya mahila ke digdar dise.
And when the dragon saw that he was cast down to the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man [child].
14 Kintu etu mahila ke chil chiriya laga pankha nisena duita dise, tai etu loi kene jongol phale tai laga jagate polai jabo nimite, etu jagate taike tin saal aru adha tak nimite bhal kori kene sai dibo, homoi, aru olop homoi nimite- etu saph laga chehera age pora dur te thaki bole.
And there were given to the woman the two wings of the great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness unto her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
15 Etu nimite saph pora tai laga mukh pora nodi nisena pani etu mahila laga pichete jabo dise, etu pora ban-pani aha nisena mahila ke loi jabole nimite.
And the serpent cast out of his mouth after the woman water as a river, that he might cause her to be carried away by the stream.
16 Kintu prithibi pora mahila ke modot korise aru prithibi pora mukh khuli kene sob pani to khai loise.
And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the river which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
17 Titia ajgar pora mahila uporte bisi khong uthise aru tai laga khandan khan uporte lorai kori bole nimite jaise, kun manu Isor laga kotha mani thakise aru Jisu laga gawahi dhori kene thakise, taikhan ke khotom kori bole nimite lorai korise.
And the dragon waxed wroth with the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and hold the testimony of Jesus:
