< Hebrews 7 >

1 Etu nimite Melchizedek, Salem laga raja, aru Isor laga Moha Purohit, jitia Abraham pora raja khan ke khotom kori kene ahi thakise, titia taike lok paikena asirbad dise.
For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of God Most High, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him,
2 Abraham bhi tai laga dos bhag sob to Melchizedek ke di dise. Tai laga poila naam laga motlob to hoile “dharmikta laga raja,” aru “Salem laga raja,” etu motlob thakise, “shanti laga raja.”
to whom also Abraham divided "a tenth part of everything" (being first, by interpretation, king of righteousness, and then also king of Salem, which is king of peace;
3 Tai laga baba aru ama bhi thaka nai, tai laga khandan nai, tai nimite tai jibon laga shuru aru jibon laga anth bhi nai. Kintu, Isor laga Putro nisena bonai dise, aru taike hodai nimite ekjon purohit thaki bole rakhise.
without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God), remains a priest continually.
4 Kintu sabi etu manu Melchizedek to kiman dangor thakise, Abraham pora lorai kori kene ki jitise aru loi loise etu laga dos bhag taike di dise.
Now consider how great this man was, to whom even Abraham, the patriarch, gave a tenth out of the most valuable plunder.
5 Aru Levi laga chokra khan ke purohit kaam kori bole nimite basi loise, aru niyom laga niyom hisab te jai kene Yehudi khan logot pora bhi daan aru dos bhag uthabole dise, taikhan bhi Abraham laga bacha khan hoilebi.
They indeed of the sons of Levi who receive the priest's office have a commandment to take tithes of the people according to the Law, that is, of their brothers, though these have come out of the body of Abraham,
6 Kintu Melchizedek, taikhan pora bisari kene bhi tai laga khandan panai, kintu Abraham logot pora tai te dos bhag paise, aru kun logote kosom laga vachan thakise taike he Melchizedek pora asirbad dise.
but he whose genealogy is not counted from them has accepted tithes from Abraham, and has blessed him who has the promises.
7 Kintu eku jhagara nakori kene, ekjon chutu manu ke dangor manu pora asirbad dise.
But without any dispute the lesser is blessed by the greater.
8 Etu karone, jinda thaka manu dos bhag pai, kintu etu pora Melchizedek jinda thaki ase koi kene gawahi diye.
Here people who die receive tithes, but there one receives tithes of whom it is testified that he lives.
9 Aru, kotha kori thaka nisena, Levi, kun bhi dos bhag paise, tai bhi Abraham dwara dos bhag daan di thakise,
We can say that through Abraham even Levi, who receives tithes, has paid tithes,
10 kelemane etu homoi te Levi to tai laga khandan laga gaw pora thakise jitia Melchizedek aru Abraham lok paisele.
for he was yet in the body of his father when Melchizedek met him.
11 Jodi Levi khandan laga purohit kaam pora he sob bhal aru thik hoise koile -juntu pora he manu khan niyom aru niyom paise-, titia Aaron laga niyom hisab te nohoikena kele Melchizedek laga niyom hisab te aru bhi kele dusra ekjon purohit ahibole nimite dorkar hoise?
Now if there was perfection through the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people have received the law), what further need was there for another priest to arise after the order of Melchizedek, and not be called after the order of Aaron?
12 Jitia ekjon purohit bodli hoijai, titia niyom aru niyom khan bhi bodli hoijai.
For the priesthood being changed, there is of necessity a change made also in the law.
13 Etu kotha khan kun ekjon nimite koi ase tai dusra jat laga ase, kun manu bhi etu jat pora bedi te sewa kora nai.
For he of whom these things are said belongs to another tribe, from which no one has officiated at the altar.
14 Amikhan bhal pora jani ase Probhu to Judah laga khandan pora ahise, aru Moses pora bhi etu jat nimite eku kotha kora nai.
For it is evident that our Lord has sprung out of Judah, about which tribe Moses spoke nothing concerning priests.
15 Aru etu ke arubi bhal pora buji bole asele, jodi kunba aru ekjon purohit Melchizedek nisena ulai.
This is yet more abundantly evident, if after the likeness of Melchizedek there arises another priest,
16 Tai ekjon purohit hoise, khandan saikene nohoi, kintu tai laga Tai laga namora jibon shakti saikene taike purohit bonaise.
who has been made, not after the law of a fleshly commandment, but after the power of an endless life:
17 Kelemane Isor laga kotha te bhi eneka gawahi di ase: “Tumi hodai nimite purohit ase Melchizedek laga niyom hisab te.” (aiōn g165)
for it is testified, "You are a priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek." (aiōn g165)
18 Purana niyom aru kaam khan komjur aru eku kaam nathaka hoija-a pora hatai dise,
For there is an annulling of a foregoing commandment because of its weakness and uselessness
19 -niyom aru niyom pora eku kaam to bhal bonai dibole napare-, aru bhal asha laga kotha to manu khan ke koi dise, etu pora amikhan Isor usorte ahe.
(for the law made nothing perfect), and a bringing in of a better hope, through which we draw near to God.
20 Aru etu kaam kosom nakhai kene kora nai! Kelemane dusra khan to kosom noloikene he purohit hoi jaise,
Inasmuch as he was not made priest without the taking of an oath,
21 kintu Jisu to kosom khai kene purohit hoise, Isor pora Taike koise, “Probhu pora kosom khaise aru Tai mon bodli nokorile: ‘Tumi hodai nimite purohit ase.’” (aiōn g165)
for they indeed have been made priests without an oath, but he with an oath by him that says of him, "The Lord swore and will not change his mind, 'You are a priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek.'" (aiōn g165)
22 Etu nisena he, Jisu pora amikhan bhal kaam kori bole nimite rasta khuli dise.
Accordingly Jesus has become the guarantor of a better covenant.
23 Prothom laga purohit khan bisi jon thakise, kintu mrityu hoija-a pora, taikhan kaam rukhi jaise.
Many, indeed, have been made priests, because they are hindered from continuing by death.
24 Kintu Jisu hodai nimite jinda ase, Tai logot pora purohit laga kaam kitia bhi naharabo. (aiōn g165)
But he, because he lives forever, has his priesthood unchangeable. (aiōn g165)
25 Etu karone, kun manu pora Tai dwara Isor ke bisari kene ahe, Tai pora eitu khan ke bacha bole pare, kelemane manu aru Isor majot te Tai hodai kotha koridi thake.
Therefore he is also able to save completely those who draw near to God through him, seeing that he lives forever to make intercession for them.
26 Eneka moha purohit thaka to amikhan nimite bhal ase. Tai pobitro ase, eku golti nai, sapha, paapi manu khan pora alag, aru Tai sorgo pora bhi untcha hoi jaise.
For such a high priest was indeed fitting for us: holy, guiltless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;
27 Tai ekjon moha purohit pora hodai kora nisena, poila tai nijor laga paap nimite, etu pichete manu laga paap nimite bolidan di thaki bole eku dorkar nai. Kintu Tai nijorke bolidan dikene, hodai nimite, ekbar te bolidan kori dise.
who does not need, like those high priests, to offer up sacrifices daily, first for his own sins, and then for those of the people. For he did this once for all, when he offered up himself.
28 Kelemane niyom to komjur thaka khan majot pora he moha purohit kori bole basi thake. Kintu kosom laga kotha, kun to niyom diya pichete ahise, etu pora Putro ke basi loise, kunke sob phale pora hodai nimite thik bonai dise. (aiōn g165)
For the Law appoints men as high priests who have weakness, but the word of the oath which came after the Law appoints a Son forever who has been perfected. (aiōn g165)
