< 1 Timothy 4 >

1 Etiya Pobitro Atma pora sapha pora koidi ase, olop homoi pichete manu khan biswas chari bo, aru misa atma khan laga kotha te mon di jabo, aru bhoot khan pora sikhai diya kotha khan hunibo,
But the Spirit says expressly that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons,
2 aru misa hikhok khan ke biswas koribo, taikhan laga nijor bhabona ke jui pora sukha nisena sukhai dibo.
through the hypocrisy of liars, branded in their own conscience as with a hot iron;
3 Taikhan pora shadi kora to paap ase kobo aru kha luwa juntu Isor pora dise, juntu biswasi aru hosa buja khan pora khai kene dhanyavad dibole ase, eitu khan nakhai jabi kobo.
forbidding marriage and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.
4 Kilekoile ki saman Isor pora banai se etu sob bhal ase, aru juntu amikhan pora Isor ke dhanyavad dikene khabo, eitu khan ekta bhi phelabo nalage,
For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, if it is received with thanksgiving.
5 kele koile etu kha bostu to Isor laga kotha aru prathana pora sapha kori dise.
For it is sanctified through the word of God and prayer.
6 Etu janoni kotha sob to bhai khan ke janibo dise koile tumi Jisu Khrista laga ekjon bhal kaam kora noukar hobo, tumi etu biswas laga kotha pora taikhan ke pali bo, juntu tumi nijor bhi mani kene ahise.
If you instruct the brothers of these things, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, nourished in the words of the faith, and of the good doctrine which you have followed.
7 Kintu duniya laga dristanto khan juntu buri ama khan bhal pai, eitu khan pora dur thakibi. Kintu, nije ke Isor laga jibon te taiyar koribi.
But have nothing to do with irreverent and silly myths. And train yourself for godliness.
8 Kilekoile nijor gaw ke mon dile olop he labh hoi, kintu Isor laga jibon ke mon dile sob phale labh hoi, kelemane etu pora he etiya thaka jibon aru ahibole thaka jibon te asha thakibo.
For bodily exercise has some value, but godliness has value in all things, having the promise of the life which is now, and of that which is to come.
9 Etu kotha to hosa ase aru biswas koribo lage aru mani bole nimite yogya ase.
This saying is faithful and worthy of all acceptance.
10 Etu nimite, amikhan dukh paikena bisi kaam kori thake, kele koile amikhan jinda thaka Isor uporte asha ase, jun he sob manu laga Tran-Korta ase, biswasi khan nimite aru bhi bisi ase.
For to this end we both labor and strive, because we have set our trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all people, especially of those who believe.
11 Eitu khan hukum kori dibi aru sikhai dibi.
Command and teach these things.
12 Tumi laga jawani ke kun pora bhi ninda koribo nadibi, hoilebi taikhan jun biswas kore, taikhan ke tumi laga kotha, kaam, morom, biswas, aru eku dagi nathaka jibon pora ekta bhal namuna dikhai dibi.
Let no one despise your youth; but be an example to those who believe, in word, in your way of life, in love, in faith, and in purity.
13 Jitia tak ami ta te nahe, mon dikene Shastro porhi thakibi, manu khan laga mon dangor kori dibi aru taikhan ke hikai dibi.
Until I come, pay attention to reading, to exhortation, and to teaching.
14 Kitia bhi tumi bhitor te thaka Atma laga bordan, juntu bura manu khan pora tumi uporte hath dikene bhabobani pora tumi etu paise, etu ke nacharibi.
Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the elders.
15 Eitu khan porhi thakibi; eitu khan te bhorta thakibi, titia tumi laga bhal kaam laga labh sob manu dikhibo pabo.
Be diligent in these things. Give yourself wholly to them, that your progress may be revealed to all.
16 Nije ke hoshiar thakibi, aru tumi ki hikai di ase etu te bhi hoshiar thakibi. Eitu khan sob kori thakibi, kele koile eneka korise koile, tumi nijor bhi aru tumi sikhai diya manu khan sob bachibo.
Pay attention to yourself, and to your teaching. Continue in these things, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.
