ဆာလံ 68
1 ၁ ဘုရားသခင်ထတော်မူ၍၊ ရန်သူတို့သည် အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြားကြပါစေသော။ ဘုရားသခင်ကို မုန်းသော သူတို့သည် အထံတော်က ပြေးကြပါစေသော။
To the Overseer. — A Psalm, a song of David. Rise doth God — scattered are His enemies! And those hating Him flee from His face.
2 ၂ မီးခိုးလွှင့်သကဲ့သို့ သူတို့ကို လွှင့်တော်မူပါ။ ဘယောင်းသည် မီးရှေ့မှာ အရည်ဖြစ်သကဲ့သို့၊ မတရားသော သူတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင့်ရှေ့တော်မှာ ပျက်စီးကြပါစေသော။
As the driving away of smoke Thou drivest away, As the melting of wax before fire, The wicked perish at the presence of God.
3 ၃ ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့သည် ဝမ်းမြောက်၍၊ ဘုရားသခင့်ရှေ့တော်မှာ ရွှင်လန်းသော စိတ်နှင့် အလွန် ဝမ်းမြောက်ဝမ်းသာကြပါစေသော။
And the righteous rejoice, they exult before God, And they joy with gladness.
4 ၄ ဘုရားသခင်အား သီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။ နာမတော်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။ တော၌စီး၍ ကြွတော်မူသော အရှင်ဘို့ လမ်းကို ပြင်ကြလော့။ ထိုအရှင်၏ နာမတော်ကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားတည်း။ ရှေ့တော်၌ ရွှင်လန်းကြလော့။
Sing ye to God — praise His name, Raise up a highway for Him who is riding in deserts, In Jah [is] His name, and exult before Him.
5 ၅ ဘုရားသခင်သည် သန့်ရှင်းသော ဘုံဗိမာန်တော်၌ စံပယ်လျက်၊ မိဘမရှိသော သူတို့၏ အဘဖြစ်၍၊ မုတ်ဆိုးမတို့ဘက်မှာ တရားစီရင်တော်မူ၏။
Father of the fatherless, and judge of the widows, [Is] God in His holy habitation.
6 ၆ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ပေါက်ဘော်မရှိသော သူတို့အား အိမ်ထောင်ချခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ပေးတော်မူ၍၊ ချုပ်ထားသော သူတို့ကိုလည်း ကြွယ်ဝခြင်းထဲသို့ သွင်းတော်မူ၏။ ငြင်းဆန်သော သူတို့မူကား၊ သွေ့ခြောက်သော အရပ်၌ နေရကြ၏။
God — causing the lonely to dwell at home, Bringing out bound ones into prosperity, Only — the refractory have inhabited a dry place.
O God, in Thy going forth before Thy people, In Thy stepping through the wilderness, (Selah)
8 ၈ ဘုရားသခင်၏ မျက်နှာတော်ကြောင့်၊ မြေကြီး လှုပ်၍ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်သည် ယိုစီးလေ၏။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင် မျက်နှာတော်ကြောင့် သိနာတောင်သည်လည်း တုန်လှုပ်၏။
The earth hath shaken, Yea, the heavens have dropped before God, This Sinai — before God, the God of Israel.
9 ၉ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် မိုဃ်းကို များစွာ ရွာစေ၍၊ ပင်ပန်းသော အမွေတော်လူတို့ကို ထောက်မတော်မူ၏။
A shower of free-will gifts thou shakest out, O God. Thine inheritance, when it hath been weary, Thou hast established it.
10 ၁၀ ကိုယ်တော်၏ အလုံးအရင်းသည် နေရာကျရကြပါ၏။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ဆင်းရဲသော သူတို့အဘို့ ကျေးဇူးတော်အားဖြင့် ပြင်ဆင်တော်မူ၏။
Thy company have dwelt in it, Thou preparest in Thy goodness for the poor, O God.
The Lord doth give the saying, The female proclaimers [are] a numerous host.
12 ၁၂ စစ်အင်္ဂါဗိုလ်ခြေ သခင်ရှင်ဘုရင်တို့သည် အလျင်အမြန် ပြေးကြ၍၊ အိမ်၌ နေရစ်သော မိန်းမတို့သည် လက်ရဥစ္စာကို ဝေမျှကြ၏။
Kings of hosts flee utterly away, And a female inhabitant of the house apportioneth spoil.
13 ၁၃ သင်တို့သည် တောင်ကြားမှာ နေရာကျလျက်၊ ငွေနှင့် မွန်းမံသော ချိုးငှက်အတောင်ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ နီသော ရွှေနှင့် မွမ်းမံသော အမွေးကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
Though ye do lie between two boundaries, Wings of a dove covered with silver, And her pinions with yellow gold.
14 ၁၄ အနန္တတန်ခိုးနှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူသော ဘုရားသည်၊ ရှင်ဘုရင်တို့ကို ကွဲပြားစေတော်မူသောအရပ်သည် ဇာလမုန်တောင်ပေါ်မှာ မိုဃ်းပွင့်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်လေ၏။
When the Mighty spreadeth kings in it, It doth snow in Salmon.
A hill of God [is] the hill of Bashan, A hill of heights [is] the hill of Bashan.
16 ၁၆ သင်တို့သည် မြင့်သော တောင်ထိပ်များနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော်လည်း၊ ဘုရားသခင် ကျိန်းဝပ်ခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိတော်မူသော တောင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အစဉ်အမြဲနေရာချတော်မူသော တောင်တော်ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် စောင်းမြောင်းကြသနည်း။
Why do ye envy, O high hills, The hill God hath desired for His seat? Jehovah also doth tabernacle for ever.
17 ၁၇ ဘုရားသခင်၏ရထားတော်တို့သည် အထောင်အသောင်းမက များကြ၏။ ဘုရားရှင်ပါတော်မူ၏။ သိနာတောင်လည်း သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်၌ ရှိသတည်း။
The chariots of God [are] myriads, thousands of changes, The Lord [is] among them, in Sinai, in the sanctuary.
18 ၁၈ ကိုယ်တော်သည် မြင့်သောအရပ်သို့ တက်ကြွတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ များစွာသော သူတို့ကို ဘမ်းသွားတော်မူ၍၊ ထာဝရအရှင် ဘုရားသခင်သည် လူတို့တွင် ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း၊ လူတို့အဘို့မက၊ ပုန်ကန် သော လူတို့အဘို့ ဆုလပ်များကို ခံရတော်မူပြီ။
Thou hast ascended on high, Thou hast taken captive captivity, Thou hast taken gifts for men, That even the refractory may rest, O Jah God.
19 ၁၉ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အစဉ်မင်္ဂလာရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။ ငါတို့ကို သူတပါး ညှဉ်းဆဲသောအခါ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ကယ်တင်တော်မူ၏။
Blessed [is] the Lord, day by day He layeth on us. God Himself [is] our salvation. (Selah)
20 ၂၀ ငါတို့၏ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ကယ်တင်နိုင်သော ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဘုရားရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သေခြင်းသို့ ရောက်သော လမ်းကိုလည်း အစိုးပိုင်တော်မူ၏။
God Himself [is] to us a God for deliverances, And Jehovah Lord hath the outgoings of death.
21 ၂၁ ဘုရားသခင်သည် မိမိရန်သူတို့၏ ဦးခေါင်းကို၎င်း၊ အပြစ်ပြုမြဲပြုသော သူတို့၏ ဦးသျှောင်ကို၎င်း ဧကန်အမှန် နှိပ်စက်တော်မူမည်။
Only — God doth smite The head of His enemies, The hairy crown of a habitual walker in his guilt.
The Lord said: 'From Bashan I bring back, I bring back from the depths of the sea.
23 ၂၃ ထိုသို့သောအားဖြင့် သင်သည် ရန်သူတို့ အသွေးကို နင်း၍၊ သင်၏ခွေးတို့သည်လည်း လျက်ကြလိမ့် မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
So that thou dashest thy foot in blood, [In the blood of] enemies — the tongue of Thy dogs.'
24 ၂၄ အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနသို့ ကိုယ်တော်ကြွတော်မူခြင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရှင်ဘုရင် ကြွတော်မူခြင်းကို မြင်ရကြပါပြီ။
They have seen Thy goings, O God, Goings of my God, my king, in the sanctuary.
25 ၂၅ ရှေ့၌ကား၊ သီချင်းဆိုသောသူ၊ နောက်၌ကား၊ စောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကို တီးသောသူ၊ အလယ်၌ကား၊ ပတ်သာကို တီးသော အပျိုတို့သည် လိုက်သွားကြပါ၏။
Singers have been before, Behind [are] players on instruments, In the midst virgins playing with timbrels.
In assemblies bless ye God, The Lord — from the fountain of Israel.
27 ၂၇ အစိုးရသော ဗင်္ယာမိန်ငယ်မှစ၍၊ မိမိအလုံးအရင်းနှင့်တကွ ယုဒမင်းများ၊ ဇာဗုလုန်မင်းများ နဿလိမင်းများ ပါကြ၏။
There [is] little Benjamin their ruler, Heads of Judah their defence, Heads of Zebulun — heads of Naphtali.
28 ၂၈ အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ တန်ခိုးတော်ကို ပြတော်မူပါ။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့၌ ပြုသော ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို တည်စေတော်မူပါ။
Thy God hath commanded thy strength, Be strong, O God, this Thou hast wrought for us.
29 ၂၉ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့၌ရှိသော ဗိမာန်တော်အဘို့ ရှင်ဘုရင်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ထံသို့ လက်ဆောင်များကို ဆောင်ခဲ့ကြပါစေသော။
Because of Thy temple at Jerusalem, To Thee do kings bring a present.
30 ၃၀ ကျူတောသားရဲကို၎င်း၊ နွားလားဥသဘအစုအဝေးနှင့် လူမျိုးတို့၏ နွားပျိုတို့ကို၎င်း ဆုံးမတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ အသီးအသီးတို့သည် ငွေစနှင့် ကိုယ်ကို နှိမ့်ချကြပါစေသော။ စစ်မှုကို နှစ်သက်သော လူမျိုးတို့ကို အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြားစေတော်မူပါ။
Rebuke a beast of the reeds, a company of bulls, With calves of the peoples, Each humbling himself with pieces of silver, Scatter Thou peoples delighting in conflicts.
31 ၃၁ အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်မှ သံတမန်တို့သည် လာကြပါစေသော။ ကုရှပြည်သည် မိမိလက်တို့ကို ဘုရားသခင်ထံ တော်သို့ အလျင်အမြန် ဆန့်ရပါစေသော။
Come do fat ones out of Egypt, Cush causeth her hands to run to God.
Kingdoms of the earth, sing ye to God, Praise ye the Lord. (Selah)
33 ၃၃ အစအဦး၌ အထက်ကောင်းကင်ဘဝဂ်ကို စီး၍ နေတော်မူသော ထာဝရဘုရားကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ အသံတော်ကို လွှတ်တော်မူ၍၊ အားကြီးသော အသံဖြစ်၏။
To him who is riding on the heavens of the heavens of old, Lo, He giveth with His voice a strong voice.
34 ၃၄ ဘုရားသခင်သည် တန်ခိုးကြီးတော်မူသည်ဟု ဝန်ခံကြလော့။ ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို ဘုန်းတော်လွှမ်းမိုး လျက်၊ တန်ခိုးတော်လည်း မိုဃ်းတိမ်တို့တွင် ထင်ရှားလျက် ရှိသတည်း။
Ascribe ye strength to God, Over Israel [is] His excellency, and His strength in the clouds.
35 ၃၅ အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်ပြင်မှာ ကြောက်ရွံ့ဘွယ် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်ကား၊ မိမိလူတို့အား အခွင့်တန်ခိုးကို မေးတော်မူသော ဘုရား ပေတည်း။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။
Fearful, O God, out of Thy sanctuaries, The God of Israel Himself, Giving strength and might to the people. Blessed [is] God!
