ဆာလံ 62

1 ၁ အကယ်စင်စစ် ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်သည် ဘုရားသခင်ရှေ့မှာ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာ နေတတ်၏။ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်း အကြောင်းသည် အထံတော်က သက်ရောက်ရ၏။

For the Chief Musician; after the manner of Jeduthun. A Psalm of David. My soul waiteth only upon God: from him [cometh] my salvation.

2 ၂ အကယ်စင်စစ် ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါ၏ကျောက်၊ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအကြောင်း၊ ငါ့ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော် မူ၍၊ ငါ၌ လှုပ်ရှားခြင်းများစွာ မရှိရာ။

He only is my rock and my salvation: [he is] my high tower; I shall not be greatly moved.

3 ၃ သင်တို့သည် အဘယ်မျှကာလပတ်လုံး တယောက်သောသူကို တိုက်ကြမည်နည်း။ သူ့ကို တိမ်းသော အုပ်ရိုး၊ လှုပ်သော ထရံကဲ့သို့ မှတ်၍၊ သင်တို့အပေါင်းသည် အဘယ်မျှကာလပတ်လုံး ဖြိုဖျက် ကြမည်နည်း။

How long will ye set upon a man, that ye may slay [him], all of you, like a bowing wall, like a tottering fence?

4 ၄ ထိုသူကို မြင့်သော အရပ်က လှဲခြင်းငှါ ကြံစည်လျက် နေကြ၏။ မုသာကို နှစ်သက်ကြ၏။ နှုတ်ဖြင့်ကား၊ ကောင်းကြီးကို ပေးလျက်၊ နှစ်လုံး၌ကြား၊ ကျိန်ဆဲခြင်းကို ပြုတတ်ကြ၏။

They only consult to thrust him down from his excellency; they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. (Selah)

5 ၅ အကယ်စင်စစ် ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်သည် ဘုရားသခင်ရှေ့မှာ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာ နေတတ်၏။ ငါမြော်လင့်ခြင်း အကြောင်းသည် အထံတော်က သက်ရောက်ရ၏။

My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.

6 ၆ အကယ်စင်စစ် ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါ၏ကျောက်၊ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအကြောင်း၊ ငါခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော် မူ၍၊ ငါသည် လှုပ်ရှားခြင်းမရှိရာ။

He only is my rock and my salvation: [he is] my high tower; I shall not be moved.

7 ၇ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအကြောင်း၊ ငါ၏ဘုန်းပွင့်ခြင်းအကြောင်းကား ဘုရားသခင်ပေတည်း။ ငါ့ကို အားပေးသောကျောက်၊ ငါခိုလှုံရာကား ဘုရားသခင်ပေတည်း။

With God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

8 ၈ အိုလူများတို့၊ ဘုရားသခင်၌ အစဉ်မပြတ် ခိုလှုံကြလော့။ ရှေ့တော်၌ စိတ်နှလုံးကို ဖွင့်ပြကြလော့။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါတို့ ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

Trust in him at all times, ye people; pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. (Selah)

9 ၉ အကယ်စင်စစ် ယုတ်ညံ့သော သူတို့သည် အနတ္တ၊ အသရေရှိသော သူတို့သည် မုသာဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ချိန်ခွင်နှင့် ချိန်စက်လျှင် ထိုသူအပေါင်းတို့သည် အနတ္တထက် သာ၍ ပေါ့ကြ၏။

Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: in the balances they will go up; they are together lighter than vanity.

10 ၁၀ ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကို မကိုးစားကြနှင့်။ အနိုင်အထက်လုယူ၍ မဝါကြွားကြနှင့်။ ဥစ္စာများပြားလျှင် စိတ်စွဲလမ်းခြင်း မရှိကြနှင့်။

Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart [thereon].

11 ၁၁ ဘုရားသခင်သည် တကြိမ် ဗျာဒိတ်ပေးတော်မူပြီ။ နှစ်ကြိမ်မြောက် ငါကြားရသော ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ဟူမူ ကား၊ တန်ခိုးသည် ဘုရားသခင်၌ ရှိ၏။

God hath spoken once, twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God:

12 ၁၂ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကရုဏာနှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် လူအသီးအသီးတို့ အား သူတို့အကျင့်နှင့်အလျောက် အကျိုးအပြစ်ကို ဆပ်ပေးတော်မူ၏။

Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.
