ဆာလံ 60

1 ၁ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အမျက်ထွက်သဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို စွန့်ပစ်၍ အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြားစေတော်မူပြီ။ တဖန် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။

To the Chief Musician. Upon "The Lily of Testimony." A precious Psalm of David, to instruct. When he waged war with Aram-neharaim, and with Aram-zobah, —and then Joab returned and smote of Edom in the Valley of Salt, twelve thousand. O God, thou hast rejected us—hast scattered us, Thou hast been angry, Wilt thou restore us?

2 ၂ မြေကြီးကို လှုပ်၍ ခွဲတော်မူပြီ။ ကွဲအက်ရာတို့ကို တဖန် စေ့စပ်စေတော်မူပါ။ တုန်လှုပ်လျက် ရှိပါသေး၏။

Thou hast shaken the land—hast rent it, Heal thou the fractures thereof—for it hath tottered:

3 ၃ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူတို့ကို ခက်ထန်စွာ စီရင်၍၊ မှိုင်တွေခြင်း စပျစ်ရည်ကို တိုက်တော်မူပြီ။

Thou hast suffered thy people to see hardship, Thou hast let them drink the wine of confusion.

4 ၄ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသူတို့သည် သစ္စာတရားကြောင့် ထူရသော အလံကို ပေးသနားတော် မူပြီ။

Thou hadst given—to them that revere thee—a banner, to float aloft, Because of [thy] faithfulness. (Selah)

5 ၅ ချစ်တော်မူသော သူတို့သည် ချမ်းသာရမည်အကြောင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်စကားကို နားထောင်၍၊ လက်ျာလက်ရုံးတော်အားဖြင့် ကယ်တင်တော်မူပါ။

That thy beloved ones may be delivered, Save thou with thine own right hand—and answer us.

6 ၆ သန့်ရှင်းခြင်းပါရမီတော်ကို တိုင်တည်၍ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ဗျာဒိတ်ထားတော်မူသောကြောင့်၊ ငါသည် ဝမ်းမြောက်မည်။ ရှေခင်မြို့ကို ပိုင်းခြားမည်။ သုကုတ်လယ်ပြင်ကို တိုင်းထွာမည်။

God, hath spoken in his holiness—I will exult! I will apportion Shechem, And, the Vale of Succoth, will I measure out;

7 ၇ ဂိလဒ်ပြည်ကို ငါပိုင်ရ၏။ မနာရှေပြည်ကိုလည်း ငါပိုင်ရ၏။ ဧဖရိမ်ပြည်ကား၊ ငါ့ဦးခေါင်း၏အစွမ်း ဖြစ်ရ၏။ ယုဒပြည်ကား၊ ငါ၏ လွှတ်တော်ဖြစ်ရ၏။

Mine, is Gilead—and mine, Manasseh, But, Ephraim, is the defence, of my head, Judah, is my commander’s staff;

8 ၈ မောဘပြည်ကား၊ ငါ့ရေချိုးအိုးဖြစ်ရ၏။ ဧဒုံပြည်ကား၊ ငါ့ခြေနင်းရာ ဖြစ်ရ၏။ ဖိလိတ္တိပြည်အပေါ်မှာ အောင်သံနှင့် ကြွေးကြော်မည်။

Moab, is my wash-bowl, Upon Edom, will I throw my shoe, Over Philistia! raise shout of triumph.

9 ၉ အားကြီးသော မြို့ထဲသို့ ငါ့ကို အဘယ်သူသွင်းပေးမည်နည်း။ ဧဒုံပြည်သို့ ငါကို အဘယ်သူ လမ်းပြမည်နည်း။

Who will conduct me to a fortified city? Who will lead me as far as Edom!

10 ၁၀ အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို စွန့်ပစ်တော်မူသော ကိုယ်တော်သည် ပြုတော်မူမည်မဟုတ်လော။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ဗိုလ်ခြေနှင့်အတူ ကြွတော်မမူသော ကိုယ်တော်သည် ပြုတော်မူမည် မဟုတ်လော။

Is it not, thou, O God?—thou hast rejected us! And wilt thou not go forth, O God, with our hosts?

11 ၁၁ ဒုက္ခနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်စေခြင်းငှါ မစတော်မူပါ။ လူတို့သည် ကယ်တင်ခြင်းငှါ မတတ်နိုင်ကြပါ။

Grant us help out of distress, For, vain, is the deliverance of man:

12 ၁၂ ဘုရားသခင်အားဖြင့် ငါတို့သည် ရဲရင့်စွာ ပြုကြမည်။ ငါတို့၏ ရန်သူများကို ကိုယ်တော်တိုင် နင်းတော်မူမည်။ ဒါဝိဒ်သည် မေသောပေါတာမိရှုရိလူတို့နှင့် ဇေဘရှုရိရှင်လူတို့ကိုစစ်တိုက်ပြီးမှ၊ ယွာဘသည် ပြန်၍ဧဒုံလူတသောင်း နှစ်ထောင် တို့ကိုဆားချိုင့်၌လုပ်ကြံသောအခါ စပ်ဆိုသောဆာလံ။

In God, we shall do valiantly, He himself, therefore, will tread down our adversaries.
