1 ၁ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အပြစ်တင်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။ ပြင်းစွာအမျက် ထွက်၍ ဆုံးမတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
To the chief Musician on Neginoth upon Sheminith, A Psalm of David. O LORD, rebuke me not in thy anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.
2 ၂ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ခွန်အားနည်း လှပါ၏။ ကယ်မသနားတော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အရိုးတို့သည် တုန်လှုပ်ကြပါ၏။ ကျန်းမာပကတိ ရှိစေတော်မူပါ။
Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I [am] weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are agitated.
3 ၃ အကျွန်ုပ်စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်သည် အလွန်တုန်လှုပ်ပါ ၏။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အဘယ်မျှကာလ ပတ်လုံးနေတော်မူမည်နည်း။
My soul is also greatly disquieted: but thou, O LORD, how long?
4 ၄ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ တဖန်ကြွလာ၍ အကျွန်ုပ် စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်ကို ကယ်ယူတော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာတော်နှင့် အညီ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူပါ။
Return, O LORD, deliver my soul: Oh save me for thy mercies sake.
5 ၅ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သေလျက်နေစဉ်တွင် ကိုယ် တော်ကို အောက်မေ့ခြင်းမရှိပါ။ မရဏနိုင်ငံတွင် ကျေးဇူး တော်ကို အဘယ်သူချီးမွမ်းပါမည်နည်း။ (Sheol h7585)
For in death [there is] no remembrance of thee: in the grave who will give thee thanks? (Sheol h7585)
6 ၆ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ညည်းတွား၍ ပင်ပန်းလှပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်ခုတင်ကို ကိုယ်မျက်ရည်၌ တညဉ့်လုံးမျှော၍၊ အိပ်ရာကိုလည်း မွန်းစေပါ၏။
I am weary with my groaning; all the night I make my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.
My eye is consumed because of grief; it groweth old because of all my enemies.
Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.
9 ၉ ငါတောင်းပန်ခြင်းကို ထာဝရဘုရား ကြားတော် မူ၏။ ငါပြုသော ပဌနာစကားကို ထာဝရဘုရား နာယူတော်မူ၏။ ငါ့ရန်သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ရှက်ကြောက် ၍ ဆုံးရှုံးခြင်း ရှိကြလိမ့်မည်။ ချက်ခြင်းပြန်သွား၍ ရှက် ကြောက်ခြင်သို့ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer.

Let all my enemies be ashamed and greatly disquieted: let them return [and] be suddenly ashamed.
