Praise ye Yah, Praise, O my soul, Yahweh.
2 ၂ ငါသည် အသက်ရှင်စဉ်အခါ၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ချီးမွမ်း မည်။ ငါဖြစ်စဉ်ကာလပတ်လုံး၊ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်းဆိုမည်။
I will praise Yahweh while I live! I will make melody to my God while I continue!
Do not ye trust in nobles, in a son of man who hath no deliverance:
His spirit, goeth forth, he returneth to his ground, In that very day, his thoughts perish.
5 ၅ ယာကုပ်အမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်မစတော်မူသော သူ၊ မိမိဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားကို မြော်လင့်သော သူသည် မင်္ဂလာရှိ၏။
How happy is he that hath the GOD of Jacob as his help, whose hope, is on Yahweh his God: —
6 ၆ ထိုဘုရားသခင်သည် ကောင်းကင်၊ မြေကြီး၊ သမုဒ္ဒရာနှင့်တကွ အရပ်ရပ်၌ ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူ၏။ သစ္စာတော်ကို အစဉ်အမြဲစောင့်တော်မူ၏။
Who made The heavens and the earth, The sea and all that is therein, Who keepeth faithfulness to times age-abiding:
7 ၇ ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကိုခံရသော သူတို့အား တရားပြု တော်မူ၏။ ငတ်မွတ်သော သူတို့ကိုကျွေးမွေးတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ချုပ်ထားခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူတို့ကို လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။
Who executeth justice for the oppressed, who giveth food to the famishing, Yahweh, who liberateth prisoners;
8 ၈ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မျက်စိကန်းသောသူတို့ကို မြင်စေတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် နှိမ့်ချသောသူတို့ ကို ကြွပင့်တော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သော သူတို့ကို ချစ်တော်မူ၏။
Yahweh, who opened [the eyes of] the blind, Yahweh, who raiseth the prostrate, Yahweh, who loveth the righteous;
9 ၉ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဧည့်သည်တို့ကို စောင့်မ တော်မူ၍၊ မုတ်ဆိုးမနှင့်မိဘမရှိသော သူတို့ကို ထောက်မ တော်မူ၏။ မတရားသောသူတို့၏ လမ်းကိုကား၊ ကွေ့ ကောက်စေတော်မူ၏။
Yahweh, who preserveth sojourners, The fatherless and widows, he relieveth, —but, the way of the lawless, he overturneth.
10 ၁၀ အိုဇိအုန်မြို့၊ သင်၏ဘုရားသခင်တည်းဟူသော ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကာလအစဉ်အမြဲ ကမ္ဘာအဆက် ဆက်စိုးစံတော်မူလတံ့သတည်း။ ဟာလေလုယ။
Yahweh, will reign, to times age-abiding, Thy God, O Zion, to generation after generation. Praise ye Yah!
