ဆာလံ 138

1 ၁ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုစိတ်နှလုံး အကြွင်းမဲ့ အကျွန်ုပ်ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။ အခြားတပါးသော ဘုရားတို့ရှေ့မှာ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုပါ မည်။

`To Dauith him silf. Lord, Y schal knouleche to thee in al myn herte; for thou herdist the wordis of my mouth. Mi God, Y schal singe to thee in the siyt of aungels;

2 ၂ သန့်ရှင်းသော ဗိမာန်တော်သို့ မျက်နှာပြုလျက် ပြပ်ဝပ်ကိုးကွယ်၍၊ ကရုဏာတော်နှင့် သစ္စာတော်ကြောင့် နာမတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ဂတိတော် ကိုသိတင်းတော်ရှိသမျှထက် ချီးမြှောက်တော်မူပြီ။

Y schal worschipe to thin hooli temple, and Y schal knouleche to thi name. On thi merci and thi treuthe; for thou hast magnefied thin hooli name aboue al thing.

3 ၃ အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ်သောနေ့တွင် နားထောင် တော်မူ၍၊ စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်ထဲသို့ ခွန်အားကို သွင်းသဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ခိုင်မာစေတော်မူ၏။

In what euere dai Y schal inwardli clepe thee, here thou me; thou schalt multipli vertu in my soule.

4 ၄ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ လောကီရှင်ဘုရင်အပေါင်း တို့သည် နှုတ်တော်ထွက်စကားတို့ကို ကြားရသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြပါလိမ့်မည်။

Lord, alle the kingis of erthe knouleche to thee; for thei herden alle the wordis of thi mouth.

5 ၅ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ လမ်းခရီးတော်တို့၌ လိုက်၍ သီချင်းဆိုကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ဘုန်းကြီးတော်မူ၏။

And singe thei in the weies of the Lord; for the glorie of the Lord is greet.

6 ၆ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မြင့်မြတ်တော်မူသော် လည်း၊ စိတ်နှိမ့်ချသော သူတို့ကို ကြည့်ရှုတော်မူ၏။ စိတ်မြင့်သော သူတို့ကိုကား၊ အဝေးကသိတော်မူ၏။

For the Lord is hiy, and biholdith meke thingis; and knowith afer hiy thingis.

7 ၇ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခများ၌ ကျင်လည် သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင် စေတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ လက်တော်ကို ဆန့်လျက်၊ ရန်သူတို့ ၏အမျက်ဒေါသကို ဆီးတား၍၊ လက်ျာလက်တော် အားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။

If Y schal go in the myddil of tribulacioun, thou schalt quikene me; and thou stretchidist forth thin hond on the ire of myn enemyes, and thi riyt hond made me saaf.

8 ၈ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ၏အမှုကို ပြီးစီးစေတော် မူမည်။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကရုဏာတော်သည် အစဉ်အမြဲ တည်ပါသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ လက်နှင်ပြုစုသော အမှုတို့ကို စွန့်ပစ်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။

The Lord schal yelde for me, Lord, thi merci is with outen ende; dispise thou not the werkis of thin hondis.
